소아암의 한의약치료 임상 동향 – 대조군 임상연구를 중심으로

Objectives : To find treatment techniques and design clinical studies, this study reviewed controlled clinical studies on traditional Asian medicine treatment for childhood cancer. Methods : Literature searches were performed on four databases, such as NDSL, OASIS, PubMed, and CNKI. Studies were categorized and analyzed according to the treatment goal and we also assessed the quality of the randomized controlled trials (RCT) using Van Tulder Scale. Results : Twenty-seven studies met our inclusion criteria: 21 RCTs, 4 controlled trials, 2 Cohort studies, however only 6 among the 21 RCTs got the scores of high quality. Various interventions were used, such as herbal medicine, acupuncture, acupressure, and chuna. 7 studies were focused on cure of leukemia or solid cancer. 11 studies were performed to alleviate chemotherapy induced nausea and vomiting. 9 studies were focused on other complications of chemotherapy. Conclusions : Most of the studies reported significant effectiveness of traditional medicine treatment compared to controlled group. However we could not made a definite conclusion because of the low quality and heterogeneity of the studies included. More studies should be performed to introduce traditional Asian medicine to childhood cancer treatment.

자연 윤리학 구성의 제 요소 - 한의사 윤리를 중심으로 -

Objectives : To define an everyday ethics for students and doctors of Korean Medicine, people who desire treatment, cultivation and healing through Korean Medical means by determining its conditions and characteristics. Ways of constructing its contents fit for contemporary society were discussed. Methods The threefold Heaven-Earth-Human theory, Yinyang theory, circulation of the Five Phases along with contents of classics such as 『Huangdineijing(黃帝內經)』, 『Guanzi(管子)』, 『Zhongyong(中庸)』, 『Daxue(大學)』, 『Beijiqianjinyaofang(備急千金要方)』, 『Donguibogam(東醫寶鑑)』 were newly interpreted or quoted for explanation. Results : The elements that construct natural ethics and Natural Ethics were established as following: the natural perspective of Nature and People, natural sustainability as fundamental principle, co-existence and initiative circulation as fundamental rules, education and cultivation of lay people, and professional character and competence. Conclusions : The authors suggest a reconstruction of the inherent philosophy, ethics, principle, rule, life guidelines of Korean Medicine within the framework of “natural ethics” and “Natural Ethics” as a prior task for better integration of traditional KM into contemporary society. Objectives: 한의학도와 한의사, 한의 치료와 양생・치유를 희망하는 일반인들이 매일매일의 삶에서 일상의 지침으로 삼을 수 있는 윤리를 정의하고, 그 조건과 성격을 규정하며, 내용을 현대사회의 시공간에 맞게 구성하는 문제에 대해 논하였다. Methods: 한의학에 내재한 天地人 三才 사상, 陰陽원리, 五行과 순환 원칙, [黃帝內經]과 [管子], [中庸], [大學] 및 [備急千金要方], [東醫寶鑑] 등 典籍 내용을 새롭게 해석하거나 인용 설명하여 설정하였다. Results: 자연윤리와 자연 윤리학의 구성 요소를 自然觀인 자연과 사람, 原理인 자연적 지속가능성의 원리, 原則인 공존과 주도권 순환의 원칙, 일반인 개인의 학습과 양생, 전문가의 품성과 역량 이 다섯 가지로 설정하였다. Conclusions: 전통의학인 한의학의 현대사회에의 원활한 안착을 위한 선결 과제로써 한의학에 내재한 철학, 윤리, 원리, 원칙, 생활지침 들을 “자연”이라는 명칭을 부여하여 “자연윤리”와 “자연 윤리학”으로 재구성할 것을 제안한다.
