The right to avoid of the Obligee is to be achieved an aim of the active debt to keep up a obligor's responsible property. Namely, the final reservation to maintain a invalidation of the active debt is to be sustained the responsible property that the obligor possess, and than, in case of the obligor is missing his paymant ability to be purposely decreased this responsible property by a action of law, the obligee cancel the action of law in a fixed necessary and find out the property been concealed by him, and is the right that released repeat to the obligor. The right to avoid of the Obligee is a system that take care originally of the obligor. But, if we emphasizes too haed this face, for a certain reason to be resulted in obstruct the management of property or the economic restoration and harm the safety of traide, the effect came up to the obligor or the third person very enlarge. Also in case the obligee is many, if the obligor do the payment to an any of the obligee, among the obligees is opposed to affect his interests. For this, the paper would do to be searched "what is the legal character of the actio Pauliana?", and "a range of deceitful act" or "do the revocable obligee have the confidential position?" etc.

In this thesis, concerning acquisitive prescription of possession right of real property if our civil law, It was observed carefully the significance of the system of acquisitive prescription, reason of existence, legislative process and some problems, and history and comparable consideration about this system, and it was considered a theory and a judicial precedent relating interpretation of Article 245 in our civil law. As a result, as acquisitive prescription system of possession right of real property takes unique stipulation comparing with foreign laws, it is required to do independent judgment in application with right interpretation of the stipulation, but there are lots of portions which need more study and consideration in this field. Hope that this thesis would be helpful to the academic and administrative work field by suggesting reasonable interpretation for our civil law. and I sincerely felt a lack of ability and desire to work was ahead. Wish to be helpful further study and cosideration in this field.
Evaluation of the Biocompatibility of Cuttlebone in Mouse

골대체재는 지연유합이나 유합부전 그리고 골절술과 관절고정술 시 골편의 연속성 확립이 필요한 경우 골절의 주요 결손부위를 채우는데 주로 활용되고 있다. 자가골을 대체할 수 있는 천연 골이식재의 대표적인 것이 calcium carbonate (CC)이며, 갑오징어의 오적골(Cuttlebone, CB) 또한 천연 CC로 이루어져 있다. 본 연구에서는 오적골의 다양한 전처리 후 직경 5 mm 두께 2 mm의 형태로 가공하여 생체적합성을 평가하고자 하였다. 조직검사에서 결합조직 두께는 2, 4주차 모두 CBHA군에서 가장 유의성 있게 얇았다 (p < 0.05). 이상의 결과들은 CBHA가 생체 내에 적용하는 골대체재로서 생체적합성이 매우 높은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 CBHA는 편평골에 있어 생체적합성이 뛰어난 골대체재로 그 가치가 있는 것으로 생각되며, 수의 임상에 있어서 활용성이 매우 높을 것으로 사료된다. Bone grafting is widely used to bridge major bone defects or to promote bone union. Natural calcium carbonate (CC) has been used as a bone substitute material and used to scaffold for bone morphogenetic protein (BMP). The aims of this study is to evaluate the biocompatibility of cuttlebone (CB) and hydroxyapatite from CB (CBHA). Each material was shaped into disks (5 mm in diameter and 2 mm in thickness). To test biocompatibility, the disks were implanted into the dorsal subcutaneous tissue in mice. Fibrous capsule thickness around each disk was evaluated histologically at 2 and 4 weeks after implantation. Concerning biocompatibility, fibrous capsule thickness of CBHA was significantly thinner than that of CB and CHA (p < 0.05) at 2 and 4 weeks after implantation. Based on the clinical and histological results, CBHA would be a safe material for use inside the body and has more effective osteoconduction than CB.
Spinal Syringomyelia Secondary to an Intracranial Microcystic Meningioma in a Dog

A 5-year-old, 2.7 kg female maltese dog was presented a local veterinary clinic with one week history ofhindlimb lameness associated with patellar luxation. Reduction of bilateral medial patellar luxation was operated usingtrochlear resection and lateral reinforcement technique. Three weeks after the surgery, the dog showed bending spinewith pain in thoracic and lumbar region, continuous ataxia and intermittent convulsion. Magnetic resonance imagingscanning revealed a hyperintense mass in right frontal lobe of brain and abnormal cavitation from cervical cord tothird lumbar cord. Histopathologically, neoplasm in brain composed of meningothelial cells showed loosely reticularor lace-like morphology with numerous extracellular cystic spaces of variable size and shape. Neoplastic cells werepositive for vimentin and negative for neuron specific enolase and glial fibrillary acidic protein. Irregular shaped enlargecentral canal-like cavity was existed in cervical and lumbar cords. In our best knowledge, this report described theclinical findings, imaging and histopathologic characteristics of unusual intracranial microcystic meningioma withsecondary syringomyelia in a dog.
