코로나19를 겪으면서 미래에 발생할 수 있는 감염병 팬데믹은 국가의 국경관리에 큰 위협요인이되었다. 감염병의 국내 유입을 차단할 수 있는 실효적 방법으로 엄격한 국경관리가 중요한 정책사안이 되면서 우리나라도 국경관리의 중요한 과제로 대두된다. 국경 위험관리 측면에서 검역⋅출입국관리⋅통관의 협업이 강조되고 있지만 조직 간의 통합이나 업무 공유에는 한계가 발생하고 있다. 따라서 국경관리를 효율적으로 운영해야 할 시스템으로 정보공유의 구조를 설계하고자 한다. 업무협업적 국경관리 방안을 물리적인 통합보다는 정보사회에서 얻어지는 정보를 통합적으로 수집하고 공유할 수 있는 모형으로 제시한다. 세부적으로, 정보의 가치를 체계적인 국경정보관리측면에서 논의하고 상이한 업무를 담당하는 기관간의 공유할 수 있는 구체적인 시행 방안을 제시한다. 정보공유의 기능적 통합을 위하여는 국경기관간의 정보를 상호 유통할 수 있는 데이터 체계를 구축하여 국경위험을 효율적으로 최대한 제거하고자 한다.

Electronic Monitoring historically got started with the aims not only to solve the problem of over population in prison and save the cost of managing prison but also to help offenders to reintegrate into society through treatment inside society in America such as U.S and Canada and now it is used with various functions in each countries. In case of South Korea, Electronic Monitoring was recently adopted under crisis of many sex offending happened cross the country. Electronic Monitoring in Korea has both functions of enforcement against sex offender which means recidivism and reintegration into society. However, there are several problems in terms of cost efficiency, its effectiveness and infringe on human right by over surveillance and regulations. Also, there have been yet enough empirical and demonstrative researches regarding its efficiency and effectiveness. Therefore, this research analyzes the cost efficiency and its effectiveness of Electronic Monitoring by looking into the cases of foreign countries which have already managed Electronic Monitoring. After analyzing, it introduces two alternatives of adopting treatment model which is consisted of Medical and Psychological treatment. When it comes to Psychological treatment, it introduces Self control treatment and Environmental effect treatment. Finally, this research introduces the way of effectiveness of Electronic Monitoring in goal, function of detention, restriction and surveillance, and its object.

Background: Osteoarthritis (OA) is a chronic disease that commonly afflicts the elderly. This disease reduces thehealth-related quality of life (HRQoL) and causes a significant social burden. Whether the effect of coexistingchronic conditions on HRQoL varies according to the presence of OA remains unclear. Therefore, this study aimedto investigate this notion. Methods: A total of 13,395 participants were identified from the 2009–2013 Korean National Health and NutritionExamination Survey for analysis. HRQoL was assessed using the European quality of life-5 dimensions (EQ-5D) index. Patients with OA were defined as those diagnosed by a physician or those who displayed both, symptoms andradiological findings consistent with OA at the time of the survey. Associations between OA and 8 chronic conditionswere tested using regression analysis. Results: The EQ-5D index was lower in patients with OA than in those without (mean difference, -0.145; 95% confidenceinterval [CI], -0.138 to -0.151; P<0.001). Most patients with OA and chronic conditions showed a lower scorethan those without. EQ-5D was particularly lower in OA patients with hypertension, dyslipidemia, stroke, and renalfailure. The estimated β coefficient for the interaction term was significant in renal failure (-0.034; 95% CI, -0.055 to-0.012), after adjusting for demographic and socio-economic variables. Conclusion: OA significantly affects HRQoL of Korean elderly individuals alone or when combined with other conditions. OA combined with renal failure is particularly detrimental. These results indicate the importance of managingOA, which is an underestimated disease in public health surveys.
뫼스바우어 분광학과 δ M plot을 사용한 Nanocomposite magnet의 자기특성 규명 연구

Nano 결정립 Nd₂Fe₁₄B+Fe₃B 복합상 자성 리본은 Extractive melt spinner의 wheel speed를 달리하여 제조하였다. 초기 조성은 Nd₄Fe_(77.5)B_(18.5)이고, 이후 제조한 자성 리본의 자기특성은 VSM 및 AGM(Alternating gradient magnetometer)으로 측정하였다. wheel speed 1500rpm, 650℃에서 10분간 열처리한 자성 리본에서 Br = 11.73 kG, iHc = 3.082 kOe, (BH)max = 12.28 MGOe의 자기특성이 나타났다. 이러한 자기특성 원인 규명을 위해 δM plot과 뫼스바우어 분광학을 사용하였다. δM plot을 통해 exchange coupling은 초미세립 복합상의 잔류자속밀도에 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 판단된다. 또한, 뫼스바우어 분광학을 통해 경자성상(Nd₂Fe₁₄B)과 연자성상 Fe₃B의 부피분율비가 7:3 정도일 때 가장 최적의 자기특성을 발현하였다. 이 경우에 초미세립 복합상의 상호작용력이 가장 크게 발현하는 것으로 판단된다.
Fe₃B+Nd₂Fe₁₄B spring magnet 분말 압분체의 Exchange Decoupling

Experimentally it is well known that the magnetic properties significantly deteriorate when nanocomposite bonded magnet are made from nanocomposite ribbon. A decrease in maximum energy product of Fe₃B+Nd₂Fe₁₄B nanocomposite from 14 MGOe in nanocomposite ribbon to 6.5 MGOe in powder compact was found to be general. Thus, the present study is focused on finding out the root of exchange decoupling of Fe₃B+Nd₂Fe₁₄B nanocomposite powder compacts. The exchange decoupling behavior of the powder compact of Fe₃B+Nd₂Fe₁₄B composition was studied by measuring DC demagnetization and isothermal remanent demagnetization curves, which are essential for plotting produced δM curve. From the δM plot the deterioration in the magnetic properties resulted from the fact that the magnetostatic interaction became dominant rather than the exchange interaction in powder compact. It is concluded that the demagnetization behavior governed by the dominant magnetostatic interaction reduced the remanence magnetization, which caused the reduction of maximum energy product of the powder compact. We also found that the elimination of residual stress which is unavoidably accumulated during grinding process enhanced the magnetic properties considerably.
Exchange Coupling in Massively Produced Nd2Fe14B+Fe3B Nanocomposite Powders

Magnetic properties of Nd4Fe77.5B18.5 compound in term of exchange coupling between Nd2Fe14B and Fe3B magnetic nano crystals in melt spun powders were characterized by varying the quenching speed in mass production line. The exchange coupled phenomenon wascharacterized as functions of nano crystal size and volume fraction of each magnetic phase which was possible by employing Henkel plot (dM) and refined Mssbauer spectroscopy. The optimized magnetic properties obtained from the present volume production line were: Br = 11.73 kG, iHc = 3.082 kOe, and (BH)max= 12.28 MGOe. The volume fraction of each magnetic phase for those conditions giving the grain size of 10 nm were a-Fe; 4.2%, Fe3B; 60.1%, and Nd2Fe14B; 35.7%. The superior magnetic properties in the Nd2Fe14B+Fe3B based nanocomposites were confirmed to be dependant on the volume fraction of Fe3B.
