하동 출생 시인의 시 세계에 나타난 심상지리적 특성 비교 고찰 - 정공채와 정호승의 시 세계를 중심으로

본고는 경남 하동 출생 시인인 정공채, 정호승 시인의 시 세계 고찰을 통해 두 시인의 대표적인 시적 형상화 공간인 ‘바다’와 ‘서울’의 심상지리적 특성을 규명하는 데에 그 목적이 있다. 두 시인의 출생지가 같다는 동일성이 존재하지만, 진주 성장, 대구 성장을 거쳐 각각 부산 생활, 서울 생활을 하면서 출생지로부터 멀어짐으로써 두 시인은 서로 다른 심상지리적 표상을 구축하고 있다. 두 시인의 대표적인 공간인 ‘바다’와 ‘서울’이라는 공간적 표상을 중심으로 시 세계를 고찰한 뒤에 두 시인에게 ‘고향’ 모티프가 차지하는 상반된 함의를 규명해 보았다. 정공채 시인은 ‘바다’의 심상지리를 통해 자유와 욕망을 노래한다. 바다는 심신의 자유를 가능케 한 원형 상징에 해당하며 욕망의 몸짓을 풀어놓는 해방의 공간으로 기능한다. 시인에게 바다는 시심을 일깨우는 “무변의 자유”로움을 제공하는 것이다. 정호승 시인은 ‘서울’에서 슬픔의 힘과 서울의 절망을 응시한다. 서울은 사랑과 죽음, 외로움과 눈물을 통해 생이 제공하는 힘겨운 일상의 양면적 의미를 제공한다. ‘서울의 환부’를 노래하는 시인은 가난하고 힘없는 자들의 이미지를 집적하면서 ‘슬픔과 사랑’이라는 서울의 양가성을 노래한다. 두 시인에게 ‘고향 하동’은 출생지로서의 동일성을 내포할 뿐 전혀 다른 심상지리로 형상화된다. 즉 정공채 시인에게는 ‘고향 하동’이 개인사적 체험을 육화하는 ‘장소이자 지역’으로서 상상력의 독자성과 개별성이 강조된다. 반면에 정호승 시인에게 ‘고향 하동’은 부재하는 기표로 존재한다. 즉 인접 공간인 지리산이나 섬진강이라는 ‘자연적 표상’을 통해 환유적 인접성의 공간으로 간접화되어 유추될 수 있을 뿐이다. ‘고향 하동’은 정공채 시인에게는 ‘체험적 실체’로, 정호승 시인에게는 ‘간접화된 기표’로 표출됨으로써 ‘이질적 심상지리’에 해당하는 공간으로 포착된다. ‘하동 출생’ 시인으로서 ‘장소성’을 강조하는 정공채와 ‘장소성’이 부재하는 정호승의 이질적인 시적 태도는 이후 ‘바다’와 ‘서울’이 표상하는 심상지리적 특성을 형상화하는 두 갈래 흐름을 대변한다는 점에서 주목할 가치가 있다. They equal birthplace however, they express different imaginative geography symbol by distanting from birthplace (both of potes migrate from HaDong to JinJu to Busan, from HaDong to DaeGu to Seoul) Both of poets focus on spatial symbol-’the sea’ and ‘Seoul’ in poetry. And It is definded conflicting implication in motivation about ‘hometown’ For potes, ‘hometown Hang-Dong’ is only involving identity as birthplace while it embodies utterly different geographical imagery. In other words, Jeong Kong-Chae stresses identity and individuation of imagination as not only place but also region expressing personal experience. Meanwhile, ‘hometown HaDong’ exists absent signifier to Jeong Ho-Sung. Thus, Mt. Ji-ri and Riv. Sum-Jin is analogized indirect metalepsis contiguous place through ‘natural symbol’. While, ‘hometown HaDong’ does ‘experiential substance’ to Jeong Kong-Chae , It seizes on place in ‘different imaginative geography’ by expressing ‘indirect signifier’ to Jeong Ho-Sung. It is worth noticing represent forked stream expressing imaginative geography characteristic named ‘regionality(spatial symbol-’the sea’ and ‘Seoul’in poetry)’ different poetic attitude - Jeong Kong-Chae stresses ‘placeness’,Jeong Ho-Sung stresses absent ‘placeness’ as poets ‘birth of HaDong’.

