At this current, KORAIL track maintenance system has been worked with the method of corrective maintenance which is repaired some location exceeded the track management criteria as a result of track measurement. It brings about a lot of additional expenses that the corrective maintenance might be a way of missing an appropriate maintenance time, after occurring some trouble on the track due to track maintenance characteristic. We sincerely need a track maintenance system including the concept of preventive maintenance that track is corrected with predicting the trend of track irregularity. I would like to present a development direction for Korea track maintenance system having a good application in our track with analyzing TRAMS21 and RAMSYS as overseas railway company has operated a track maintenance system.

Rail is one of major track components for train service, it should be provided in the condition of flat and smooth driving aspect. Therefore, it is inevitable that there would be the field welding to integrate on CWR(Continuous Welded Rail) removing rail joint in these days. It is high chance to be some rail surface irregularity due to the limitation on the status of work condition If a high speed train runs on the rail surface irregularity in the welding part, big impact load comes to pass on that, so track irregularity cycle is reduced, therefore track maintenance cost can be increased. this paper has analyzed wheel load variation according to removing the rail surface irregularity using portable grinding machine in the high speed line. The result measured before and after in the field is decreased about 9.26% on the wheel load variation.

Rail is one of major track components for train service, it should be provided in the condition of flat and smooth driving aspect. Therefore, it is general tendency that most of modern tracks are adopted CWR(Continuous Welded Rail) removing rail joint in these days. It is basically existed some rail surface irregularity due to existing the part of transmutation heated and other metal materials is bonded. Rail surface defects may be occurred a variety of factors. Especially, when the train runs on the high speed line, rail defects is often occurred by the ballast scattering under swirl and wind pressure. It is called a ballast imprint. If a high speed train runs on the rail surface irregularity in the welding part, big impact load comes to pass on that, so track irregularity cycle is reduced, therefore track maintenance cost can be increased. this paper has analyzed wheel load variation according to the condition of rail surface irregularity through the field measurement in the high speed line.

궤도 구성품의 3대 요소인 레일은 열차 주행 시 평탄하고 매끄러운 주행면을 제공하는 것이 사명이며 이를 위해 이음매를 없애고 용접에 의한 장대레일화가 대세이다. 레일용접은 시공성능이 개선되고 있지만 재질이 다른 금속과 접합되어 있고, 또한 열변성부의 존재로 인해 기본적으로 요철은 존재한다. 경부 고속선은 플래시버트 용접으로 300m(25m×12) 레일을 만들고 이를 특수화차로 현장에 옮겨 궤도부설 후 다시 300m 마다 테르미트 용접으로 현장 시공하여 전구간을 끊어짐 없는 레일로 선로가 부설되었다. 경부고속선에 적용된 2종류의 용접 중 테르미트 용접은 작업공정이 단순하고 이동이 쉬워 현장에서 주로 사용되고 있지만 작업여건상 기지에서 시공되는 플래시버트 용접에 비해 품질이 다소 떨어진다. 열차를 직접 지지하고 주행 안정성을 확보해야 하는 레일은 다양한 요인에 의해 파상마모, 표면박리, 헤드체크(Head check) 등 각종 결함이 생겨날 수 있으며, 특히 고속선의 경우 고속열차 운행 시 와류현상에 따른 도상자갈(콩자갈) 비산으로 레일흠집이 자주 발생한다. 이에 주기적인 점검을 통한 신속한 대응이 필요하다. 반면 용접부 요철은 시공상의 정밀도가 떨어져 발생하는 게 대부분이며 반복적인 차륜(열차 하중)의 접촉으로 궤도틀림 진전에 악영향을 미친다. 레일면이 평탄하지 않은 요철부 위를 열차가 고속으로 운행될 경우 큰 충격량이 발생하여 궤도틀림 주기가 단축되어 유지보수비용을 증대시킬 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 현장측정을 통하여 레일용접부 요철상태가 궤도틀림진전에 미치는 영향을 평가하고자 한다. KTX trains which began passenger service between Seoul and Busan in April 2004 have gained very high evaluation for their safe operation. Track is one of the most important means to keep KTX safety, it has not been a fail of safe structure. The track failure during operation may lead to a severe accident. So, it is to be verified the confidence of track maintenance management on the high speed line. This paper would like to find a track deformation trend through a comparative analysis on actual measurement data at these times. It discusses the effect of cyclic dynamic load at welding part. KTX dynamic impact load was measured in accordance with a rail surface irregularity and analyzed some track irregularities according to the condition of rail profile at welding part in the Gyeongbu high speed line.

A number of conventional railway bridge is more than 2600. Non-ballast plate girder bridge is about 700 and this is 27% of all bridge numbers. Non-ballast plate girder has advantages that self load is more lighter than moving load and construction cost is more inexpensive than concrete bridge. But non-ballast plate girder has disadvantages that vibration and noise is bigger than concrete bridge. This study had analyzed behavior of non-ballast plate girder according to the arrangement of supports and driving conditions to review the proper arrangement of support. Measurements were performed in single line and disel locomotive of 7400type were used as test vehicle. The vehicle’s driving conditions are as follows; Change of driving direction, Constant speed driving, Deceleration driving, Acceleration driving. Main measurement contents were horizontal displacement and vertical vibration acceleration in girder of vicinity support. Results of measurement are as follows; In case that a vehicle drives from fixed support to movable support, vertical vibration acceleration of the girder was smaller than opposition case.
