        QAR 전략이 초등학교 5학년 학생의 과학적 태도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of applying the Question-Answer Relationship (QAR)strategy on the attitude toward science of the elementary fifth grade students whose learning styles have beenidentified. The population of the study constitutes the total of 97 elementary fifth grade students who wereassigned into a comparison (n=48) or experimental group (n=49). To understandhow the QAR strategy potentially influencedscientific attitude, both groups were surveyedin the areas of scientific attitude before and after the experiment. TheKolb's Test was used to identifythe students’ learning stylein the experimental group. According tothe learners' learning style, the results have been compared and analyzed. The results of this study are as follows:First, the findings revealed a significant difference in the experimental group students’ attitude toward sciencecompared to the comparison group. Second, four learning styles were identified among the studentsin theexperimental group: a) Accommodators (46.9%), b) Convergers (24.5%), c) Divergers (20.4%), and d) Assimilator (8.2%). Following the data analysis, there was no meaningful statistical difference between four groups oflearning styles with respect to their scientific attitude.Applyingthe QAR strategy in a science class seemed toimprove the accommodators, convergers, and divergers’ scientific attitude positively.

        모돈 사료 내 Portulaca oleracea L.의 첨가가 번식성적, 혈액성상, 면역반응 및 분 중 미생물에 미치는 영향

        This study was undertaken to determine the effects of dietary supplementation with herbal extracts of Portulaca oleracea L. (POL), on the reproductive performance, blood profiles, immune response, and fecal microbial population in multiparous sows. On the basis of initial body weight, a total of 20 multiparous sows (Landrace×Yorkshire; 229.2±1.15 kg) were randomly allotted to 2 treatment groups, each including 10 replicates. The dietary treatments were administered during the lactation period, and included a corn-soybean meal-based diet (control group) and diet supplemented with 0.05% POL. Throughout the experimental period, no significant differences were observed between the two diet groups for body weight, backfat thickness, and reproductive performance. Blood profile analysis revealed significantly decreased lymphocyte concentrations and IL-1β levels (p<0.05), and increased serum IgG levels (p=0.051), of sows consuming the POL supplemented diet. Furthermore, coliform counts tended to decrease in sows consuming diet supplemented with POL (p=0.063). Taken together, our results indicate that POL supplemented diets exert beneficial effects on blood profiles, immune response, and fecal microflora of multiparous sows, without any negative effect on the reproductive performance. 본 실험은 모돈 사료 내 Portulaca oleracea L.(POL)의 첨가가 번식성적, 혈액성상, 면역반응 및 분 중 미생물에 미치는 영향을 구명하기 위해 수행하였다. 본 실험을 위해 총 20두의 모돈(Landrace×Yorkshire; 229.2±1.15 kg)을 공시하였으며, 개시체중에 기반하여, 2처리 10반복, 반복당 1두씩 완전임의 배치하였다. 실험 처리구는 옥수수-대두박 기초사료를 대조구로 하여 기초사료 내 POL을 0.05% 첨가한 처리구가 포함되었으며, 분만직후부터 포유기간 동안 수행하였다. 사료 내 POL을 첨가하였을 때, 모돈의 체중, 등지방두께 및 번식성적에서는 유의적인 차이가 나타나지 않았다(p>0.05). 혈액성상에서 사료 내 POL의 첨가하였을 때, 모돈의 림프구가 유의적으로 감소하는 것으로 나타났다(p<0.05). 또한, 면역반응에서 사료 내 POL을 첨가하였을 때 포유모돈의 혈 중 IL-1β의 수치는 유의적으로 감소하였으며(p<0.05), IgG는 증가하는 경향이 관찰되었다(p=0.051). 분 중 미생물에서는 POL 처리구에서 포유모돈의 coliforms이 감소하는 경향을 확인하였다(p=0.063). 본 실험의 결과들을 종합해보면, 사료 내 POL의 첨가는 번식성적에 부정적인 영향을 미치지 않으며, 모돈의 혈액성상, 면역반응 및 분 중 미생물에 긍정적인 효과를 미치는 것을 시사한다.

