관절경에 의한 전방십자인대 재건술후 가속화 재활이 무릎근력에 미치는 영향김용권(헤렌 스포츠클리닉) 엄우섭(서울대학교 체육교육과)이 연구의 목적은 전방십자인대 재건술 후 가속화재활이 무릎 근력에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 있다. 본 연구를 위해 16명이 자발적으로 참여를 하였으며, 이들은 가속화재활 집단과 자연치유 집단으로 각각 8명씩 구분하였다. 모든 피험자들은 동일한 정형외과 의사에게서 관절경에 의한 골-슬개건-골 이식을 받았다. 가속화재활 집단은 12주 동안 4주 단위로 운동프로그램을 받았으며, 자연치유 집단은 일상생활을 제외하고는 어떠한 운동에도 참여하지 않았다. 근력측정은 등속성 장비를 이용하여 무릎 굴곡과 신전력을 측정하였으며, 측정 각속도는 60˚/sec와 180˚/sec에서 실시하였다. 자료처리는 SAS 10.1 통계프로그램을 이용하였으며, 집단간 측정시기간 차이를 알아보기 위하여 two-way repeated ANOVA를 사용하였다. 측정시기간 차이는 Duncan을 이용하여 사후검증을 실시하였다. 유의수준은 .05로 하였다. 연구결과 두 집단 모두 수술 전에 비해 재건술 후 12주차에 근력이 유의하게 향상되었다. 특히 가속화재활 집단은 수술 전에 비해 근력이 유의하게 향상되었으며, 건측과 환측의 비율이 유의하게 감소하였고, 굴신근의 비율은 정상범위로 향상되었다. 그러나 자연치유 집단은 수술 전에 비해 수술 후 4주차에 근력이 유의하게 감소하였으며, 점차적으로 수술 전의 상태로 향상되는 것으로 나타났다. 가속화재활 집단은 자연치유 집단에 비해 측정 시기별 유의하게 근력이 좋은 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 전방십자인대 재건술 후 가속화재활은 자연치유에 비해 근력이 유의하게 향상되는 것을 알 수 있었다.
남자 대학생의 BMI 수준에 따른 8주간의 타바타 운동이 신체 구성과 체력, 우울감에 미치는 효과 분석

The purpose of this study was to verify the effects of an 8-week Tabata exercise program on body composition, physical strength, and depression in male college students with a normal BMI and level 1 obesity. The subjects of the study were 12 male college students with a normal BMI and 12 male college students with a BMI level 1 obesity. The study subjects participated in the Tabata exercise program twice a week for 8 weeks, including warm-up and cool-down exercises, for 20 minutes in the 1st and 2nd weeks, 30 minutes in the 3rd and 4th weeks, and 40 minutes in the 5th and 8th weeks. The results of the study showed that the Tabata exercise program had a significant reduction effect on weight, BMI, and body fat percentage in both male college students with normal BMI and level 1 obesity. In terms of physical strength, significant effects were found in muscle strength, muscular endurance, cardiorespiratory endurance, and flexibility, and significant effects were also found in depression. In particular, it was found that BMI significantly reduced depression in male college students with level 1 obesity. In conclusion, the Tabata exercise program was found to have a positive effect on body composition, physical strength, and depression in male college students with normal BMI and level 1 obesity. 본 연구는 8주간의 타바타 운동 프로그램 참여가 BMI 수준이 정상과 1단계 비만인 남자 대학생의 신체구성, 체력, 우울감에 미치는 효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상자는 BMI 수치가 정상인 남자 대학생 12명, BMI 수치가 1단계 비만인 남자 대학생 12으로 구성되었다. 타바타 운동 프로그램 참여는 주 2회, 8주 동안 실시하였으며, 준비운동과 정리운동을 포함하여 1-2주차에는 20분, 3-4주차에는 30분, 5-8주차에는 40분씩 운동을 실시하였다. 연구결과 타바타 운동 프로그램은 BMI 수준이 정상과 1단계 비만인 남자 대학생 모두에게 체중, BMI, 체지방률에 있어 유의한 감소 효과가 나타났다. 그리고 체력 요소에서는 근력, 근지구력, 심폐지구력, 유연성에서 유의한 효과가 나타났으며, 우울감에 있어서도 유의한 효과가 나타났다. 특히 BMI 수치가 1단계 비만인 남자 대학생의 우울감을 많이 낮춰주는 것으로 나타나 주목할 필요가 있겠다. 결론적으로 타바타 운동 프로그램은 BMI 수준이 정상과 1단계 비만인 남자 대학생 모두에게 신체구성과 체력 그리고 우울감에 있어서 긍정적인 효과를 주는 운동임을 확인할 수 있었다.
