        해외 아이디어 상품들의 내재된 발명적 사고원리와 창의성에 관한 연구: 일반기계분야를 중심으로

        Recently, Idea generation tool is getting more important in industrial design because idea generation tool affects to innovative products and Enterprise value. Due to this reason, it is necessary that active concern about creative idea generation tool to develop innovative products and new businesses of industrial design. Therefore, This research suggests Business Creativity Codes(BCC) for Idea generation tool to industrial design and reveals Effectiveness of BCC as creative idea generation tool. Also, this research was analyzed inherent properties and creativity of overseas idea products from Korea International Trade Association(kita). Using these results, this research proposes efficient methods for new product, new business, and new service in industrial design field.

        내,외부 R&D 활동 병행 기업의 주요요소와 기업성과와의 관계

        This research reveals the major internal and external resources of companies within the manufacturing and service industries performing internal and external R&D activities. The aim is to empirically examine the impact of these major resources on corporate performance. In order to do so, microdata from the Korea National Statistical Office’s 2011-2013 Business Activity Survey was used and a multiple regression analysis was conducted on only internal and external R&D companies. The major results of this paper are as follows. The first is that R&D intensity, the total number of staff, and capital have an effect on the business performance of manufacturing and service companies. The second is that external R&D, technology level, E business, and overseas expansion had an effect on the business performance of manufacturing companies while the ratio of researchers had a partial effect on the business performance of service companies.

        혁신역량의 주요요인이 국내 바이오산업에 미치는 영향

        최근 세계적인 팬데믹(pandemic) 상황으로 바이오산업의 혁신이 더욱 중요해지고 있다. 바이오기업과 제약바이오기업의 혁신을 위해서는 혁신역량 강화를 통하여 기업의 지속적인 발전과 성공적인 사업화가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 국내 바이오산업과 제약바이오산업의 전반적인 특징을 알아보고, 혁신능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 주요요인을 도출하였다. 그리고 혁신능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 주요요인들이 국내 바이오기업들과 제약바이오기업들의 기업성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보았다. 분석대상은 2016년부터 2018년까지의 국내 바이오산업 실태조사 표본을 사용하여 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 국내 바이오기업들의 경영성과에 R&D집약도, 장비투자, 인적자원 요인들이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 외부협력을 수행하는 기업들과 그렇지 않은 기업들의 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 요인들은 서로 다르게 정의되었다. 제약바이오기업 분석결과, 인적자원요소인 R&D인력, 생산인력, 영업관리인력과 외부협력 요소가 기업성과에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 도출되었다. 따라서 바이오 기업들과 제약바이오기업들은 인적자원요소들의 지속적으로 개발과 효율적인 대회협력 활동이 필요하며 지속적인 R&D 및 기술사업화 활동이 필요하다. Recently, innovation in the bio industry is becoming more important due to a global pandemic. For innovation of bio companies and bio pharmaceutical companies, continuous development and successful commercialization of companies through strengthening innovation capabilities are required. Therefore, in this study, the overall characteristics of the domestic bio industry and bio pharmaceutical industry were investigated, and major factors that could improve innovation capacity were derived. In addition, we investigated how major factors that can improve innovation capabilities affect the corporate performance of domestic bio companies and bio pharmaceutical companies. The analysis target was performed using Korean Bio Industry Survey samples from 2016 to 2018. As a result of the analysis, it was found that R&D intensity, machine investment, and human resource factors affect the management performance of domestic bio companies. In addition, factors affecting the business performance of companies that perform external cooperation and those that do not are defined differently. In addition, as a result of analyzing bio pharmaceutical companies, human resource factors such as R&D manpower, production manpower, sales management manpower, and external cooperation were derived as factors affecting the company s performance. Therefore, it can be said that bio companies and bio pharmaceutical companies need continuous development of human resource factors, efficient competitive cooperation activities, and continuous R&D and technology commercialization activities.

        통합적 창의성 분석 도구와 창의성 평가에 관한 연구

        과학의 발전으로 시장의 경쟁이 치열해진 오늘날, 기업들은 생존을 위해서 기술혁신 및 신제품개발에 집중하고 있다. ‘새로움’이 있는 신제품을 개발하기 위하여 지금까지 많은 신제품 아이디어발상법이 연구되어졌다. 그러나 정작 신제품의 ‘새로움’을 평가할 수 있는 아이디어 창의성평가방법에 대한 연구는 부족한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 창의성을 평가할 수 있는 여러 방법론을 토대로 창의성 평가 기준을 명확하게 한 체계적이고 정량적인 창의성 평가 모형을 제안하였다. 또한, 이러한 창의성 평가 모형을 활용하여 창의적이라고 평가받는 아이디어들을 실증 분석하여 창의성 평가 모형의 효용성을 알아보았다. Recently, in the fierce market competition caused by the advancement of science, companies are focusing on technological innovation and new product development to survive. In order to develop a new product with newness , many new product idea thinking methodologies have been studied. However, research on how to evaluate the creativity of an idea that can evaluate the “newness” of a new product is insufficient. In this study, a systematic and quantitative creativity evaluation model was developed and proposed based on several methodologies for evaluation of creativity. In addition, the effectiveness of the creativity evaluation model was investigated by empirically analyzing the ideas that were creatively evaluated.

