The increase of international and domestic trade according to global industrialization and economic growth has raised the national logistic cost in connection with physical distribution of articles. In order to reduce these costs and rise up national industrial competitiveness, Korea has also tried to improve the efficiency of logistics with various methods as advanced countries did. Especially, Korea government has decided standard dimension of pallets with T11 (1100×1100 mm) on the basis of unit load system in early 2000s, and certification program for logistics equipments has been operated to keep up the compatibility for the equipments and packaging with modulation of T11. Consequently, this certification program has contributed to extend standardization for logistics and to grow up 3 party logistics, but compared with advanced countries, the rate of national logistics cost to GDP (gross domestic product) still shows about 3% gap as demands for certification have been decreased in the recent. In this study, therefore, we proposed the development of logistics certification system based on social needs as a policy device to activate logistic industry as well as improve the efficiency of national logistics after we had analyzed all of certification programs for logistics being run in Korea. Namely, the first is the development of certification project for Northeast Asia's logistics corresponding to necessity for applying returnable transport system according to increasing the amount of trade between Northeast Asia's countries. The second is the development of certification project for safe transportation of packaging corresponding to costumer's needs for safe transit according to the growth of electronic commerce and the increase of global distribution.
SLS 다결정 실리콘 TFT 소자의 불량분석에 관한 연구

Thin film transistors(TFT) were made based on the polycrystalline Si (poly-Si) crystallized by sequential lateral solidification(SLS) method. The electrical characteristics of the devices were analyzed. n-type TFTs did not show a superior characteristics compared to p-type TFTs. We analyzed the causes of the failure by focused ion beam(FIB) analysis and automatic spreading resistance(ASR) measurement, to study the structural integrity and the doping distribution, respectively. FIB showed no structural problems but it revealed a non-intermixed layer in the contact holes between the polysilicon and the aluminum electrode. ASR analyses on poly-Si layer with various doping concentrations and activation temperatures showed that the inadequately doped areas were partially responsible for the inferior behavior of the whole device.
연육 제조과정에서 발생하는 어피 부산물의 활용을 위한 Cosmeceutical 활성 평가

This study investigated the cosmetic effects of enzymatic hydrolytes of an aquatic by-product, fish skin. The skins ofolive flounder Paralichthys olivaceus (PO) and Alaska pollock Gadus chalcogrammus (AP) were hydrolyzed usingpepsin, Alcalase, and Protemax. Three enzymatic hydrolytes were obtained and the inhibitory effects of these hydrolyteson the aging-related enzymes tyrosinase, elastase, and collagenase were determined. The results indicated thatthe pepsin hydrolytes of PO and PA had stronger activities than the other hydrolytes. PO and PA also significantlyreduced the intracellular reactive oxygen species levels in and improved the viability of H2O2-treated Vero cells;decreased nitric oxide production by and increased the cell viability of lipopolysaccharide-treated RAW 264.7 cells;and reduced intracellular reactive oxygen species levels and improved the viability of ultraviolet B irradiated HaCaTcells and human dermal fibroblasts. Furthermore, PO and PA remarkably reduced the intra- and extracellular melanincontents of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone-stimulated B16F10 cells. These results demonstrate that PO andPA have potential for use in the cosmetic industry.
