The social competence of students with developmental disabilities is lack than non disabilities students and social competence of students with developmental disabilities is needed for better life. The purpose of this study was to develop special education software on economic life and to assist social education in Basic Curriculum. The title of software was "An easy, exciting and suitable economic life by student's level". Considering student's level, this software was consisted of 3 areas and each area were consisted of 3 topics. The areas were goods sort and good saving, understanding of money function and usage, vocational life and social life. This software was authored by flash. To assist effective utilization of the software, teaching guide book, teaching·learning plan and student's workbook were made together. 본 연구는 일반학생에 비해 사회 적응능력이 부족한 발달장애 학생들의 실생활 및 사회 적응 능력 향상을 위해 기본교육과정 사회과의 경제생활 관련 교육을 효과적으로 지원하기 위한 방안의 하나로 경제생활 특수교육용 소프트웨어를 개발하였다.본 소프트웨어는 발달장애 학생의 수준의 고려하여 경제생활의 3가지 영역에서 각 영역별로 3개씩 모두 9개의 주제로 내용을 구성하였고, 소프트웨어의 저작은 플래시를 사용하였다. 그리고 소프트웨어의 효과적인 활용을 위해 교사용 지도서, 수업지도안, 학생용 워크북 등을 함께 제작하였다.

기업의 사회적 책임 활동과 고객만족도의 변동과 상호작용이 기업의 재무적 성과에 미치는 영향

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities and customer satisfaction (CS) have positive effects on customers' attitudes and responses. However, results of previous studies about the effect of two factors on firm’s actual performance are not consistent. There is a need to analyze whether and how CS and CSR activities affect the firm’s performance because the efforts and costs of the firm continue to grow to improve CS and to carry out various CSR activities. Since the achievements of CS and CSR activities are hard to occur immediately, it is necessary to examine the impacts of two variables with a long-term perspective. The level of CS varies with time and the direction of change can vary. This implies a change in the influence of CS on firm’s performance. Therefore, this study focused on the volatility and change trend of CS and verified the relationship between CS and financial performance of firm. Because the evaluation of CSR activities also changes, this study examined the effect of CSR activities on financial performance of firm in the same context. Furthermore, the relationship between CS and CSR was examined in terms of impact on firm’s performance. This study collected and analyzed CS index (NCSI), CSR evaluation index (ESG rating), and financial performance data for five years of Korean firms. As a result, the change trend of CSR showed a significant impact while the one of CS had not a significant effect on the financial performance of firm. And there was a significant interaction effect between CS and CSR on firm’s performance. Based on these results, this study provides implications for the effective and efficient strategy for CS and CSR. 기업의 사회적 책임 활동과 고객만족은 기업에 대한 고객의 태도 및 반응에 긍정적 영향을 미친다. 하지만 기업의 실질적 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 선행 연구 결과는 일치하지 않는다. 고객만족 향상과 다양한 사회적 책임 활동의 수행을 위한 기업의 노력과 비용이 지속적으로 증가하는 상황에서 고객만족과 기업의 사회적 책임 활동이 실제로 기업의 성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는지, 얼마나 많은 영향을 미치는지 분석할 필요성이 존재한다. 판촉 활동 등과 달리 고객만족이나 기업의 사회적 책임 활동의 성과는 즉각적으로 나타나기 어려우므로 장기적 관점에서 그 영향력을 살펴보아야 한다. 고객만족의 수준은 시간에 따라 변화하며 변화의 방향은 다양할 수 있다. 이는 고객만족이 기업의 성과에 미치는 영향력의 변화를 암시한다. 따라서 본 연구는 고객만족의 변동성, 변화 추세에 주목하고 고객만족과 기업의 재무적 성과 간의 관계를 검증하였다. 기업의 사회적 책임 활동에 대한 평가 또한 변화하기 때문에 동일한 맥락에서 기업의 사회적 책임 활동이 기업의 재무적 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보았다. 또한 고객만족과 기업의 사회적 책임 활동 간의 관계를 토대로 기업의 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 총 5년 간 국내 기업의 고객만족도(NCSI), 기업의 사회적 책임 활동 평가 지표(ESG 등급), 재무적 성과 데이터를 수집하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 고객만족의 변화 추세는 기업의 재무적 성과에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았으나, 기업의 사회적 책임 활동의 변화 추세의 영향은 유의하였다. 또한 기업의 재무적 성과에 대한 고객만족과 기업의 사회적 책임 활동 간의 상호작용 효과가 존재하였다. 이와 같은 결과를 토대로 본 연구는 고객만족과 기업의 사회적 책임 활동에 대한 기업의 효율적 관리 방안을 도출하였다.

In South Korea, many students with dyslexia who have serious difficulties in reading have been ignored without appropriate educational services at schools, because they are generally considered as underachievers. This study was designed to provide a foundation for future studies related to dyslexia in South Korea in which relatively little is researched on dyslexia when comparing to foreign countries. For this purpose, this study investigated definition and classification, history and research trends, causes and symptoms, and diagnosis and intervention of dyslexia. The major findings are summarized as follows: First, dyslexia which is one of the specific learning disabilities refers to difficulties in recognizing words and spellings, etc. Dyslexia can be classified into phonological dyslexia and surface dyslexia. Second, the trends of dyslexia research are associated with investigations on finding the causes of dyslexia. Third, causes of dyslexia are due to neurobiological problems in the brain and symptoms of dyslexia are appeared according to developmental stages. Fourth, the dyslexia classification is to be made through screening and diagnosis. Based on the result of diagnosis, the reading programs and therapeutic programs should be provided in a difficult reading area as an intervention. Finally, based on the findings from this study, educational policy plan was suggested for providing appropriate education to students with dyslexia.
