Recently, the toilet of highway rest area, railway station has been changed to the space from unclean, uncomfortable and unavoidable entering area to clean, comfortable and usable facility area. Because the toilet which installed on train is used by a number of passenger, the design for toilet shall be proceeded to meet the variety needs of passenger. So, all facility items shall be installed on suitable position of toilet for passenger's convenience. Especially, the facility items for old and week, pregnant person shall be considered in advance. Also, the safety items shall be additionally applied to the toilet for disabled person. Finally, fire safety and HVAC components have to be applied to the toilet of train because of not opened area. In this study, the design of toilet for considering passenger's convenience, safety and so on is described on this paper refer to relevant regulations of domestic and international.
국내 고속철도차량 객실 설비 및 디자인에 대한 비교 연구

현재 국내에서 영업운행 중인 고속철도차량의 종류로는 KTX 및 KTX-산천 두 가지로 구분된다. 그 외에 국책과제로 개발된 한국형 고속열차(HSR-350X)와 차세대 고속열차(HEMU-430X)가 있으며, 2014년말 개통예정으로 현재 초도편성을 제작 완료하여 시험 중인 호남고속열차가 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내를 대표하는 고속열차의 객실 설비(내장판, 선반, 바닥 및 의자 등) 및 디자인에 대해서 비교하고자 한다. In These days, There are two models called KTX and KTX-Sancheon as domestic high speed railway vehicles which they are operated commercially. In addition, There are also two models called HSR-350X and HEMU-430X as Development Vehicles for the Government Project. Moreover, KTX in Honam line is being tested for the first train-set in order to operate in late 2014. In this study, the comparison of Interior Facilities(Interior panel, Luggage rack, Floor and Seat, etc.) and Design for domestic High Speed Railway Vehicles is considered.
[디젤엔진부문] 초희박 가솔린 예혼합기 유입에 의한 직접분사식 디젤기관의 연소 및 스모크 특성

In this paper, to find out the optimum operate condition which is in the smoke limit of conventional diesel engine, pre-mixed gasoline fuel was provided with compression ratio 19 : 1, ignited by direct injected diesel fuel. It was further injected in several steps, 0.373g/s, 0.308g/s, 0.182g/s. 0.141 g/s, 0.096g/s. to discover the combustion and smoke characteristics, and pre-mixed gasoline fuel was supplied until self-ignition occurred in lean region simultaneously. When pre-mixed gasoline air-fuel ratio was leaner than 120, there was no difference with case that only diesel fuel supplied and in case the richer region air-fuel ratio 38, the knocking was occurred. The brake power at the rate of diesel fuel injection 0.096g/s was about 1.5kw, but as the provided pre-mixed gasoline air-fuel ratio 48.43, the brake power increased to 4kw and smoke concentration was kept about 20~30%.

Recently, the Next Generation High Speed Train(hereinafter HEMU-400X) which has been developing is the power distribution type high speed train. The power is on every each car and all bogies are installed on the front and rear of every car comparison with KTX and KTX-Sancheon which are consist of power cars and linkable bogies. HEMU-400X can be designed much more seats than others because there are not power car separately. However, that type has no advantage for vibration and noise due to distributed power and more faster design speed. Therefore, in this study, the design of floor construction for preventing the vibration from under the floor is considered.

본 연구에서는 불투과형 사방댐과 링네트에 가해지는 충격하중을 평가하기 위해 토석류 모형축소실험을 수행하였다. 실험 결과, 토석류는 유체와 유사한 거동을 함에 따라 불투과형 사방댐 배면에 가해지는 토석류 충격하중은 하부구간이 4.14 kN로 가장 높게 작용하며 중간, 상부구간이 3.66 kN, 1.66 kN 가해지는 것으로 측정되었다. 링네트 실험결과 또한 불투과형 사방댐 결과와 같이 충격하중은 하부구간이 크며 상부로 갈수록 감소하는 경향을 보인다(2.28 kN, 1.95 kN, 1.49 kN). 수치해석 결과를 이용하여 토석류 흐름에 의한 토석류 방지시설 충격하중 흡수메커니즘을 분석한 결과, 불투과형 사방댐은 콘크리트 옹벽과 같이 구조물 자체의 강성을 이용하여 수평력에 저항하므로 실제 구조물에 작용한 수평력은 이론식과 유사한 결과가 제시되는 반면, 링네트는 강연선 탄성늘음과 네트 전면으로의 입자 투과를 이용하므로 충격하중은 사방댐 결과보다 최대 45% 감소하는 결과가 제시되었다. We use small-scale modelling to estimate the impact ofrce of debris flows on erosion control dams (ECD) and ring nets. The results indicate that the viscoelastic debris flows produced impact forces of 4.14, 3.66, 1.66 kN from the bottom to the top of the ECD. Ring net tests produced a similar trend with generally smaller impact forces (2.28, 1.95, and 1.49 kN). Numerical analysis showed that the weight of the ECD (e.g., concrete retaining walls) provided resistance against the debris flow, whereas deformation of the ring net by elastic-elongation and aggregate penetration reduced the impact force by up to 45% compared with that of the ECD.