유치원 교과수업 중 안전사고 현황과 문제점 분석을 통한 효율적 안전교육 운영 방향

This study analyzed problems through the current status of infant safety knowledge in Korea based on the seven standards for school safety education and suggested directions for safety education operation to prevent safety accidents in the future. This study used the results of analyzing the current status of school safety accidents in kindergartens, school safety accidents by activity time, school safety accidents by location, school safety accidents by injured area, and school safety accidents by accident type over the past 6 years. As a result, the number of school safety accidents decreased due to the influence of COVID-19 in 2020, and as a result of the current status of accidents by activity time, a number of accidents occurred during class. As a result of the current status of accidents by place, a number of accidents occurred in the classroom, and as a result of the current status of accidents by injured area, a number of accidents occurred in the head. In addition, as a result of the current status of accidents by accident type, a number of accidents occurred due to physical force exposure. The above results confirmed the importance of developing appropriate educational materials to ensure that teachers and students must provide continuous education to solve these problems, and that safety-related knowledge, functions, attitudes, and countermeasures can be acquired systematically and step by step. It also emphasized the need to establish systematic safety management through experts in related ministries and education facilities through analysis and program development of safety accidents in each region. In the post-COVID-19 phase that will be faced later, it is considered a necessary task to establish an educational environment that can realize students' growth and whole people through active practice for qualitative growth beyond compliance with the educational context of the current society. 초등학교 여학생 체육활동 참여 유도를 위한 프로그램 개발 및 적용

이 연구의 목적은 초등학교 여학생 체육활동 참여 유도를 위한 프로그램을 개발하여 그 효과를 알아보는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 크게 초등학교 여학생의 체육활동 기피 요인 파악, 프로그램 개발, 프로그램 적용 이라는 세 가지 방향으로 연구를 진행하였다. 연구 도구는 초등학교 여학생의 체육활동 기피 요인을 파악하기 위 해 선행연구 분석 및 전문가 협의를 통해 기초 설문지를 작성하여 활용했으며, 프로그램의 효과는 유도선(2010)의 체육수업 내적 동기 척도, 하명남(2007)의 체육수업 만족도 척도를 활용하여 도출하였다. 결과는 빈도분석 및 독 립표본 t-검정, 대응표본 t-검정을 활용하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등학교 여학생은 실패에 대한 두 려움, 다른 학생의 시선, 남학생 중심의 활동, 더운 날씨 등의 다양한 요인으로 인해 체육활동을 기피하고 있었다. 둘째, 일관되고 체계성 있는 프로그램 개발을 위해 책임감 모형을 기본 모형으로 선정하였으며 설문 조사 및 교 육과정 분석 결과를 바탕으로 도출한 전략을 적용하여 여학생 체육 활동 참여 유도를 위한 초등학교 5~6학년군 경쟁 활동 프로그램을 개발하였다. 셋째, 프로그램 효과를 검증한 결과 체육수업 내적동기 검사는 ‘재미/노력’, ‘유능감’ 측면에서, 체육수업 만족도 검사 결과는 ‘수업’, ‘효과’, ‘평가’ 측면에서 긍정적인 변화가 나타나고 있었 다. 결론적으로 본 연구는 프로그램 전략 중 ‘활동 구성 시 학생의 참여 확대’, ‘과제 지향적 수업 분위기’, ‘다양 한 신체활동가치의 교육 내용 편성’ 등이 초등학교 여학생의 체육활동 유도를 이끄는 주요 동인임을 논의하고 차 후 프로그램 개발 시 주요한 고려 사항임을 밝히고 있다. The purpose of this study is to develop a program that focuses on the participation of female students in physical activities within elementary schools and its effect as the research goal. In order to achieve such a goal, the study proceeded with its investigation in these three ways which were to understand reasons for why the female students in elementary school would avoid physical activities, to develop the program, and to apply the program to elementary school. As for research methods, the study reviewed previous research to figure out what makes the female students in elementary school avoid physical activities. After meetings with experts, the study created a basic questionnaire. In