      • Lauritzen과 Jaeger의 내러티브 설계 모형을 적용한 초등학교 6학년 도덕과 ‘편견’ 단원의 설계

        최근 내러티브를 활용하여 교육과정을 설계하는 방안에 대하여 활발한 논의가 이루어지고 있다. 내러티브 교육과정 설계는 내러티브라는 인간의 인식론적 도구를 바탕으로 교육과정의 목표, 내용, 교수, 평가의 일련의 과정을 정렬하는 과정이다. 본 연구는 내러티브 교육과정 설계를 위한 한 단원의 설계안을 제시함으로써 교육현장에서 내러티브 교육과정을 쉽게 설계하여 교사와 학생들의 배움을 촉진시키는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 2장에서는 내러티브 교육과정의 이론적 측면을 다루었으며, 3장에서는 내러티브 교육과정 설계의 방향과 원리를 제시하였다. 4장에서는 Lauritzen과 Jaeger의 내러티브 설계모형을 적용하였으며 마지막에는 설계안을 시각화 하는 템플릿을 제시하였다. 내러티브 교육과정이 현장에서 내러티브의 교육목표 달성을 위한 교수-학습과정의 하나의 안으로 활용하는 것은 현재의 지식전달중심의 교육과정을 개선할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. The purpose of this study is to explore the direction of design for narrative curriculum. In this study, I designed the curriculum using narrative, a subject of current active research. Narrative curriculum refers to the structure in which students' education opportunity can be organized constructively and analytically utilizing narrative, so that their knowledge and experience can be continually reconstructed. Narrative itself means a curriculum. In the study, the five-stage design template of Lauritzen and Jaeger(1997) model that includes the context, inquires, goals filter, explorations and culminations was applied to designing practical education. In chapter 4, the case of designing the theme of 'diverse culture, happy world' that deals with overcoming prejudices on different cultures in the moral course for elementary 6th grade students was discussed. In specific, the educational content of the designed template include the process of solve problems, The critically, creatively, use technology, communicate, quantify, direct own learning, and cooperate. In applications on individual and social aspects, ability to deliberate on public issues, to interpret human experience; to understand diversity, health habits, Science/Math relationships, humanities. Implementing narrative curriculum based on practical educational view in a country with nation-oriented curriculum development system such as Korea, requires mutual adaptation perspectives for each sides. As such, the role of teachers is a subjective practitioner with the ability of reconstructing curriculum. Finally, the effect from narrative curriculum based on the social practices can be analyzed from the measurement of output, evaluation of curriculum through evaluating process, investigation of students' level of interest on study, and observation on scenes from classes. Education in perspective of practices is an initiation process of practices for the better quality of life, in which individuals can form totality of their lives while studying the tradition. Thus, narrative curriculum is will help professor-learner develop narrative capability.

        랫드에서 신원방우황청심원의 급성 및 아급성독성시험

        The acute and subacute toxicity of New Wonbangwoohwangchungsimwon (NSCH) which was used l-muscone as substitutive material of musk were investigated in S.D. rats. In intraperitoneal acute toxicity test, rats were injected intraperitoneally with five dosages of 0, 500, 710, 1,000, 1,410 and 2,000 mg/kg. Body weights were significantly decreased at 500 and 710 mg/kg dose group in male and abnormal autopsy findings were founded in both sexes at all dose. Intraperitoneal $LD_{50}$ of NSCH was 1,088.3 mg/kg in male and 1159.3 mg/kg in female rats. In the subacute toxicity study, NSCH was administrated orally to both sexes of rats for 4 weeks as several doses(0, 320, 800, and 2,000 mg/kg). There were neither dead animals nor significant changes of body weights during the experimental period. In addition, no differences were found between control and treated groups in clinical signs, urinalysis, hematology, serum biochemical analysis, and other findings. Above data strongly suggest that no observed adverse effect level of NSCH might be over 2,000 mg/kg/day in this study.

