호텔기업의 전략적 인적자원관리가 조직 내재화 및 조직 몰입에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of strategic human resource management in hotel organization and hotel employees’ organizational internalization and organizational commitment. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, the study was conducted by establishing a hypothesis through precedent studies and verifying the hypothesis through empirical testing. Survey data were collected form 350 hotel employees. In order to analyze the proposed constructs, factor analysis and regression analysis is required for this research. The results of factor analysis reveal that, five factors of the perception of the communication were derived such as wages and welfare, employee involvement and communication, education and training, career management, and evaluation management. Research findings are summarized as follows. First, employee involvement and communication, education and training, career management, and evaluation management had positive effects on organizational internalization. Second, it was found that evaluation management had positive effects on organizational commitment. Also, it was found that the hotel employees that recognized themselves to have a organizational internalization had a higher level of organizational commitment.
호텔기업의 기술기반 셀프서비스 수용의 통합기술수용 모델(UTAUT)이 태도 및 사용의도에 미치는 영향 - 태도의 매개효과를 중심으로 -

The purpose of this study was to application of the UTAUT examine the effect of customer's acceptance of technology-based self-service in hotel companies on attitude and intention to use. In addition, it is to understand the moderating effect of attitude in the relationship between UTAUT's influence on intention to use. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, the study was conducted by establishing a hypothesis through precedent studies and verifying the hypothesis through empirical testing. Survey data were collected form 295 hotel customers. As a result of the hypothesis test, it was identified that among the factors constituting UTAUT, performance expectancy, facilitation condition, and effort expectancy affect attitudes. Attitude was found to affect intention to use. And the mediating effect of attitude was identified in the effect of performance expectations and facilitation conditions on intention to use. Based on these results, this study provides ways to increase the attitude and intention to use TBSS in hotel companies.

The purpose of this study is to develop and strength the competitiveness of Korean food service industry through developing of grade valuation criterion for the domestic food service. The Analyses of the results are as follows: First, criterions of location and size are as follow in the order of importance: the convenience and accessibility of location, surrounded environment. These factors influence positively to developing of grade valuation system. Second, criterions of construction and equipment are as in the order of importance: fire prevention facility and status of equipped items, safety facility and status of equipped safety equipment, facilities for Challenged People, and suitability of building structure. These factors are influence positively to developing of grade valuation system. Third, criterions of restaurant are as follows in the order of importance: pleasantness, comfortableness, table setting and decorations, cleanness, spacious area, size of waiting area/reception area, quality of fixtures. These factors are influence positively to developing of grade valuation system. Finally, the criterions of operation/management are as follows in the order of importance: financial outcome, degree of violation of the administrative orders, with or procession of licenses, outcome of marketing, easy of reservation are shown to be positive influences and procession of health clearness, percentile of sales revenue vs. charity expense are shown to be negative influences.
호텔 조리사의 경력 정체가 직무 만족과 직무 성과에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of chef’s career plateau(content plateau and structural plateau) on job satisfaction and job performance in the hotel industry. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, the study was conducted by establishing a hypothesis through precedent studies and relevant literature and verifying the hypothesis through empirical testing. survey data were collected form 411 hotel chefs. In conclusion, it was found that the of hotel chefs which are structural career plateau of hotel chefs negatively related the job satisfaction. Also, it was found that the chefs that recognized themselves to have a job satisfaction had a higher level of job performance. Based on such study results, the study proposes valuable implications for hotel chefs in managing their career and performing their work by suggesting a career plateau and job development direction to enhance the subjective view of a successful career and job performance of hotel chefs.