terms of the effects of the program, the study extracted the effects using the P.E. class intrinsic motivation scale and the P.E. class satisfaction scale used by YOO(2010) and HA(2007) respectively. The results were gained through the frequency analysis and the ttest, and the results are as followed. First, various factors such as fear for failure, gazes of other students, activities that feel mostly favorable to male students only, hot weather and others turned out to keep the female students in elementary school away from the physical activities. These findings led the study to confirm that the program needs to be developed focusing on how to resolve such problems. Second, to develop a coherent and organized program, a responsibility model was chosen as a basic model. And based on the results deducted from survey and curriculum analysis, the study developed 5th-6th grade cluster competition activities program to attract participation from female students. Third, according to the results of the investigation on the effects of the program, in regard to the test on the intrinsic motivations for P.E. class, the study noticed positive changes. In these factors, ‘fun/effort’ and ‘competence’. And as for the other test on the satisfaction with the P.E. class, positive changes were observed in other factors such as ‘class’, ‘effect’ and ‘evaluation’. In conclusion, this study found out that ‘expansion of student’s participation in activity organization’, ‘task-based class atmosphere’, ‘education contents about various value in physical activity’ and etc were key factors to attract participation from female students and suggests that these are significant considerations for later program development.
축구 영재교육 프로그램 참여가 초등학생의 건강관련 삶의 질, 신체적 자기효능감 및 우울증-스트레스 정도에 미치는 효과

[INTRODUCTION] The purpose of this study was to analyze degree of change to the effects of 15wks of talent education program in football on health-related quality(SF-36), physical self efficacy and depression inventory scale. [METHOD] The data was collected from the elementary school students of 25male(3-4th grade 13male, 5-6th 12male) to participate in talent education program in football of S National University of Education and conducted a pretest and posttest using a questionnaire. The analysis were paired-Test. [RESULT] The participants of this study were have shown significantly progressive and decreasing results from physical function and vitality of test items of health-related quality through 15wks of talent education program in football. also, physical self efficacy and was not significant according to participation in talent education program in football. [CONCLUSION] Therefore, these results suggest that the elementary school students spontaneously participate in talent education program in football and talent education program in football according to the physical growth and development couldn't reasonably be in grade band. [서론] 이 연구는 축구 영재교육 프로그램 참여가 초등학생의 건강관련 삶의 질, 신체적 자기효능감 및 우울증-스트레스 정도에 미치는 효과를 알아보는데 있다. [방법] 초등학교 남학생 3-4학년 13명, 5-6학년 12명 총 25명을 대상으로 매주 2시간씩 15주간 S교육대학교 축구 영재교육 프로그램을 적용하기 전․후 초등학생 수준에 알맞도록 제작한 건강관련 삶의 질, 신체적 자기효능감 및 우울증-스트레스에 관한 설문을 실하였다. 축구 영재교육 참여 전․후의 건강관련 삶의 질, 신체적 자기효능감 및 우울증-스트레스 정도의 차이를 알아보기 위하여 대응표본 t-검정을 실시하였다. [결과] 건강관련 삶의 질의 하위항목 중 신체기능과 활력에서 각각 유의하게 증가 및 감소하였다(p<.05). 신체적 자기 효능감과 우울증-스트레스는 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. [결론] 신체기능 향상에 의해 건강관련 삶의 질이 개선된 것으로 보이나 활력의 감소나 신체적 자기 효능감 및 우울증-스트레스가 프로그램 참여 초기에 비해 크게 개선되거나 완화되지 않아 이는 축구 영재교육 프로그램 참여가 대부분 학부모의 의사결정에서 기인한 것으로 참여자의 동기화가 충분히 이루어지지 못한 결과이거나 신체발달 특성에 따른 프로그램의 학년군 별 차이가 명료하지 못한 결과로 사료된다.
