The objective of this study is conducted to evaluate the psycho-physiological effects of the dynamic lighting on VDT workers and to establish the dynamic lighting design guides. The main experimental factors are changes of illuminance. There were five conditions including 1) rapid change, 2) slow change at 3001x~5001x, 3) a static illuminance level at 3001x, and 4) rapid change, 5) slow change at 2001x ~3001x. The ranges of change were set typical illuminance level for the simple visual task requirement and reasonable to a VDT task , 200-300-5001x. The psycho-physiological measurements used were EEG, R-R interval, CFF, near point accommodation, feeling perceived fatigue, and work performance. Analysis of psycho-physiological factors shows that higher illumination level conditions are more affirmative effects than lower on VDT workers under 5001xexcept for the results of feeling perceived fatigue. And about the speed of changes of illuminance level, The conditions of slow change were better than the others in terms of the work performance as well as psycho-physiological results.
HACCP 인식수준이 베이커리의 고객만족 요인에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to present HACCP management method for improving customer satisfaction in bakery industry. As a study method, literature review on HACCP and customer satisfaction and developing questionnaires through model design were done. Then, a survey was done to 209 customers who had experiences of visiting small size bakeries in Seoul or the national capital region. It was then statistically analyzed and examined. In conclusion, even though the respondents showed positive expectation that the certification of HACCP will have an effect on the factors of customer satisfaction like brand image, quality of product and service, facility and physical environment and so on, but as we proved in the course of study model's hypothesis confirmation, actually, current promoting efforts and strategies of the government or related institutions to spread recognition of HACCP don't have an meaningful effect on the factors of customer satisfaction.

The purposes of this study are to develope the equipments and to improve the working methods for increasing productivity and for reducing the horticultural worker"s load, when shipping their products. Harvesting, selecting, packaging processes of a agaric producing farm in Yongin, Kyoungki Province were analyzed. And workers" subjective symptoms fore and after working were investigated to evaluate the workload. A lot of inadequate postures causing Farmer"s symptom were observed, and lacking of adequate arrangement of workload seemed to lead low productivity in process. Although most of the works were performed by middle aged women, there was a little consideration for their physical and physiological properties in work design. The working methods were improved to reduce the workload of middle aged women workers, and the workload were rearranged efficiently to increase productivity. Also, some ergonomic designed shipping equipments were developed and systemized. As a result, up to 15-30% of productivity increasing were expected in every work.
작업자의 작업쾌적성 향상을 위한 개선 활동의 실태에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to suggest some definite ideas of increasing worker's work comfortability in industry. Namely, questionnaire survey including questions to inquire of the effective activities engineers and the company administrators adopted in relating to work comfortability was conducted. As for the number of the companies investigated was to totally five hundreds randomly selected among the whole and the various different type of industries. From the results, it can be cleared that workers are apt to think of their own personal and effluenced living life belong the most valuable and important in recent years due to the rapid development of economic conditions. And, furthermore, working area for workers is not thought to be limited only to their own workplace but should be covered the whole area even at home. The conclusion from this study shows that the appropriate countermeasures to increase comfortability of working conditions and environment should be equally important fur industrial workers together with improving work efficiency from the view point of management.
MZ세대 근로자의 일과 삶의 균형과 조직지원인식이 이직의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

This research aims to identify relationships between Work-life Balance and Perceived Organizational Support of Generation MZ Workers and turnover intention. The survey has taken on Generation MZ Workers as participants via online and offline channels. Work-Life Balance had no effect on Generation MZ’s turnover intention. Instrumental support under Perceived Organizational Support had a negative correlation with Generation MZ’s turnover intention, while socio-emotional support had no effect on turnover intention. Self-regulation skills under resilience did not affect turnover intention, whereas interpersonal skills and positivity had a positive and negative correlation with turnover intention, respectively. In the relationship between instrumental support under Perceived Organizational Support and turnover intention was found an indirect effect on interpersonal skills under resilience. Through the results of this research, organizations need to take into consideration instrumental support, or tangible monetary support, and members’ interpersonal skills and positivity when implementing turnover management.
