The skin of the eel goby, Odontamblyopus lacepedii, consists of epidermis, dermisand subcutis. The epidermis has three layers: the outermost layer, middle layerand stratum germinativum. The outermost layer is composed of polygonal cells orrather flattened cells, and mucous gland cells of acid mucopolysaccharides. Themiddle layer consists mainly of swollen small or voluminous epidermal cells andshows a web-shaped structure. The thickness of the epidermis depends on thevarious sizes and the number of layers of the swollen cells. Well-developedlymphatic spaces containing lymphocytes exist in the stratum germinativum andsmall scales are embedded in the dermis. A large number of blood capillaries arepresent just below the basement membrane, and a definite area giving AB andPAS positive was present between the basement membrane and scales. Tastebuds are distributed on surface of the epidermis at intervals. Considering thestructural features of the skin, it may be considered that O. lacepedii is more likelyto be related to cutaneous respiration as a dual respiratory system.
지적장애 학생 학부모의재택순회교육 경험 및 인식에 대한 연구

본 연구는 지적장애 학생 학부모의 재택순회교육 경험 및 인식을 조사하여, 장애 학생 및 학부모에 대한 지원의 나아갈 방향을 밝히고자 하였다. 이에 대구․경북지역 소속 재택순회교육을 받고 있는 학생들의 학부모 5명에 대한 심층면담을 실시하였다. 연구의 자료 분석은 Giorgi의 기술적 현상학에서 제시하고 있는 자료 분석과정(Giorgi, 1985)에 근거한다. 심층 면담 내용을 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 면담 참여자들은 공통적으로 재택․순회교육을 대안이 없는 최후의 선택이라고 생각하며, 수업을 지도하는 교사에 대해 고마움과 불편함을 동시에 나타내었다. 둘째, 자녀들이 집에 있으므로 인해 학교에서 발생할 수 있는 여러 가지 문제들로부터 자유 할 수 있다는 안도감과 작은 변화에 대해 고마움을 표현하면서도, 집에만 있는 자녀로 인해 불편함과 분노와 원망을 나타내기도 하였다. 셋째, 면담 참여자들은 좀 더 나은 미래를 꿈꾸면서도 그렇게 되지 않을 것이라고 체념하며, 고등학교 졸업 후의 불확실한 상황에 대해 두려워하고 있었다. 이상과 같은 연구 결과의 토대는 지적장애를 가진 재택순회교육대상 학생의 학부모를 위한 재택․순회교육에 대한 교육체계와 관련 서비스 보완과, 나아가 졸업 후에도 학생과 학부모에 대한 교육부를 비롯한 여러 유관기관들의 지속적인 지원이 될 수 있는 새로운 정책 방향을 제시하는데 기초가 될 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the experience and perceptions of parents of students with intellectual disabilities receiving home - based itinerant education and to clarify the direction of support for students with disabilities and parents. This study conducted detailed interviews with parents of students who were trained at Daegu and Gyeongbuk area. The analysis of the material of the research is based on the analysis process of the material presented in Giorgi's technical phenomenology (Giorgi, 1985). The results of detailed interviews were as follows. First, participants in the interviews shared common experiences of home-based itinerant education as a last choice without alternatives, but showed gratitude and discomfort to the teachers who teach the class at the same time. Second, while expressing gratitude for the small changes and the sense of relief that children are free from the many problems that may arise in the school because of their home, they also showed discomfort, anger, and resentment at home. Third, participants were afraid of uncertainty after graduating from high school, thinking that they would not be able to do so even if they dreamed of a better future. The results of this study are as follows: The educational system and related services for the home-based itinerant education for the parents of the students with intellectual disabilities, and the continuing education of the students and the parents, It will be a basis for presenting a new policy direction that can be supported.

The epidermis of the mudskipper, Periophthalmus modestus, consists of three layers- the outermost layer, middle layer and stratum germinativum. Extensive fine blood capillaries are present near the superficial layer of epidermis and outermost layer in five fins and a sucking disc. The diffusion distance between the vascular capillaries and the surface of epidermis ranged from 3.6 to 10.9 mm: 3.6 mm in the sucking disc, 10.9 mm in the anal fin and 4.6 to 5.0 mm in the two dorsal fins. Rate of the surface area of respiratory epithelium, the surface area of the fine blood capillaries occupied per surface area of epidermis in 0.1 mm, is 3.7 to 4.4% in two dorsal fins and 1.1% in the anal fin. The middle layer is simpler in structure consisting of small or voluminous cells swollen by epidermal cells, and this layer appeared web-like. Well-developed lymphatic spaces containing lymphocytes existed in the stratum germinativum. The five fins and sucking disc had no epidermal glands.

In the goby Micropercops swinhonis, the follicular layer of full-grown oocytes consists of an outer layer (theca cell) and an inner layer (granulosa cell). As the oocyte grows, columnar cells of inner granulosa layer secrete mucin to their cytoplasm and then surround the oocyte. Such granulosa cells appear to be cuboidal cells in the early vitellogenesis, yolk vesicle stage, to be replaced by columnar cell secreting mucins (adhesive materials) in the middle vitellogenesis, yolk granule stage. The enveloping layer of the oocyte has a muco- follicle layer filled with mucins. The mucins are an amorphous and electron-dense substance. Interestingly, the oocyte enveloping layer becomes thickened towards the animal pole as vitelogenesis proceeds. A zona radiata of about $7.8{\sim}11.5\;{\mu}m$ thick is present below the muco-follicle layer. The zona radiata is composed of an one-layered electron-dense externa and a three to five-layered electron-less interna.
