        아동보호시설의 거주실태 및 개선방향을 위한 조사연구

        The purpose of this study is to suggest of facilities improvement and plan at children shelters. To this purpose, the researcher visited and interviewed users of three children shelters. To achieve a concrete goal of the study, (1) property room size per admitted children, (2) space satisfaction as bedroom, living room in a establishment, (3) facilities satisfaction as corridor, sanitation fixture. furniture (4) environment satisfaction as electricity, cooling and heating, ventilation, (5) exterior satisfaction as building image, color, landscape was analysed by interviewing. Based on the results of the analysis, a improvement for children shelters was presented.

        According to the development of scientific technique, approvement of income level, diversification of recreation, etc., modem society human being demand for the facility for communication, education, and information in the community. So, School is watched by the community as a continuing education center where is expropriated diversify demands. On the other hand, the fact is that education program by community demands in the school facility has not been set. Then, this study aim to suggest to proper education program by consequence of question.

        대학시설관리를 위한 평가분류체계 및 평가항목 개발 연구

        For university facility and space management to be public, and to increase the administrational efficiency, this research suggests an efficient as well as an objective evaluation system/index to allow national and university finances to contribute towards higher education. According to the result of this study, evaluation system for university facility can be widely divided into two categories; quality and space management. First, quality management is subdivided into three groups in order for quantitative management, school site and building area, secured building, and financial affairs and expense management. In order for an effective and appropriate space management, the second category of space management proposes seven subdivisions. Based on these subdivisions, quality management on university facility contains 10 evaluation items with marking system which allows perfect score of 50 points. The space management category contains 19 evaluation items and the marking system allows perfect score of 100 points. Therefore, this study developed total of 29 evaluation items for university facility management with marking system that allows perfect score of 150 points. The suggested evaluation system and items will be used as a valuable foundation for efficient and objective university facility management.

        지속가능한 학교시설의 계획 및 평가를 위한 분류체계 및 항목개발에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to develop the assessment category, items and a detail standard for environmentally friendly evaluation on the School. The results of this study brings on promoted environmentally friendly appreciation, energy and resource conservation, reduction of contaminant, accordance in and around building, etc. For this purpose, analysis of domestic and foreign environmental friendly architectural citation screening system-BREEAM(1991), LEED 2.0(2001), GBTool(2002), KICTEAC (2000), KOEAM(2000), etc.-was preceded, and through interview, survey and forum with professional group, developed evaluation item was verified and reappraised. Developed evaluation item were composed of thirty four basic evaluation items and nine addition items.

        A fitness facility in an apartment complex is not a simple sports facility. It has important roles in improving the residents' physical and mental health, and in forming a sense of community. This study analyzed the number of users in the fitness facility of the apartment complex, which is a significant criterion in determining the dimension. A comparative analysis between the past and the present function and dimension was performed in finding out the optimal solutions. In conclusion, the number of users in the fitness facility is influenced not by the number of households in the complex but by the facility's size and creating a desired environment. The users' favorite sports equipments were figured out to meet those needs. Moreover, comparing the facilities' size, user satisfaction, area per person, an optimal dimension for the facility, and rates of equipments were found out.

        대학교 여학생 기숙사 거주환경 만족도 평가에 한 연구

        Post Occupancy Evaluation(POE) has a good role to improve or adapt the design items through the survey or interview of the resident. Among buildings, the university dormitory provides the living function to support the study in the university. Therefore, it needs to find the design elements and improve the living and study condition for residents. In this paper. it aimed at conducting the POE in university women dormitory for women and providing the building and design items for the next improvement. In addition, it aimed at analyzing the relation between the building satisfaction and the affecting factors, dividing the building into 8 spatial area such as room, entrance area, toilet and etc.. For these, data are surveyed the women dormitory located in the north area of Kyungsangbuk-Do and collected the 683 samples. This study shows some results ; First, the resident evaluates living condition of the dormitory room is a little good. Second, the freshman has a good score more than any other grade, which probably affect the period of the experience and exposure in university. In addition, residents get affect from the finishings, furniture and inconvenience. Third, the resident evaluates living condition of the dormitory room is a little good. Fourth, the satisfaction degree is affected by each size more than any other components in 8 spatial areas. Especially, the number of laundry machine is important factor for satisfaction. Second, the overall satisfaction is affected by room size higher than any other factors.

        The purpose of this study is to develop the category, intelligent element technologies and detail items for application of intelligent school. The result of this study will be a basic data to improve the intelligent school. For this purpose, analyze domestic and foreign intelligent system and through interview, survey with professional group, developed item was evaluated and for verifying and reappraising the items the researcher visited and interviewed teachers of three elementary schools. Developed intelligent items were composed of twelve basic technologies and fifty-four detail technologies.

        This research intends to study the influential factors of the recent integration of a 4-year university and a 2-year college on the students. To this end, the problems of each campus following the integration process and the requests of students will be grasped by a comparative analysis of the satisfaction levels of students in each campus. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to offer a basic material in order to reflect students' opinions in the process of future integration between universities and to enhance the convenience of university life and the extent of satisfaction for the students.

        15세기 조선온실건축의 기능 및 실내환경 특성에 관한 연구

        Choson Greenhouse consisted of three sidewalls using yellow soil except the south side, the window with oiled Hanji to transmit sunlight that is sloped to the south And Goodle was raised on the floor level, the soil of 40cm thickness was stored up, and the soil of 45cm thickness was finally spread to set vegetables in Choson Greenhouse A kitchen range that was attached in the internal wall between the greenhouse and the kitchen was installed to control the temperature & humidity The heated-air flow goes through fire passageway under Doodle, and exhausts through the smokestack When the water in the kettle boils up on the kitchen range, steam flows to the inside of greenhouse through a pipeline The latent heat of steam can make the temperature and humidity control in the greenhouse To find whether Choson Greenhouse provides functions and thermal environment for planting or not, the thermal performance was measured and analyzed in the greenhouse As measurement results, sunlight entered in the greenhouse, passing through the oiled Hanji cover As it reached the soli of floor and wall surfaces, and it absorbed the sunlight's energy Once absorbed, some of the energy passed back into the atmosphere, but much of it remained trapped in indoor space by the greenhouse effect We found that Choson Greenhouse keeps warm to grow plants with the rise in temperature, and the oiled Hanji is distinctly suitable for a role of thermal insulation, sunlight transmittance Also, the thermal performance was compared a Hangi-covered greenhouse model with a vinyl-covered greenhouse model The Hangi-covered greenhouse model was better for ventilation, thermal insulation and humidity control than the vinyl-covered greenhouse model Therefore, Greenhouse m early Choson dynasty can be fairly evaluated as the extraordinary farming facility compared to nowadays greenhouses
