The agent system has been considered as a part of the artificial intelligence technology. The mobile agent is an agent with mobility and an independent software program which runs on behalf of its operator. In this paper, a network management architecture using mobile agent technology in distributed network environment is proposed. The proposed architecture uses CORBA as the distributed object platform and the mobile agent is implemented using mobility of Java code. In order for mobile agent to communicate with SNMP agent. proxy object which can converse with CORBA object is proposed in the architecture. It can use several transparency characteristics that CORBA provides. In the result. it has been shown that the system.

Mobile Agent는 네트워크 환경에서 관리자의 작업을 자율적으로 대신 수행하는 이동이 가능한 소프트웨어 프로그램으로 현재 여러 분야에서 응용되어지고 있는 기술이다. 본 논문에서는 분산환경에서 mobile agent 기술을 이용한 네트워크 관리 구조를 제안하였다. Mobile agent를 생성한 후 네이밍 서비스에 의해 분산 객체인 SNMP 대리자 프록시를 찾아내고 이후 mobile agent와 프록시 사이의 통신을 통해 필요한 관리정보를 획득하여 관리 시스템으로 전달하게 하였다. 분산환경에서 투명성 제공을 위해 CORBA를 기반으로 하였다. 또한 SNMP 대리자를 위한 프록시를 두어 SNMP 대리자와 CORBA 객체인 mobile agent 간의 통신을 가능하게 하였다. 제안된 구조에서 mobile agent는 자동화된 관리 기능 수행이 가능하며 새로운 관리 기능 추가 및 변경을 용이하게 하므로 효율적인 관리 방식을 제공함을 알 수 있었다. Mobile Agent is a movable software program that autonomously runs on behalf of its operator in a network environment. It has been widely applied to various kinds of computer engineering. In this paper, a network management architecture using the mobile agent technology in the distributed network environment is proposed. After manager system creates the mobile agent, it searches a proxy, a distributed object that acts as the substitute for a SNMP agent. In order to get the management information that manager requires, the mobile agent goes to the proxy and does operations on it. So, only the concise results from the operation are sent to the managing system. The proposed architecture is based on CORBA that provides several transparent characteristics in the distributed environment. In additional, the proxy object that represents the SNMP agent enables the mobile agent and the SNMP agent to converse with themselves. In this architecture, the mobile agent can carry out an automated management function, easily change and modify management functions. Therefore, it can provide an efficient management way.

Use of the carbon nanotube is superior to general powder state materials of mechanicaland electrical properties. Because its ratio of diameter and length (aspect ratio) is very large, it has material. Based on this advantage, the existing carbon black of semiconductive shield materials used in power cables can acquire excellent properties by using a small amount of carbon nanotubes. Thus, we investigated the thermal properties of the carbon nanotube, such as thermal conductivity, specific heat, and DSC (Differential Scanning Calorimetry). We found that a high thermal resistance level is demonstrated by using a small amount of carbon nanotubes. As a result, this tendency confirms high cross-linking density in a new network in constructive properties.

In this paper, we have investigated thermal properties of semiconductive shield materials for power cables. EEA (Ethylene Ethyl Acrylate) was used for base polymer and TGA (Thermal Gravimetric Analysis) and AFM (Atomic Force Microscope) were investigated with various carbon black and CNT (carbon nanotube) contents. When CNT reinforced composites and conventional composite were investigated with TGA, we knew that thermal properties of CNT reinforced composite were better than them of conventional composite. To investigate roughness, we used AFM. Before and after aging, AFM was applied and after aging, roughness was increased. As a result, suitable CNT and CB(carbon black) content is CNT:CB=50:50.

Fire resistant cables usually apply to emergency power and fire safety systems, such as fire alarm, sprinkler, smoke ventilation system and so on. And, high performance of fire resistant cables is important to provide the safety environmental sustainability needed to electrical circuits in oil and gas plants. Recently, various fire resistant cables of LS cable & System were developed. This paper presents experimental investigations and results for continuous operation for a certain time under fire explosion condition. To obtain fire and heat resistant material properties of the cable, a specific resistant layer between the metal conductor and the polymer insulation was introduced. The developed fire resistant cables meet the requirement of various safe circuit integrities with the mechanical impact and the water spray condition for application of onshore and offshore plants.

The effect of a rubber mould on densification and deformation of aluminum alloy powder was investigated during warm isostatic pressing. The hyperelastic constitutive equations based on various strain energy potentials were employed to analyze deformation of rubber. The parameters in the strain energy potentials were obtained from experimental data for uniaxial and volumetric compression of Viton rubber at two warm temperatures. For elastoplastic response, the yield function of Shima and Oyane was implemented into a finite element program (ABAQUS) to predict compaction responses of metal powder during warm isostatic pressing. Finite element results were compared with experimental data for densification and deformation of aluminum alloy powder with/without a rubber mould under warm die pressing.
