학업긴장과 공격성이 청소년의 사이버불링 가해행위에 미치는 영향 : 적극적 신체운동의 조절된 매개효과를 중심으로

사이버불링은 2010년 우리나라 학계에 처음 등장한 이후 학교폭력 연구의 일환으로 활발히연구되어왔다. 특히 2018년 이후에는 신체적 폭력의 비중을 넘어서며 매우 중요한 사회문제로대두되었다. 이 연구는 사이버불링 가해행위에 영향을 미치는 요인 중 학업긴장이 공격성을 매개로 사이버불링 가해행위에 미치는 영향에서 적극적 신체운동의 조절된 매개효과를 검증하였다. 한국청소년정책연구원에서 수행한 ‘한국 아동ㆍ청소년 패널조사 2018(KCYPS, 2018)’ 중중학교 1학년 3차 년도 자료를 활용하여 분석에 사용하였다. 분석의 결과 첫째, 청소년의 학업긴장과 사이버불링 가해행위 간의 관계에서 공격성은 완전매개 역할을 수행하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 공격성이 사이버불링 가해행위에 미치는 영향에서 적극적 신체운동의 조절효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 청소년의 학업긴장이공격성을 매개로 사이버불링 가해행위에 미치는 영향에서 적극적 신체운동은 통계적으로 유의미한 조절된 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 학생, 학교, 학부모의 관점에서 학생들의 사이버불링의 예측요인인 학업긴장 및 공격성의 해소를 위한 프로그램과 학생들에게 사이버불링 가해행위에 대한기초적 교육을 제언하였다. 더불어 사이버불링의 예방을 위한 적극적 신체운동의 구체적 개입단계를 제시하고 청소년 사이버불링 예방을 위한 후속연구의 적용 가능성을 논의하였다.

The research aims to develop an education and training system using VR to strengthen the police's ability to respond on-site to crimes that have become socially controversial and citizens' desire to protect them is increasing. The 4th Industrial Revolution combines reality and virtualization through dataization, informatization, intelligence and smartening, and optimizes production methods and human lifestyles. The 4th Industrial Revolution, led by advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, robotics, and the Internet of Things, has brought about an unprecedented level of change in scale and complexity. One of the consequences of these changes is virtual reality (VR). This development of virtual/enhanced reality helps increase the ability to respond to actual incidents by allowing police officers to experience events that are usually difficult to experience. Based on virtual reality, we have divided the situation in which the perpetrator tries to break into the victim's residence among stalking crimes. This will allow on-site police officers to select appropriate locations and quickly search for necessary information. It will also be able to select appropriate response methods for each type of stalking perpetrators and train them not to create more victims. Unlike other scenarios, communication with victims is an important crime, so it is meaningful in that it can be educated about it. Also, we divided the occurrence of abnormal synchronous crimes into several categories. This will enable officers on the scene to quickly grasp crimes committed by mentally ill people and train them to choose appropriate response methods. Education is significant in that it is more important to grasp the behavior and expression of the perpetrator than other crime scenarios.

가상현실 기반 경찰훈련 시나리오 개발 및 평가체계 개발: 가스누출 자살소동 대응 시나리오

The purpose of this study is to effectively educate field police by developing police training scenarios and evaluation systems based on virtual reality. The theme of the scenario is gas leak suicidal disturbance. Gas leak suicidal disturbance differs from other response situations in that it is necessary to know about police weapons that are prohibited from being used indoors with gas, such as tasers and pistols. Therefore, with the advice of the police and fire department on the gas leak suicidal disturbance, a scenario was written for situations that are likely to be missed or made mistakes on the spot. In this scenario, scenario was divided into conscious suicide prayer, unconscious suicide prayer, cooperative suicide prayer, and uncooperative suicide prayer, so that the field police could learn how to cope with various situations. Through this, field police officers will be able to train on what countermeasures should be used and what actions should not be taken to prevent the occurrence of a large number of casualties in the case of a gas leak suicidal disturbance. Unlike other scenarios, this is meaningful in that it is possible to learn how to use appropriate weapons. 이 연구는 가상현실을 기반으로 경찰훈련 시나리오와 평가체계를 개발하여 현장경찰을 효과적으로 교육하는 것에 목적이 있다. 이를 위한 시나리오의 주제는 가스누출 자살소동으로 선정하였다. 가스누출 자살소동은 본인 뿐 이웃들의 안전과 생명 또한 위협한다는 점에서 경찰의 빠른 대처가 요구된다. 또한 테이저건이나 권총 등 가스가 있는 실내에서 사용이 금지된 경찰무기에 대해서도 알아야 한다는 점에서 다른 대응 상황과 차이점이 있다. 따라서 가스누출 자살소동에 대해 경찰과 소방의 자문을 받아 현장에서 놓치거나 실수하기 쉬운 상황에 대해 시나리오를 작성하였다. 시나리오는 의식이 있는 자살기도자, 의식이 없는 자살기도자, 협조적인 자살기도자, 비협조적인 자살기도자 등으로 나뉘어 현장경찰이 다양한 상황에 대처하는 방안을 학습할 수 있도록 하였다. 이를 통해 현장경찰관은 가스누출을 이용한 자살소동의 경우 많은 사상자의 발생을 막기 위해 어떠한 대응 방법을 사용하여야 하는지, 어떠한 행동은 하면 안되는지에 대해 훈련할 수 있을 것이다. 이는 다른 시나리오와 달리 적절한 무기 사용법을 학습할 수 있다는 점에서 교육의 의의가 있다.

다문화 청소년의 문화적응 스트레스와 집단괴롭힘 피해 경험: 사회적 위축을 매개로

This study focused on the relationship between the acculturative stress of multicultural adolescents and their experiences of bullying victimization. It predicted that multicultural adolescents who experience high levels of cultural adaptation stress are likely to become victims of bullying, and assumed that the relationship is mediated by social withdrawal. Therefore, this study used the data of the Multicultural Adolescents Panel Study (MAPS) conducted by the Korea Institute of Youth Policy. First of all, the acculturative stress of multicultural adolescents had a positive effect on the experience of bullying victimization. Second, social withdrawal was found to have a partial mediating effect on the relationship between the acculturative stress of multicultural adolescents and the experience of bullying victimization. Based on the results of the analysis, this study recommends ways to reduce the acculturative stress among multicultural adolescents. Examples include art therapy for multicultural adolescents and Korean language education programs to improve their language skills. In addition, anti-discrimination education for adolescents from non-multicultural families will be necessary.
