입자농도 영향을 고려한 사이클론 최적화 설계에 관한 연구

고온 고압조건에 적용할 수 있는 사이클론 성능관계식과 수치해석방법을 이용하여 알루미늄 연소입자를 집진할 수 있는 Lapple 사이클론에 관한 연구가 진행되었다. 자세한 설계 흐름도 및 그 설계결과가 제시되었으며, 예상되는 집진성능이 평가되었다. 연소가스 내에 있는 알루미늄의 입자농도의 영향성이 다양한 운용조건에 대하여 비교되었으며, 입자농도가 커지면 사이클론 내부에서의 압력강하 크기 또한 증가하였으나 그 변화량은 크지 않음이 관찰되었다. A Lapple cyclone is designed to collect alumina particles in high-temperature and high-pressure conditions by utilizing both numerical simulations and theoretical correlation equations. Detailed flow chart for the cyclone design procedure and its results are shown, and the expected performances of the cyclone are also presented. Effects of the dust loading of the alumina particles are observed for various operation conditions, and it is found that the total pressure drop inside the cyclone is slightly increased for higher dust loadings, however, the change is not that strong.

The synthesis and physicochemical properties of a novel cephalosporin, DWC-751 are described. DWC-751, (6R, 7R)-7-[(Z)-2-(2-aminothiazol-4-yl)-2-methoxyiminoacetamido]-3-[(1-methylbenzotriazol-3-ium)methyl]-ceph-3-em-4-carboxylate monosulfate(IV_a) was conveniently obtained by the conversion of compound(IV) into the crystalline monosulfate. Adjusting pH 4.8-5.2 in aqeous solution of the crude crystalline, compound(IV) in the form of a crystalline pentahydrate was prepared with a high degree of purity. The influence of the various organic and inorganic acids on the solubility of compoud(IV) and its salts, was examined. Particularly, the solubility of DWC-751 was 92 ㎎/㎖ at pH 1.7 and 233 ㎎/㎖ at pH 3.0. DWC-751 showed a broad antimicrobial spectrum against gram-positive and negative bacteria.