써킷 웨이트 트레이닝과 밴드운동이 중년 여성의 체력에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of circuit weight training and band exercise on physical fitness in middle-aged woman, Twenty one women with healthy were participated in this study. They were randomly assigned to one of three group which were composed of circuit weight training(CWT), band exercise(BE), and control group(CON). All subjects were examined on maximal oxygen consumption(VO₂max), maximal ventilation(VEmax), exercise time, upper strength(grip strength), power(vertical jump), flexibility(trunk flexion, agitation (side step), blance(standing on one foot with closed eyes). The test was repeated after 12 weeks, Subjects in CWT group completed the exercise training session, which consisted of resistance exercise performing for 50 min/session, 3 d/week at the 40-45% intensity of 1RM, and the new intensity was applied with reevaluating subject's 1RM at the first day of the week. Subjects in the BE group completed the exercise training session ,which consisted of elastic exercise performing equally with CWT group' exercise session, The new intensity was applied with lengthening the elastic band. One-way ANOVA was used for data analysis setting the significance level at 0.05. Both CWT and BE gorup were no significant differences in the VO₂max, but VEmax in CWT and BE group were increased significantly(p<.05) in them compared to th CON, Exercise time were significant differences(p<.01) in both CWT and BE group. Upper strength in BE group was increased significantly(p<.05) in compared to the Con even though CWT group was a little increase. There were no significant differences in exercise group compared to the CON, Flexibility and agitation was increased 【(p<.01), (p<.05)】 in BE group, On the other hand, CWT group in balance were significant differences(p<.05) in compared to the CON. The results indicate that the CWT and BE are helpful to gain good progress in physical fitness, specially, BE is widely encouraged in effect.
훨체어 전ㆍ후벙 추진 방법이 대사 및 효율에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to compare metabolic and cardiopulmonary demands for forward and backward propulsion at same speed levels in manual wheelchair. A repeated measures design was used to compare the dependent variables between forward and backward propulsion techniques. Moderately active, healthy(no barrier on shoulder and arm) paraplegic subjects(N=8, Class III ∼ V, 34.4±5.4 yr.) completed 3-min stage graded exercise test and 7-min stage discontinuous exercise tests for acquiring the data of denpendent variables using both forward and backward propulsion technique on treadmill. All subjects trained for 4 weeks both propulsion techniques before starting the main test. Cardiopulmonary responses were measured and averaged during the last 40 seconds of graded exercise test and the last 1 minute of discontinuous submaximal test. During the tests, main outcome measures was oxygen uptake(VO2), heart .ate(HR), oxygen pulse(O2pu1se), pulmonary ventilation(V E, exercise time(ET), gross efficiency(GE), net efficiency(NE), and work efficiency(WE). Repeated measures analysis of variance demonstrated that VO2, HR, O2pulse, V E,, ET, GE, NE, WE were no significant difference between forward and backward propulsion. But all variables were slightly higher with backward wheeling compared with backward propulsion. Conclusively, for the motion difference forward and backward propulsion of paraplegic individuals, there were no differences in physiological demand level. These findings demonstrated that backward propulsion technique had same effective value compared to forward propulsion in reducing higher physiological demands of traditional propulsion technique. To make these physiological demands less high, more economical wheelchair with a mechanism to translate backward propulsion into forward wheelchair movement will must be developed and recommended.
교육대학교 여자 신입생의 체질량지수에 따른 체력 상태 비교 연구

The purpose of this study was to compare physical fitness status based on BMI of the female freshmen in university of education. The participants of this study were 741 female freshmen attending the university of education in Seoul. All participants' BMI were divided by four groups (underweight, normal, overweight, and obesity) and each group took physical fitness tests (muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility, and muscle power). One-way ANOVA was used for testing physical fitness differences and Pearson r was used for analyzing factor relationship. According to physical fitness status based on BMI, there were statistically differences in muscle strength, flexibility, and muscle endurance (P<.001) and there was no difference in muscle power. In muscle strength and muscle power, flexibility and muscle endurance, and muscle power item, underweight group had a relationship with physical fitness item based on BMI classification. In normal weight group, there were positive relationships in muscle strength and muscle endurance, muscle power, flexibility and muscle endurance, and muscle endurance and muscle power item (P<.001). In overweight group, there were positive relationships in muscle strength and muscle endurance, muscle power, flexibility and muscle endurance, and muscle endurance and muscle power item (P<.001). In obesity group, there were positive relationships in muscle strength and flexibility, muscle endurance, flexibility and muscle power item (P<.05), and muscle endurance and muscle power (P<.001). In conclusion, there was a difference in physical status based on BMI of female freshman university of education and this may be helpful for optimal exercise prescription program on those groups.
