Purpose: This study utilizes a phenomenological research method to understand the nature of role adaptation experience of PA nurses. Methods: This was a qualitative study that applied Colaizzi’s phenomenological research method to understand the nature of role adaptation experience of PA nurses. The study participants were thirteen PA nurses (three men and ten women) with over five years of experience. For data collection, individual in-depth interviews were conducted, each about 50 to 90 minutes long. Individual interviews were conducted once or twice. Colaizzi’s method was used to analyze data. Results: The result of this study had 11 clusters of themes and 4 major themes were derived from the analysis: “parallel lines of conflict,”“anxiety about unclear future,”“disorganization of identity,”and “my own way to learn about myself.”These four major themes are structured chronologically to the extent possible but are not mechanically segmented based on time. Conclusion: This study recognizes the seriousness of PA nurses’problems in the absence of research on PA nurses’role adaptation experience and recommends that appropriate research is necessary. Standardized work guidelines and positive awareness of the role of PA nurses are necessary and are supported by PA nurses to establish their position as professionals.

An obstacle is an element for power to small and slim the existing portable communication set. Developed Inductor for Chip-type electric power in needs to solve this. Stack applied Process, and used gap of a magnetic path, and made a height of an element to 1.0T or below, and this development commodity did product for saturation prevention to materials of silver. Saturation current characteristic of Chip-type inductor was low compare with winding-type inductors, but bulk against performance were had superior excellence. Chip-type inductor can raise performance per unit volume compared with the existing inductors at these papers. Therefore, acceleration can get growth of small and slim of a mobile product done, and expect.

최근 몇 년간, 전력 소비의 급격한 증가로 인하여 전력 수급의 불안이 전 세계적으로 발생하였다. 또한 전력 예측의 불확실성 및 전력 발전량이 급격히 증가하게 되었다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 전력망과 IT 기술을 결합한 스마트 그리드기술은 각광을 받고 있다. 스마트 그리드는 전력 최대 부하율을 낮추며 효율적인 전력 사용을 유도한다. 이를 위하여 스마트 그리드 시스템은 다양한 요금 정책, 수요반응 기술, 스마트 전자 기기들을 활용한다. 특히 전력 사용을 효율적으로 스케줄링 해주는 수요반응 기술은 스마트 그리드의 핵심 기술이다. 본 논문에서는 수요 반응 기술을 위한 그리디 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 그리디 기법은 전력 요금의 최소화뿐만 아니라, 사용자의 편의성을 고려하며 시스템 정전을 방지하는 것을 목표로 한다. In the last few decades, global electricity consumption has dramatically increased and has become drastically fluctuating and uncertain causing blackout. Due to the unexpected peak electricity demand, we need significant electricity supply. The solutions to these problems are smart grid system which is envisioned as future power system. Smart grid system can reduce electricity peak demand and induce effective electricity consumption through various price policies, demand response (DR) control methodologies, and state-of-the-art smart equipments in order to optimize electricity resource usage in an intelligent fashion. Demand response (DR) is one of the key technologies to enable smart grid. In this paper, we propose greedy technique for demand response smart grid system. The proposed scheme focuses on minimizing electricity bills, preventing system blackout and sacrificing user convenience.

Purpose: We aimed to define the feasibility of the omission of routine insertion of a drain after pure laparoscopic donor nephrectomy (PLDN). We compared the outcomes between those with and without routine drain insertion. Materials and Methods: From July 2014 to October 2018, 178 PLDN were consecutively performed by a single surgeon. Since October 2016, we stopped routine insertion of a drain after PLDN. Thus, the former 80 drained routinely were defined as the Drainage group and the latter 98 were defined as the Non-drainage group. One patient drained non-routinely in the Non-drainage group was excluded from the final analysis. Operative and convalescence parameters and intra- and postoperative complications were compared between the groups. Intra- and postoperative complications within 90 days of surgery were graded using the Satava and Clavien–Dindo classifications, respectively. Results: Baseline characteristics were similar between the groups, except for concomitant surgery, American Society of Anesthesiologists score, and preoperative glomerular filtration rate. All operative and convalescence parameters were similar between the groups, except for postoperative glomerular filtration rate. The rates of overall intra- (22.5% versus 28.9%, p=0.337) and postoperative (62.5% versus 59.8%, p=0.713) complications were similar between the groups. The rates of potentially drain-related postoperative complications were also similar between the groups (36.3% versus 33.0%, p=0.650). Two patients per group suffered from major drain-related complications (2.5% versus 2.1%). Conclusions: PLDN without routine drainage can be performed safely without an increase in postoperative morbidity.