        차로 감소 병목 구간 혼잡 완화 전략: 낮은 자율협력주행차량 (CAV) 혼입률을 중심으로

        PURPOSES : This study aims to develop a congestion mitigation strategy at lane drop bottleneck with low Connected and Automated Vehicle (CAV) penetration. METHODS : The proposed strategy is designed to assign a role of a moving bottleneck to CAVs to reduce low-speed lane changes at bottleneck locations, which are the main cause of bottleneck capacity drop. Through this, it aims to induce proactive upstream lane changes for Human-Driven Vehicles (HDVs,). Therefore, this study includes the control algorithm for CAVs, and the evaluation of the strategy assumes penetration rates of 5% and 10% in a Microsimulation VISSIM environment. The assessment is conducted by comparing the capacity drop and total travel time. Additionally, a sensitivity test for the parameter of the CAV control algorithm, reduced speed, is performed to find the optimal parameter. RESULTS : In this study, three scenarios, a) Base, b) CAV with no control, and c) CAV with control, are designed to evaluate the effects of the CAV control strategy. Analysis of segment density and lane change distribution reveals that the control strategy effectively prevented vehicle congestion due to the bottleneck effect. Additionally, the analysis of capacity changes before and after the bottleneck and total travel time shows the effectiveness of the control strategy. The sensitivity test on CAV control speed emphasized the importance of selecting an appropriate speed for maintaining efficient traffic flow. Lastly, as the CAV penetration rate increased, the control strategy exhibited greater effectiveness in mitigating capacity drop. CONCLUSIONS : The proposed strategy is intended for use at low CAV penetration rates and is expected to provide assistance in mitigating congestion at bottlenecks during the early stages of CAV commercialization. Furthermore, since the role of CAV in the strategy can be performed by CVs or even HDVs, it can be applied not only immediately but also in the near future.

        혼합 및 암수분리 사육이 토종닭의 사양성적과 행동에 미치는 영향

        본 연구에서는 혼합 및 암수분리 사육이 토종닭(한협 3호)의 사양성적과 행동에 미치는 영향에 대하여 조사하였다. 암수의 성비를 0:100(FO), 100:0(MO) 및 50:50(MI)으로 3처리를 하여서 13주간 조사하였다. 체중의 경우 혼합사육(MI) 그룹에 비하여 암수분리(FO, MO) 사육 그룹의 증체량 및 체중이 유의적으로 높게 나타났으며(p<0.05), 암수 그룹 사이에는 MO그룹이 유의적으로 높게 나타났다(p<0.05). 사료섭취량의 경우 암수분리 사육 구간에서(d14-21, 21-28) 유의적으로 높게 나타났으나(p<0.05), d35- 42 구간에서 혼합그룹에서 유의적으로 높게 나타났다. (p<0.05). 사료효율에서는 전 구간에서 유의적인 차이는 나타나지 않았다(p<0.05). 사료섭취시간은 MO 처리구와 비교하였을 때, FO와 MI처리구에서 유의적으로 높게 나타났다(p<0.05). 휴식시간은 MO와 MI에서 유의적으로 높게 나타났으며 FO에서 낮은 수치를 보였다(p<0.05). 걷기 행동은 MO에서 다소 긴 경향을 보였으나, 유의적인 차이는 인정되지 않았다. 음수행동과 다른 닭 쪼는 행동은 처리구간 유의적인 차이가 나타나지 않았으나, 쪼기행동은 MO, MI, FO의 순으로 유의적인 차이가 나타났다(p<0.05). 결론적으로 토종닭을 암수혼합 사육할 때, 암수의 성비는 토종닭의 사양성적과 행동에 영향을 미칠 가능성이 있다고 생각된다. The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of mixed or split-sex feeding on growth performance and behavior of Korean native chickens. Three variants of the sex ratio, FO (female only), MO (male only) and MI (mixed) were tested in Korean native chickens (Hanhyop 3) that were between the ages of 7 and 91 days. Body weight gain was the highest (p<0.05) in the MO treatment and the lowest (p<0.05) in the MI treatment. The feed intake (FI) of birds in the MO treatment was higher (p<0.05) than that of birds in the MI treatment during days 14-21, also MO treatment was higher (p<0.05) than that of birds in the MI treatment during days 21-28. However, the FI of birds in the MI group was higher (p<0.05) than that of birds in FO treatment during days 35-42. The behavioral frequency of walking, drinking, and aggressive pecking were not affected by sex ratio treatment. The behavioral frequency of feeding was higher in the FO treatment than that of birds in the other treatments. The comfort time of birds in the MI treatment was longer (p<0.05) than that of birds in the other treatments. The behavioral frequency of pecking was higher in the MO treatment than that of birds in the other treatments. The study suggests that when male and female Korean native chickens are reared together, sex ratio can influence growth performance and behavior frequency.
