With the advent of the 4th industrial revolution, manufacturing companies are facing unpredictable market changes such as sharp fluctuations in product demand and frequent launches of new products. In order to respond to this changes, order-based manufacturing companies are striving to make the manufacturing system reconfigurable and flexible. Traditional manufacturing systems are required to replace main equipment and reorganize production lines when a new product is to be released, and it incurs cost and time to produce the dedicated tools for new products. Therefore, it is necessary to fabricate a flexible jig tool that can be quickly reconfigured to cope with various products in different shapes. In this paper, as a part of constructing a reconfigurable and flexible assembly of smart factory, the flexible jig which can be applied universally to the production of various vehicle door trims in different shapes is proposed. Also, on a trial basis, it is applied to the reconfigurable and flexible assembly lines of smart factory for verifying the responsiveness of the reconfigurable jig tools to product changes.
A Nickel Nanowire Diluter Operating through the Principle of the Dielectrophoretic Attraction Force

This paper presents a microfabricated nanowire diluter which dilutes the concentration of nanowires in solution instead of by the conventional centrifuge process. The device has 16 pairs of gold electrodes in a micro channel composed of a glass substrate and PDMS. We prepared nickel nanowires by the template-directed electrodeposition method using nanoporous anodized aluminum template (AAO). We injected the Dimethylformamide (DMF) solution containing nanowires into the inlet of the diluter while applying square wave voltages on the electrodes to trap the nanowires at the subsequent gold electrodes by means of dielectrophoretic attraction forces. The concentration of nanowires at the outlet of the micro channel was changed as we expected, which illustrates that the device can effectively dilute nanowires and can be applied to a controlled assembly of nanowires.

고고도 핵폭발로 인해 고고도 전자기 펄스(HEMP)가 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 Bell 연구소와 IEC 61000-2-9 기준에 제시된 HEMP 파형이 해군 함정의 복사성 결합 통로와 전도성 결합 통로를 통해 입사할 때 침투하는 침투 전계 특성을 비교 검토하였다. 또한, 두 가지 종류의 결합에 대한 효과를 분석하고, 방호 대책을 제시하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과, IEC 61000-2-9 기준이 Bell 연구소의 기준보다 저주파수 대역을 제외하고 침투전계가 크므로 좀 더 엄격한 기준으로 볼 수 있고, 따라서 IEC 61000-2-9의 기준을 해군내 HEMP 기준으로 제시하였다. 최종적으로 HEMP 방호 대책으로 차폐 코팅, 허니컴 통풍구, TVS 소자 등을 이용하여 미국방부 기준에 부합하는 것을 확인하였다. The high-altitude electromagnetic pulse(HEMP) generated by a high-altitude nuclear explosion. This paper presents the comparison of electric field penetration in Bell laboratories and IEC 61000-2-9 standard when HEMP source penetrates through Naval Warship conducted coupling path and radiated coupling path. Also we analyze the effects of two kinds of coupling and propose Protective measures. Simulation results confirm IEC 61000-2-9 standard is more strict than the Bell Laboratories standard except for a lower frequency band, so we proposed IEC 61000-2-9 standard as a Naval HEMP standard. Finally, we offer the protective measures such as the shielding coating, Honeycomb ventilation, TVS in order to meet the military criteria.

In solving the unsteady potential flow problem of the ship in waves with the panel method, in general one can consider the basic flow as the free stream or double body solution. For the double body solution, the body boundary condition has the 2nd derivatives of the velocity potential. Low order panel methods are known to suffer from the significant error in the 2nd derivatives computed at the body surface. This paper analyzes the numerical error in the 2nd derivatives for a 2-D cylinder and a 3-D sphere problem, and an extrapolation method to obtain the correct derivatives on the body surface is suggested.

RFID/USN 은 유비쿼터스 사회의 중요한 기반 인프라로서 고려되며 다양한 연구를 통해 실용적인 접목이 시도되고 있다. 특히 u-마트 시스템에서 물류의 입출 재고와 상태 관리를 위한 연구가 진행 중에 있다. u- 마트는 태그를 부착하여 입/출고시의 물품을 식별하고, 무선 통신기능을 가진 센서 모듈에 의해 환경 상태 정보를 파악하는 물품의 형태로 이루어진다. 본 논문에서는 RFID/USN 기반의 u-마트 상태 관리 시스템에서 RFID태그를 이용한 고객 만족 시스템 구성을 제안하고 상품의 상세한 정보를 파악하여 관리자에게 실시간으로 정보를 제공하는 이동형 리더기를 제안한다. 그리고 소비의 주체인 고객에게 RFID태그를 이용한 적절한 제품 정보의 제공과 제어 정보의 제공을 위한 개선 방안을 제시한다. RFID/USN is considered important basic infra of ubiquitous community and tried practical adaption through various research. Specially, there is during researcher progresses for stock and state management of logistics to let you get at u-mart systems. It discern thing from warehouse to deliver as adhere RFID tag of palette in keeping unit of article and construct form of thing to analyze information of environment status using sence module based on function of wireless communication. in the paper, propose composition of customer satisfaction system using RFID tag in u-Mart status management system based on RFID/USN and according to analysis specific information of commodity, propose movement reader device to offer real-time information from customer. And it presents the improvement program for the provision of product information which is appropriate uses the RFID tag and the provision of control information in the customer who is a core of consuming.

The lane keeping system (LKS) simulates the shape of the road as a cubic polynomial through a camera sensor. The control input, steering wheel angle, is calculated to follow the reference based on the vehicle motion model using the road coefficients. LKS can maintain the lane safe only when the lane information is valid and cannot guarantee the stability of the control system when there is no lane information at all or the sensor fail for a long period of time. In this paper, we propose a parallel deep convolutional neural network (P-DCNN) that generates the road lane model for urban driving environments. The data for training and validation is collected by our in-vehicle logging systems and experiment was performed through the computational simulation.

As interest in the environment increased, a law was established to diagnose emission-related parts and turn on MIL when defects are found, and applied to automobiles sold in California after 1988. However, there was a need for technology development to detect these devices because they generate a lot of emissions when they malfunction. Through this study, we wanted to examine whether OBD inspection is possible in-used vehicles. A test was conducted to analyze the correlation between the OBD test and the exhaust pipe test. A defect in OBD does not necessarily result in high emissions, but it has been shown that more emissions are generated on average. Therefore, it was confirmed that vehicles with a high possibility of generating exhaust gases can be selected through OBD inspection. OBD inspection can detect failures before exhaust gas-related parts are completely damaged, so it is necessary to introduce OBD inspection into vehicle inspection in order to detect early failure of emission-related parts.
