DLC is considered as the candidate material for application of moving parts in automotive components relatively in high pressure and temperature operating conditions for its high hardness with self lubrication and chemical inertness. Different deposition method such as arc plating, ion gun plating and PECVD were used for comparing mechanical and tribological properties of each DLCs deposited on stainless steel with 1 um thick respectively. Among these 3 types of DLCs, the arc plated DLC film showed highest value for wear resistance in dry condition. From the results of analysis for physical properties of DLC films, it seems that the adhesion force and crack initiation modes were more important factors than intrinsic mechanical properties such as hardness, elastic modulus and/or roughness to the wear resistance of DLC films. Raman spectroscopy was used for understanding chemical bonding natures of each type of DLC films. Typical D and G peaks were identified based on the deposition method. Hardness of the coating layers were identified by nanoindentation method and the adhesions were checked by scratch method.
우리나라 연안해역 해저정보조사의 필요성 및 조사방향에 관한 연구

The coast is important area to set up policies in aspects of environmental, international and developing of resources. The researches have been conducted by many different organizations according to their own purposes. So the fundamental researches of Korean coastal area haven't been completed. For that reason, we can't use the datum to apply f3r different cases. In this paper, we studied about our current situations and the need of surveying. For a effective research methods, we suggest dividing research areas into zones and dividing them into smaller zones. And we divide priority of research and ranging of surveying classes by grading them depending on the importance.
수량계산을 위한 LiDAR와 SBES데이터 통합프로그램 개발에 관한 연구

LiDAR(Light Detection And Ranging) can make terrain model where above the ground and the mixed data between SBES(Single Beam Echo Sounder) and SSS(Side Scan Sonar) can make terrain model where bottom of water. So this research suggest that how to merge data which are got ken different devices and we developed the software which can display 2D/3D graphic and water volume calculation. And we compared accuracy between the commercial software'Surfer'and LiDAR and SBES data Merging Program.

수도권의 인구밀집 현상은 우리나라의 큰 사회문제이다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 신도시를 건립하여 인구를 분산시키려 노력하고 있지만 서울과의 접근성이 극심한 교통체증으로 인하여 약하기 때문에 신도시들은 베드타운의 역할을 잘 수행하지 못하는 실정이다. 이러한 문제는 대중교통수단의 확충이 그 해결책이 될 것이다. 따라서 국내 수도권 도시철도망의 경우 향후 연장길이 확충은 물론 경량전철 둥 다양한 유형의 도시철도가 도입될 예정이다. 이러한 계획을 성공적으로 수행하기 위해서는 철도자체의 특성에 대한 고려뿐만 아니라 도시철도가 건설되는 지역의 종합적인 검토가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 지리정보시스템의 공간분석기능을 이용한 의사결정 지원시스템을 설계함으로서 기존 도시철도 건설계획 수립과정을 개선해보고자 한다.
RFID를 이용한 국가기준점 원격 모니터링 웹 시스템 개발

There are about 22,000 national control points throughout this nation. However, in order to identify the location data of a national control point, a control point result table is needed. And although the control points are important national facilities, due to the fact that these points located at remote areas such as on top of mountains, the facilities are being maintained via on-site inspection without any protections around them. In this research, by taking the locations where the control points are placed into consideration, a specialized RFID tags that can be attached to the national control point's marker has been developed, and CDMA-ready PDA based mobile Web System and national control point control system are developed as well. With help of these systems, control point data can be checked at the seen, and national control point maintenance personnel can find out about maintenance status and keep track of usage record. When these systems are taken into effect, access to the national control point data becomes easy, fast response to the change in data can be possible, and management efficiency will go up. When the Ubiquitous society becomes reality, the importance of location information will be high. Therefore, national control points using above mentioned RFID tags will not only be useful to the control point users and maintenance personnels such as professional land surveyors, but also useful when providing location based services to people, and it will become an important national infrastructure in terms of providing absolute location information.

Electron beam physical vapor deposition (EBPVD) is a conventional method to fabricate thermal barrier coating (TBC) of high temperature airfoil engine parts, such as blade etc. for its high temperature structural stability from the nature of columnar growth behavior. For the high quality of TBC by EBPVD, the structural factors, such as growth behavior, thickness uniformity and so on, should be managed to obtain the coating which satisfied the required specifications of usable level of mechanical and thermal properties. In this study, the growth behavior and structure variations of 7YSZ (7 wt% yttria stabilized zirconia) coatings with different configurational deposition parameters for the specimens which have turbine blade shape mock-up were investigated. Growth behavior of coatings were studied by comparing computational modeling of evaporation behavior with actual deposition process using e-beam source.

본 연구의 목적은 개념도 연구를 통해 과학영재 학생들의 스트레스 요인에 대한 인식을 개념도로 규명함으로써 과학영재 학생들의 스트레스 요인을 예측하고 이러한 자료를 통해 영재학생들을 심리, 정서적으로 지원하는데 기초자료를 제공하고자 하는 것이다. 스트레스 요인에 관한 연구를 위해 수도권에 소재한 과학 고등학교 학생 15명을 초점집단으로 하여 과학영재 학생들이 인식하는 스트레스 요인에 대하여 진술문을 산출, 종합, 분류 하도록 하고 이를 기초로 다차원 척도와 위계적 군집분석을 실시하였다. 여기서 산출된 문항들을 가지고 147명의 과학영재 학생들이 다시 각 문항에 대하여 인식하는 스트레스의 정도를 평가하였다. 연구 결과, 개념도를 통해 도출된 과학영재학생들이 인식하는 스트레스 요인에 대한 최종 진술문은 79개였으며 79개의 진술문에 대한 스트레스 요인의 인식 구조는 8가지 하위 범주(‘상대적 열등감’, ‘진로․진학에 대한 불안’, ‘기대와 다른 학교 환경’, ‘잘해야 한다는 과도한 학업부담’, ‘과학고답지 않은 수업분위기’, ‘학업 및 연구에 대한 부담 및 불안’, ‘인간관계의 어려움’, ‘가족 및 주변의 기대와 간섭’)로 나타났다. 과학영재 학생들은 스트레스 요인 8가지 범주 중에서 ‘인간관계의 어려움’요인에 스트레스 정도가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 연구의 결과는 과학영재교육의 현장적용 맥락에서 논의 되었다. The purpose of this study is to provide a basic data on the psychological and emotional support for gifted students through the prediction of stress factors of scientifically gifted students using the concept mapping approach. In order to investigate the stress factors of scientifically gifted students, 15 students from the science high schools in the metropolitan area were selected as the focus group. The students were asked to produce, aggregate and categorize statements about the stress factors recognized by scientifically gifted students, and multidimensional analysis and hierarchical cluster analysis were conducted. Based on the results, 147 scientifically gifted students evaluated the importance of each item again. As a result, there were 79 final statements about the stressors perceived by the scientifically gifted students under the eight subcategories which were relative inferiority, anxiety about career advancement, underprivileged school environment, excessive academic burden of doing well, unfavorable classroom atmosphere, burden on academic and research, difficulties in human relations, and interferences with family and surroundings. Among the eight subcategories of stress factors, scientifically gifted students showed the highest agreement on the difficulty of human relations factor. The results of the study were discussed in the context of field application of education for the scientifically gifted.
