유아의 자율성 신장 교수-학습활동 실태에 대한 유치원 교사의 인식

본 연구는 자율성 신장 교수-학습활동 실태에 대한 유치원 교사의 인식을 알아보기 위하여 연구자가 개발한 「유아 자율성 신장 교수-학습활동」 검사도구를 이용하여 조사하였다. 연구대상은 전국의 공ㆍ사립 유치원 교사 648명올 대상으로 연령, 경력, 학력, 기관유형, 소재지의 관련변인에 따라 차이가 있는지를 조사하였다. 수집된 자료에 대하여 하위 범주별로 평균과 표준편차를 산출하였으며, 관련변인에 따른 차이를 알아보기 위하여 F검증을 실시하였고, Scheffe 사후검증을 실 시하였다. 연구결과 자율성 신장 교수-학습활동 실태에 대한 유치원 교사의 인식은 중간점수보다 높게 나타났으며, 관련변인에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 교사의 연령이 높을수록, 직위가 높을수록, 학력이 높을수록, 국ㆍ공립기관 및 군ㆍ읍ㆍ면지역 교사의 인식이 높은 것으로 나타났다. This study investigated kindergarten teachers' recognition of the practice of teaching-learning activities improving children’s autonomy and then tested the difference by related variables such as teacher’s age, teaching career, final degree, kindergarten type, and region. Six hundred forty eight public or private kindergarten teachers responded to the "Instrument of Teaching-learning Activities Improving Children’s Autonomy (Choi, Woo, & Lee, 2004)." Collected data were analyzed with M, SD, and F test and Scheffe post hoc test to test the differences by related variables. Results indicated that teachers' recognition was higher than mediate point in all the sub-categories and that significant differences of recognition were found by teacher’s age, teaching career, final degree, kindergarten type, and region. Teachers who are older, who have more teaching career and higher final degree, and who belong to public kindergartens and rural districts had higher recognitions.