해방기(1945~48) 북한 문예지에 게재된 대표 단편소설 연구 -인물 형상화의 경직성과 유연성을 중심으로

From the period of liberation to the Korean War, this article analyzed the aesthetic cracks in North Korean literature and text by selecting representative works such as Lee Gi-yeongs “Gaebyeok”, Lee Buk-myeongs “Working Family” and Lee Tae-juns “First Battle” among short stories published in the Korean Writers Union. In particular, the three-dimensional nature of the characters was discussed as a necessity to be restored in North Korean literature. Lee Gi-yeongs “Gaebyeok” is a masterpiece in that it captures the three-dimensional characteristics of the characters and realistically depicts the landscape of North Korean society during the liberation period. It is believed to be a work that can expand the scope of inter-Korean studies and literature. Based on the authors experience as a factory worker in Heungnam, Lee Buk-myeongs novel “Working Family” depicts the dedication of the working class to achieve the Norths peoples economic plan in 1947 right after liberation, while developing the increased production competition between Dalho and Jin-gu as a key motif. Lee Tae-joons “First Battle” is a novel that tracks a guerrilla war that has invaded a branch in Gangwon Province since the May 10, 1948 South Koreas independent election. The three-day story of the guerrilla unit is vividly captured as the figure of Yoon Dong-moo and Se-jae as the youngest is naturally portrayed along with the stirring interior of the captain Pandol. The common characteristics of the three works are that they capture the psychological agitation of the negative characters along with the positive characters and portray them as three-dimensional characters, bringing the vividness and reality of the work to life. And these factors are considered to be the points to be used in North Korean literature, which focuses on Leader-shaped literature and party literature. It is not a stigma of decadent aesthetics called “the remnant of reactionary bourgeois ideas,” but a rich psychological description of the characters that should be revived to restore the literary imagination that scrutinizes complex human inner landscapes.

북한문학의 지배 담론과 텍스트의 균열 양상 연구

본고는 북한문학의 지배 담론과 실제 텍스트의 균열 양상을 고찰하기 위해 해방에서 한국전쟁기까지(1945~1953)에 이르는 양면적 평가의 대표작품으로 한설야의 「모자」(1946), 이태준의 「호랑이 할머니」(1949), 김남천의 「꿀」(1951)을 선별하여 구체적으로 분석하였다. 한설야의 「모자」(1946)는 발표 당시에 ‘조소 친선’이라는 주제의식이 긍정적으로 평가받지만, 소련군 병사의 동요하는 내면 등을 포함하여 작품 내적 리얼리티의 훼손이 비판된다. 이태준의 「호랑이 할머니」(1949)는 분단 이후 북한 사회 현실에서 문맹 퇴치 사업의 성과를 조명하지만, 인물 성격의 과장성이 비판되고 확대되면서 근로 인민에 대한 모독과 제도의 비방이라는 비난에 이르게 된다. 김남천의 「꿀」(1951)은 한국전쟁기에 부상병의 독백이 새로운 전형으로 고평되다가 센티멘털리즘에 젖은 패배주의적 반동성의 작품이라는 비판을 받게 된다. 문학은 담론적 강제 속에서도 시대와 길항하며 문학적 입지와 외연을 끊임없이 다양한 해석의 지대로 끌고 가는 다성성의 장르에 해당한다. 따라서 ‘종자’의 차원이 아니라 레토릭의 수준에서라도 지속적으로 개인과 사회의 관계를 조망하며 시대적 모순을 착목하게 되어 있다. 본고는 북한문학 작품 중 시대와 길항하는 작품이 지배 담론 생산자들에 의해 상찬과 비판, 선택과 배제의 경쟁 속에서 드러내는 균열과 틈새를 들여다보았다. 그 균열적 틈새에 대한 주목이 남북한 통합문학사를 기술하기 위한 밑돌로서 남북한의 문학적 차이를 점검하면서도 북한문학에 대한 이해의 폭을 넓히는 방법이기 때문이다. This paper examines the dominant discourse and textual evidence for crack patterns in North Korean literature. Caps (1946) by Han seol-ya received positive reviews during presentation at the “Goodwill of North Korea and the Soviet Union”. But Criticism came from Soviet soldiers, who undermined the internal reality of the The text work by brandishing handguns. The Tiger Grandmother (1949) by Lee tae-joon illuminates the achievements of literacy projects in North Korean society that exaggerated figures of nature. In particular, it led to accusations of blasphemy and slander from the North Korean regime toward the working people. Honey(1951) by Kim nam-cheon included a monologue by a wounded soldier in the Korean War and was initially a new type(=as a new character), but it was critiqued as a work of humanitarian defeatism and sentimentalism. Literature is beyond discursive force and corresponds to multiformity by constantly advocating various interpretations in North Korean Literature. Therefore, it should not be accessible only the seed(=theme). The level of rhetoric, even in view of the relationship between the individual and society, is based on contemporary contradictions. This paper investigated works from various eras and antagonistic North Korean literature to find the cracks in the dominant discourse that reveal conflicting praise and criticism or selection and exclusion. This attention to this niche cracked the difficult narrative technology for integrated Korean literature to expand understanding of North Korean literature by comparing the literary differences between North and South Korea.

A four-year-old female Jindo dog was admitted to the hospital because of bilaterally symmetrical alopecia and inappentence. Systemic abnomalities detected on physical examination were obesity, bradycardia, exercise intolerance, mental dullness and hypothermia. Dermatologically symmetrical alopecia on the back, trunk and dorsal tail, and ventral hyperpigmentation were observed. Also face was very tragic. The level of basal $T_4$ was 0.01ug/dl. In TSH stimulation test $fT_4$ value was 0.08ng/dl. After treatment was initiated with L-thyroxine the dog's general condition was improved at 4 weeks.

