초음파 피부 기기를 이용한 피부의 영향도 연구 : 수분도 및 피부주름을 중점적으로 emphasis on moisture and wrinkle of the skin

Objective. This study was designed to show that how it is improved a degree of moisture and wrinkle of the skin using ultrasound equipment. Methods. During six months. normal 34 female who are over 30years old have managed ten times of treatment using ultrasound equipment. Treatment is performed two or three times per week. Treatments were always carried out in the morning from 9:30 am to 12. The chronoligical incidence, which was not part of the test protocol was not included in the treatment protocol. Each females was thoroughly examined and questioned to ensure that they correspond to the target. No noticeable clinical anomaly was noted, nonetheless some females showed certain chronic skin afflictions (eczema and psoriasis) and were consequently excluded from the test sample. Throughout the test, the volunteers used no special cosmetic products, only their regular products. The women were alloved to use make up : mascara, rouge and lipstick. Females who were treated (July), during the holiday season, were exceptionally allowed to use loose makeup powder and makeup foundation. The females received neither topical creams nor cosmetology treatments throughout the test. Total treatment length never exceeded 5 weeks per tested female. Result. In first and last treatment phases, the index rate of moisture in epidermis is highly increased. Also, wrinkles of the skin are decreased considerably in those phases. It indicates high satisfaction, resulting all of subject make out eight items of the question aire at the last phase. Conclusion. For experiment of 29 females, the degree of treatment is excellent. Undesirable effect indicates in five females, which is fewest. The result of this study indicates that the constant management of skin-care using ultrasound equipment intends to play a important role of improving the degree of moisture and wrinkle of the skin.

전기이온영동기아 초음파 미용기를 병용한 기미의 향상도 연구

During the period from April 2nd, 2001 to May 30th, 2001., 12 times of skin care treatment using jointly with electric ion beauty appliance and ultrasound beauty appliance are performed to 20 women volunteers who are healthy and have the freckles among the customers of skin care treatment shop. They are treated 2∼3 times per week and skin care schedule are carried out as follows per day; one is from 9:30am to 12:00am and the other is from 2:00pm to 5:00pm. The skin care treatment effect evaluation of the freckles is used MASI(Melasma Area and Severity Index) score and for objective measurement, the brightness & color difference is assessed only using color difference value of the L* within the three measurement color difference(L^*, a^*, b^*) of the Chromameter CR-300, which is one of the colorimetric examination. The results are as follows; 1. The period from occurrence of the freckle to experiment beginning are various from 8 months to 13 years and the average period of the case history is 6.67 years. The aggravation factor of the freckles is most ultraviolet rays and the others are internal secretion factor and mental uneasiness. Also, there are a few subjects related to the stress. The epidermis and complex types are 8 subjects each and the dermis type is 4 subjects. 2. Before and after use jointly electric ion beauty appliance and ultrasound beauty appliance, the differences of the MASI score and the L* value are statistically indicated significant(P(0.001). 3. The improvement effects according to the types of the freckles are as belows;In the subjects group of peidermis and complex types, the difference of the MASI score and the L* value are statistically indicated significant before & after skin care treatment. But, there is no significant differences in the subjects group of the dermis types. 4. After 12 times of skin care treatment, the subjective evaluation of the freckle improvement in subjects are; 11 subjects response considerable improvement and 6 subjects a bit. The subjective satisfaction for the most of them is highly indicated. Above all, the freckle improvement and subjective satisfaction in who age is younger, case history is shorter and the region of the freckle is less, are higher than the others. As the result of this study using jointly electric ion beauty appliance and ultrasound beauty appliance, most of the subjects show improved effect and satisfacted this method. The treatment method of using jointly electric ion beauty appliance and ultrasound beauty appliance is actively performed as one of the skin care treatment programs.

Inulae Flower (山藥, Dioscorea japonica Thunb., Inulae Flos) refers to a dried head flower of elecampane (Dioscorea japonica Thunb. Var japonica), a medical herb pertaining to Inula Linne and it is typically called elecampane (山藥) in oriental medicine. It tastes sweet a little bit or plain and slightly warm, and is known to have medical effects such as chronic enteritis, chronic nephritis. It includes saponin, musine, choline, glycoprotein, and is rich in amino acids. This study was carried out to examine the effects of anti-inflammation and anti-wrinkle, aming to provide natural ingredients for functional cosmetic products. EtOAc fraction of Inulae flower extract was examined to find out the inhibition activity on Nitric Oxide (NO), cytokine IL-1β, IL-6, and TNF-α. The inhibition activity of Nitric Oxide (NO) to find out the anti-inflammatory activity of Inulae flower extracts discovered that control ability showed 100% at 50 μg/ml concentration and it was confirmed excellent. It was also found that it controls the creation or secretion of cytokine IL-1β, IL-6, and TNF-α, thus used as ingredients for functional cosmetic products such as products effective for anti-inflammation. An analysis of MMP-1, a standard for anti-wrinkle, expression control effects from Inulae flower extracts observed that its extracts had approximately 58.2% control effects at 25 μg/ml concentration and it had effects for enhancing skin wrinkles.
