        알콜섭취가 성장기닭의 장기중 무기질농도에 미치는 영향

        알콜섭취에 의한 닭의 장기중 무기질농도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자, 숫병아리를 사용하여 대조군, 음수에 1, 2 및 3% 알콜첨가군 등 4군으로 나누어 7주간 사육하였다. 실험동물을 해당식이로 7주간 사육후 각 장기중 무기질농도를 측정한 결과 체중은 1% 알콜군이 가장 증가되었으며, 간중량은 3% 알콜군이 유의하게 증가되었다. 대퇴골중 Zn 및 Fe 농도는 1% 알콜군이 Mn 농도는 2 및 3% 알콜군이 증가되었으나 그의 무기질농도는 각 실험군간에 차이를 보이지 않았다. 그리고 대퇴골의 중량, 길이 및 회분함량은 알콜섭취에 따라서 변화를 보이지 않았다. 대퇴근육중 Mg 농도는 각 농도별 알콜섭취군이 대조군에 비하여 증가되었으나 Na농도는 오히려 감소되었다.<br/> 총 간중 Ca, P, Na 및 Fe의 농도는 알콜섭취에 의한 영향이 없었으나 Mg, K, Mn 및 Zn 농도는 대조군에 비하여 알콜섭취군이 유의하게 증가되었다. 혈청중 Ca, Mg, 및 Na 농도는 3% 알콜섭취군이 유의하게 증가되었으나 그의 무기질 농도는 각 실험군간에 차이가 없었다. The effect of chronic ethanol consumption on the concentration of minerals in tissues and serum was studied in growing broiler chicks. Four different groups of the chicks were fed mixtures of 0(control), 1,2 and 3% ethanol and water respectively for 7 weeks.<br/> Body weight gain in 1% ethanol group and liver weight in 3% ethanol group were significantly higher than those of control. Mg, K, Mn, and Zn concentrations in liver were higher in ethanol groups than those in control. In ethanol groups, femoral muscle Mg level was increased while its Na concentration was decreased. The concentrations of Ca, Mg and Na in serum were higher in 3% ethanol group than those in control, 1 or 2% ethanol groups. In femur, Zn and Fe levels in 1% ethanol group and Mn concentration in 2 or 3% ethanol groups were increased. But its weight, length, and ash content were not affected by ethanol intake.

        알콜이 혈액성분에 미치는 영향을 관찰하고자, 숫병아리를 사용하여 대조군, 음료수에 1, 2 및 3% 알콜첨가군 등 4군으로 나누어 7주간 사육하였다.<br/> 알콜섭취에 따른 결과는 체중은 1% 알콜군이 가장 증가되었고, 간중량은 3% 알콜군이 유의하게 증가되었다.<br/> 적혈구수, hemoglobin, hematocrit 및 혈청단백질 농도는 알콜섭취에 의한 변화를 보이지 않았다. 혈청중 GOT 및 γ-GTP 활성은 2 및 3% 알콜군이 유의하게 증가되었으나, GPT 활성은 알콜섭취군들이 다소 감소되는 경향이었다.<br/> 혈청중 LDH 활성은 알콜섭취군들에서 유의한 차이는 아니나 증가되었으며, alkaline phosphatase 활성은 대조군과 알콜군이 비슷한 경향이었다. 포도당 농도는 3% 알콜군이 대조군에 비하여 감소되었다. This study was performed to investigate the influence of mixtures of 0(control), 1, 2 and 3% ethanol and water respectively on growth and various blood parameters of growing broiler chicks. At the end of the 7 weeks’ experiment, body weight gain in 1% ethanol group and liver weight in 3% ethanol group were significantly higher than those of control group. It was found that the levels of red blood cell, hemoglobin, hematocrit, and serum protein were within normal ranges.<br/> Serum GOT and r-GTP activities were significantly increased in 2 and 3% ethanol groups compared with those in control group. But serum GPT activity was slightly decreased in all ethanol groups. Serum LDH activity was increased in all ethanol groups compared with that in control group. Serum alkaline phosphatase was not affected by the ethanol. Serum glucose concentration in 3% ethanol group was significantly lower than that in control group.

      • 도토리澱粉 添加給食이 白鼠에 미치는 營養效果에 關한 硏究

        In an attempt to examine the nutritional effects of acorn starch on the growth of rats, we made four experimental rice diets: one not supplemented with acorn starch and the others which were mixed at the level of 20% with acorn starch cleared from tannin in three different ways-by being heated, by being processed in the solution of NaCl: NaHCO₃, and by being sunk in water respectively. The four groups of rats fed each of these diets are feferred to as Group S, Group A, Group B, and Group C in the order mentioned. We also controlled each diet so that the calorie should be 376∼377kcal/100g diet and the amount of protein contained 15%. While these diets being fed to male albino rats for 12 weeks, growth rate, food consumption, food efficiency ratio, protein efficiency rtio, and body composition were measured. The main results obtained through this study are summarized as follows: 1) Weight gain of Group A was the highest, and the other two groups were similar to group S(control group). 2) The food consumption was larger in Group A in the 4th and 5th weeks, and in the 7th and 8th weeks Group s consumed the larger amount. 3) Food and protein efficiency ratios of the four groups were similar through the feeding period. 4) The four groups were also similar in the weights of the liver, the kidney and the spleen. 5) The hemoglobin content and hematocrit value in the blood, total nitrogen content in the liver and the serum, and DNA and RNA contents in the liver were almost the same in all the groups. 6) The total lipid and total cholesterol contents were not significantly different among the groups. 7) HDL-cholesterol content of Group C was lower in the 4th week, and those of Group A and Group B were lower in the 8th week, and those of Group B and Group C were lower in the 12th week, compared with Group S. From all the above results, The writer thinks that acorn starch can be used for the source of food.
