미시영역에서 중간역역까지 적용 가능한 범용 분자 시뮬레이션 시스템의 개발

본 논문에서는 개발된 범용 분자 시뮬레이션 시스템에 대해 기술하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 개발된 분자 시뮬레이션 시스템의 가장 큰 장점은 다른 무엇보다도 Langevin dynamics simulation이나 dissipative particle dynamics simulation 기법을 도입하여 all-atom 모델뿐만 아니라coarse-grain 모델까지도 다룰 수 있도록 설계하였고 따라서 미시영역은 물론 중간영역에서 일어나는 현상까지도 시뮬레이션 할 수 있도록 설계하였다는 점이다. 이를 통해 하나의 통합된 분자 시뮬레이션 시스템으로 생체막 내에서 마취제의 분포, 단백질 접힘 현상, 마이크로 채널 내에서 생체고분자의 구조와 유동 특성 등과 같이 미시영역에서부터 중간영역에 이르는 다양한 현상을 연구할 수 있게 되었다 개발된 시스템을 이용하면 molecular dynamics simulation에 기반한 분자 시뮬레이션 시스템으로는 불가능한 여러 중요한 바이오/나노 시스템을 시뮬레이션 할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다 마지막으로 벤치마크 결과를 통해 개발된 분자 시뮬레이션 시스템의 성능을 측정하였고 성능 최적화를 위한 병목지점을 조사하였다. In this paper, a general purpose molecular simulation system which has been developed by the author, are described. One of the most advantageous features is that the molecular simulation system can handle a coarse-grained model as well as an all-atom mode. Therefore, we can simulate mesoscopic phenomena as well as microscopic phenomena with the help of Langevin dynamics simulation and dissipative particle dynamics simulation techniques. Thus we could study anesthesia, protein folding, biopolymer flow in microchannel with single framework, which spans from microscopic to mesoscopic scales. We expect that we can also simulate many other bio/nano systems of technological importance which are not feasible by means of molecular dynamics simulation technique. Finally, performance data are shown and a bottleneck is identified for future optimization.

이 연구는 장애인 스포츠문화 측정도구 개발 및 타당화에 그 목적이 있다. 설문조사는 장애인스포츠지도자 231명을 대상으로 하였다. 답변이 불성실하거나 문제가 있는 응답자 7명은 제외하고 총 224명의 설문지를 통계분석에 사용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 12.0과 AMOS 22.0 프로그램을 사용하여 김병준과 오수학(2008)이 제안한 3단계 타당화 과정을 통해 탐색적 요인분석(exploratory factor analysis), 확인적 요인분석(confirmatory factor analysis)을 수행하였다. 수집한 자료를 분석한 결과, 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 장애인 스포츠문화 8요인(인적 네트워크, 승리주의, 특수성 강조, 비체계적 지원, 이론 경시, 위계질서, 관계 중시, 편향적 인식) 56문항을 추출하였다. 둘째, 설문조사 후 1차 탐색적 요인분석 결과6요인 32문항을 추출하였으며, 2차 탐색적 요인분석 결과에서는 6요인 26문항을 추출하였다. 셋째, 1차 탐색적 요인분석 결과 26문항을 가지고 2차 확인적 요인분석을 통하여 최종적으로 6요인 23문항을 확정하였다. 이러한 검증 결과에서 장애인 스포츠문화 척도는 하위 요인별로 개념 및 내용을 독립적으로 측정할 수 있는 측정도구임을 확인하였다. The purposes of this study were to develop Sports Culture Questionnaire for Disabled (SCQD) and to validate the questionnaire. A total of 231 adapted physical educators participated in the first survey. Initial data screening indicated that 7 participants did not meet the criteria. Final analysis included 224 adapted physical educators. Data analysis was performed using the three step validation processing proposed by Kim and Oh (2008). Exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses were performed to analyze the data using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0. The results were as follows: First, 8 factors for the disabled sports cultures (Social networking , triumphalism , emphasizing specificity , non- systematic support, negligence of theory , hierarchy , relationship -oriented , biased recognition) including 56 items were determined through the item analysis for the pilot scale of SCQD. Second, 6 factors including 32 items were extracted through the first exploratory factor analysis from the survey set and 6 factors including 26 items were extracted through the second exploratory factor analysis. Third, 6 factors including 23 items were finally determined through the second exploratory and the confirmatory factor analysis. Based on the results, SCQD was considered as a measurement tool to assess the concepts and contents independently by sub-factors.

This study is to develop manual for diagnosis, repair, and strengthen of facilities such as bridge, tunnel, dam, buildings. In this study, we analyzed diagnosis report and maintenance literatures and drew up the frame and content of manual on the basis of inquired data. This manual consist of 4 chapters - condition change and repair and strengthen work and repair and strengthen example, and related organization link. Consequently, this manual will give convenience and development of maintenance work to user for maintenance of facilities.

장애인스포츠폭력 측정도구 개발 및 타당화

본 연구는 장애인스포츠폭력 측정도구를 개발하고 타당도를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 개방형 설문을 통해 30명의 장애인스포츠선수를 대상으로 1차 예비척도를 작성하였고, 내용타당도 검증 후에 장애인스포츠선수 297명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 답변이 불성실하거나 문제가 있는 응답자 12명은 제외하고 총 285명의 설문지를 통계분석에 사용하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 23.0 프로그램을 사용하여 Benson(1998)이 제안한 3단계 타당화 과정을 수정·보완하여 탐색적 요인분석(exploratory factor analysis), 확인적 요인분석(confirmatory factor analysis)을 수행하였다. 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하였으며 수집한 자료를 분석한 결과, 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 개방형 설문을 통해 장애인스포츠폭력 측정도구 7요인 48문항을 추출하였다. 둘째, 설문조사 후 탐색적 요인분석 결과 4요인 35문항을 추출하였다. 셋째, 확인적 요인분석을 통하여 최종 4가지 요인(신체적 폭력, 인격적 폭력, 정신적 폭력, 언어적 폭력) 23문항을 확정하였다. 연구결과를 통해 장애인스포츠폭력 척도는 하위 요인별로 개념 및 내용을 독립적으로 측정이 가능한 도구임을 검증하였고, 현장에서 활용 가능함을 확인할 수 있었다. The purposes of this study were to develop a Sports Violence Questionnaire for Persons with Disabilities (SVQD) and to validate the questionnaire. The first scale was prepared for 30 disabled sports players through an open-ended questionnaire, after content validity was verified, 297 sports players with disabilities were surveyed. A total of 285 questionnaires were used for statistical analysis, excluding 12 respondents with insincere answers or problems. Data analysis was performed using the three step validation processing proposed by Benson (1998). Exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 were used for statistical analysis. The results are as follows. First, through an open-ended questionnaire, 48 items of 7 factors were extracted. Second, 4 factors including 35 items were extracted through the exploratory factor analysis. Third, 23 items of 4 final factors (physical violence, personal violence, mental violence, verbal violence) were confirmed through confirmatory factor analysis. Through the research results, it was verified that the Sports Violence Scale for Persons with Disabilities is a tool that can independently measure the concept and content of each sub-factor, and it was confirmed that it can be used in the field.

This system was constructed to the automatic eye inspection map generating program, the visual inspection system using mobile PC and assessing the condition for structures.

The interest of maintenance of constructions is increasing due to the collapse of infrastructure, To obtain the reliable data on the state of the structure, various non-destructive techniques are available. The infrared thermography technique is used in detection of cracks, flaws of concrete structures and buildings. In this paper the infrared thermography technique using the difference of surface temperature was studied. Also this paper is case study that the inspection of building's tile using infrared thermal video.
