Amelogenensis imperfecta that affects the enamel of both the primary and permanent dentition is generally accepted as a hereditary defect. The anomaly occurs in the general population in the range of 1 in 14,000 to 1 in 16,000 and has a wide range of clinical appearance. At least three different clinical variation of amelogenesis imperfecta are observed : the hypocalcified type, the hypomaturation type, and the hypoplastic type. 8 years old male is refered to the Dept of Pedodontics, Collage of Dentistry, Chonbuk National University due to crown discoloration of maxillary central incisors. The treatment depends on its severity and the demands of esthetic improvement. In this case, full covering composite resin restorations make for the management of the esthetic problem, and s.s.crown made for the posterior teeth.

The relation between sports participation and sense of sports value was examined by the method and procedure of this study. The results are as follows: 1. The results of studied of the sports for all activity and juvenile are as follows : 1. It is expected for sports for all activity to make a great contribution to actualize the self by seeking the promotion of sports ability with balanced development of juvenile body. 2. It helps to from a desirable attitude and nature as well as to purify unsafety, conflict, violent behavior and accidental action through value and function of sports for all. 3. A sports for all activity is considered to offer the wider social experiences through voluntary participation with to be suitable for meeting desire of youngmen.

The result of survey and analysis by this study is following. 1. The shooters who are eager to make good records at the big event are likely to make poor record. So psycological fators are greatly affecting on the recore. 2. The whole record lagely depends on the first shot. 3. The excessive demand from the coach or the teacher is one of the causes to bring about a bad record. 4. The consciousness of an audience is mainly appeared on the poor record. 5. Equipments and facilities for shooting are make player feel little psychological instability, but feel greatly if it is windy unlike the normal weather.

This study investigated mental practice and program of shooting athlete on the basis of shooting drill. The results are as follows: 1. The mental practice can help marksmen to keep self-confidence, positive thought, assurance, and successful shooting ability. 2. The mental practice can help marksmen improve profitable and before-acquired technique in the case of proper practice course and contents. 3. The program of mental practice will have an effect while executing it in consideration of object, person in charge, and time, period and quantity of execution. 4. The program of mental practice will have an effect while including understanding on practice, basic practice, soft but strong prepared stress control, positive thought, prepared mind, mental image drill, concentration of attentiveness, and preparatory plan about competition of attentiveness, and preparatory plan about competition in the practice contents.