Transtracheal aspiration technique in diagnosis of lower respiratory tract disease in the cow

소의 하부호흡기계 질병을 진단하고자 기침과 비루를 주증상으로 하는 31두의 환우와 임상증상을 나타내지 않는 9두의 소에 5 fr. urinary catheter를 이용한 transtracheal aspiration technique를 적용하고 이 방법의 유용성 및 분리된 병원성 세균과 세포상을 임상증상과 관련하여 조사하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. Transtracheal aspiration technique은 구강내 정상상재균에 오염되지 않은 가검물을 하부호흡기로부터 채취하는데 호흡장애와 합병증을 유발하지 않았다. 총 40두로부터 분리한 세균중 Pasteurella multocida가 48.7%로 가장 많이 분리되었으며 점액 화농성 염증이 40%로 가장 많이 나타났다. 심한 임상증상을 보인 소중 점액화농성 염증이 60%로 가장 많이 나타났으며 Pasteurella multocida가 63.2%로 높게 분리되었다. 경미한 임상증상을 보인 소에서는 염증세포에 따른 세포상이 고루 나타났으며 Pasteurella multocida가 40% 분리되었다. 세포학적 관찰에서는 정상인 경우는 섬모원주상피세포가 다수 관찰되었고 점액성 염증인 경우는 소수의 호중구 및 상피세포가 관찰되었으며 점액화농성 염증인 경우는 다수의 밀집된 호중구, 상피세포 및 점조한 삼출물이 동시에 관찰되었다. 복합세포성 염증에서는 대식구, 호중구, 임파구 및 상피 세포가 혼재하였다. 이상의 결과로부터 transtracheal aspiration technique은 소의 하부호흡기계 질병을 진단하는데 실제 임상에서 응용할 수 있는 쉽고 안전하며 유익한 방법으로 사료된다.

Protective effect of chicken egg yolk antibody in colostrum-deprived neonatal puppies

총 15두의 초유를 섭취하지 않은 신생자견을 대상으로 난황항체를 경구투여한 후 개 파보바이러스를 경구 접종하여 실험감염을 유발시켜 난황항체의 수동 면역에 의한 예방효과를 알아보고자 한다. 항체역가는 면역화된 산란계로부터 분리한 난황항체를 투여한 자견이 비면역 난황항체를 투여한 자견에 비해 높았다. 개 파보바이러스 접종 직전의 항체역가는 대조군의 경우 1:40에서 1:80, 실험군의 경우는 1:320에서 1:1280이었다. 모든 대조군의 자견들은 바이러스 접종후 4일에 임상증상을 나타내었고 총 7두중 6두가 폐사된 반면 실험군 자견은 2두만이 증상을 나타내었고 폐사 자견은 없었다(p<0.01). 개 파보바이러스를 경구 접종한 후 전체 자견의 혈구응집억제반응역가는 접종후 6일까지 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 접종후 5일의 분변내 혈구 응집반응역가는 실험군 자견의 경우 < 2에서 64였으며 대조자견은 216에서 2048로 높았다.

개에서 표재성 세균성 피부염에 관한 임상적 고찰

Fifteen dogs with superficial pyoderma were investigated clinically. Dermatological signs were mainly consisted of papule (66.6%), pustule (86.6%), epidermal collrarette and patchy (40%), and hyperpigmentation (53.3%). Distribution of skin lesion were consisted of back (35.5%), abdomen (29.0%), axillary (6.4%), leg (3.2%), neck (3.6%) and foot (16.1%), respectively. In pustular cytology PMN cells and cocci were examined. Cephalexin was very effective antibiotics on superficial pyoderma at administration of 30mg/kg bid P.O. for 3 weeks. Hyperadrenocorticism and atopy were diagnosed as a primary cause on pyoderma in 2 dogs.

Production of chicken egg yolk antibody to Canine parvovirus

산란계에 불활화 개 파보바이러스 백신을 근육내로 1주 간격으로 4회 접종하여 면역화시키고 최종 접종 2주후에 채란하여 $4^{\circ}C$에 보관하며 사용하였다. 난황항체는 5% HPMCP를 이용하여 분리하였고 0.5% HPMCP 용액은 lipid 침전에 매우 효과적이었으며 희석배수 10배에서 투명한 상층액을 나타내었다. 1차분리한 상층액의 단백질 농도는 2.5mg/ml이었고 최종 단백질 용액의 경우는 26.53mg/ml이었다. SDS-PAGE 전기영동상에서 분자량 60~70 KD 및 30~40 KD의 2 band가 나타났으며 non-reducing 전기영동에서는 닭 혈청 IgG와 같은 120~160 KD의 분자량을 보인 band가 각각의 분리용액에서 나타났다. 난황 항체의 개 파보바이러스에 대한 혈구응집억제반응 항체역가는 혈청의 역가에 비해 1주의 차이를 주며 증가했으며 난황 항체는 1:640에서 1:2560, 혈청은 1:640에서 1:5120을 나타내었다.