        품질경영시스템 활용이 R&D 연구원의 사용자 만족도에 미치는 영향

        This paper is intended to examine a relationship regarding whether innovativeness, interactivity, system quality and information quality, extended variable, has an effect on R&D researcher`s user satisfaction through the mediation of ease of use and usefulness after applying an extended technology acceptance model to quality management system. A total of 250 questionnaires were distributed through face-to-face interview, and 158 questionnaires were used for statistical analysis. In order to prove the validity of results of testing a hypothesis, the validity and reliability of measurement instrument was tested in advance. According to the results of testing an indirect effect on information quality, system quality, interactivity and innovativeness, independent variable, it shows that innovativeness, system quality and information quality produced a statistically significant indirect effect on user satisfaction. It is thought that the results of paper can be utilized to prepare for effective system development, establishment and design through the quality management system user satisfaction of R&D researchers at the point of contact for quality management that company pursues.

        R&D 연구원 교육 운영에 관한 연구

        기업의 R&D활동의 주체인 R&D연구원은 기술 혁신과 기업생존에 매우 밀접하게 연결되어 있다. 인적자원 교육이 기업성과에 매우 밀접한 관계가 있다는 연구는 체계적으로 오랫동안 진행되어져 왔음에도 불구하고, R&D연구원의 교육 운영에 대해서는 아직 연구가 부족한 상황이다. 이에 R&D연구원 교육에 대한 기존 연구들을 살펴보며 R&D연구원 대상 교육의 교육체계 및 주요 사항을 제언한다. 그리고 이를 통하여 향후 R&D연구원 대상의 교육에 대한 실증 연구의 토대를 마련하 고자 한다. When it comes to R&D researchers as these people basically in charge of R&D activities of companies, they are considered very much related to technical innovation and survival of the companies. Despite how long it has been since the first research on the closest relations of human resources education and training with companies' outcomes was conducted, as for management of education and training targeting the R&D researchers, the topic has not been yet discussed satisfactorily enough. In the light of that, this paper looks into previous researches on R&D researchers' education and training and offers suggestions on systems of education and training targeting the R&D researchers as well as other relevant main details. After all, the study believes that its work will contribute to a foundation of an empirical research on education and training targeting R&D researchers in the future.

        고압 중수소 어닐링을 통한 SiO<sub>2</sub> 절연체의 균일성 개선

        As complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) is scaled down to achieve higher chip density, thin-film layers have been deposited iteratively. The poor film uniformity resulting from deposition or chemical mechanical planarization (CMP) significantly affects chip yield. Therefore, the development of novel fabrication processes to enhance film uniformity is required. In this context, high-pressure deuterium annealing (HPDA) is proposed to reduce the surface roughness resulting from the CMP. The HPDA is carried out in a diluted deuterium atmosphere to achieve cost-effectiveness while maintaining high pressure. To confirm the effectiveness of HPDA, time-of-flight secondary-ion mass spectrometry (ToF-SIMS) and atomic force microscopy (AFM) are employed. It is confirmed that the absorbed deuterium gas facilitates the diffusion of silicon atoms, thereby reducing surface roughness.

        제약바이오 산업의 SCM 조기경보 체계 구축에 따른 KPI 연간 발생빈도 변화에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 바이오 회사가 창업 이후, 상업화 단계에서 직면하게 될 공급사슬 관리에 대하여, ‘N’사에서 실제 구축된 실증 사례 연구이다. ‘N’사에서 구축된 조기경보 시스템은 문제 발생 시신속한 의사결정을 하기 위한 사항으로서 기존 업무 프로세스를 보완하고, 내부 협업과 채널 통합을 통하여 SCM 문제를 즉각적 해결하기 위한 조기경보 시스템(3E Networking)이다. 조기경보 시스템의 운영 전후를 비교하기 위하여 1) Biz Plan과 ESR의 연간 발생 빈도 변화 2) EWR의 연간 발생 빈도 변화 3) 계획된 일탈의 발생 빈도 4) 생산량과 재고량 변이 추이를 분석하였다. 그 결과 생산, 품질, 지원의 전략적 협업 도구로 구축된 조기경보 체계(3E Networking)는 KPI aging과 SCM 측면의 운영 효율에 도움을 주는 것으로 확인하였다. 따라서, 조기경보 시스템의 운영은 SCM의 문제점을 실시간 파악하고 계획 단계에서 모든 문제를 감독하여 사전에 문제를 해결하는 체계로의 전환 측면에서 매우 중요하다. The purpose of this research is to examine/or analyze the case study of company N and its established supply chain management on the brink of commercialization. The early warning system established by company N strengthens original work process set to aid in prompt decision making in times of crisis and tries to resolve any SCM problems there may be through internal cooperation and channel integration. To compare the before and after of early warning system implementation, the following were analyzed : 1) annual Biz plans and ESR frequency 2) annual EWR frequency 3) deviation frequency 4) differing trend of production volume and remaining volume. In conclusion, early warning system established as a tool for manufacturing, quality management and operational support(3E Networking) is proved to be helpful in the increase of operational efficiency in KPI aging and SCM. Therefore, early warning system operation is of high importance in that it sees through any SCM problems up to date and functions in the transition to early problem solving structure as this research states.

        여러 개의 조명등을 이용한 이동 로봇의 위치 추정

        We propose a new global positioning method for the indoor mobile robots. The multiple indoor lights fixed in ceiling are used as the landmarks of positioning system. The ceiling images are acquired by the fisheye lens camera mounted on the moving robot. The position and orientation of the lights are extracted by binarization and labeling techniques. Also the boundary lines between ceiling and walls are extracted to identify the order of each light. The robot position is then calculated from the extracted position and known position of the lights. The proposed system can increase the accuracy and reduce the computation time comparing with the other positioning methods using natural landmark. Experimental results are presented to show the performance of the method.
