In this study an experimental investigation was conducted to find the grinding characteristics of ceramics, as compared to STDI1 and SUS304 materials. The grinding force and the microscopic observation of the work pieces were obtained in surface grinding. It has been found that the grinding force of ceramics is relatively low as compared to that of steels and that CBN wheel has an excellent performance.

The paper is to examine Heung-Ho Kim’s belief and faith in Korea from the Protestantism approach of Martin Luther’s Reformation. Luther maintained that all Christians are priests and all men have direct access to God through the mediation of Jesus Christ. Luther deprived a pope of Vicar of Christ. Heung-Ho Kim thought that human desire is the root of sin. He inherited Korean and christian traditions from Young-Mo Ryu. He ate one meal a day to restrain his desire from original sin, from which humankind commits sin even though he does goodness. He abandoned all his rights as minister of the church. He did not protest against even the unjust power of government if it did not hurt his inner and spiritual faith and belief, which is consistent with Martin Luther’s Reformation spirit. Heung-Ho Kim that followed Young-Mo Ryu’s belief and faith should not be considered as a religious pluralist. He is a true christian who practiced sanctification and taught his followers for his Yeongkyung class for 45 years. He sought and found Bible truths in eastern and western philosophy and religions and he accepted other religions to seek Christ’s peace and love. 루터의 만인사제설은 일반 시민도 사제가 된다는 믿음을 성경을 통하여 확인시켜 주었다. 김흥호는 목사들이 가졌던 세속적 권리를 포기했다. 김흥호는 다석을 만나 후에 35세에 시간 제단 즉 가온찍기라는 근본 체험을 한 후에 한 끼만을 먹는 약속을 하나님에게 했으며 이런 결심은 자아가 매 순간 죽는 고난이며 십자가의 길임을 보여주셨다. 루터는 교회의 권력을 시민에게 양도하는 혁명을 일으켰고 내면의 신앙을 국가가 침범하지 않으면 저항하지 않는다는 신앙을 보여주었다. 루터는 신앙공동체를 이루어 혁명을 이룬 존 칼뱅과는 다르게 내면의 신앙을 지키며 내면에 계신 천국을 보여 주었다. 루터와 김흥호는 믿음으로 구원을 얻는다는 공통된 신앙을 가졌으나 김흥호는 실천하는 삶을 살았다. 권력을 남용하거나 부패한 국가에 김흥호가 저항하지 않은 것은 탐욕이 가장 큰 죄라고 그는 보았기 때문이며 그래서 세상의 법으로 인간을 통제하도록 한 것이며 그것이 루터의 입장이다. 김흥호가 한 끼를 실천한 신앙은 말과 행위를 일치한 다석의 신앙을 실천한 제자라는 증거이다. 김흥호는 서양의 기독교를 한국의 문화와 역사 속에 내재화하여 하나님의 말씀을 동서양의 고전에서 찾고 실천하여 동양화한 기독교를 실현했다. 그는 가톨릭의 부패에 저항한 루터의 개신교 정신으로 그리스도의 사랑과 평화를 실천하기 위하여 타종교를 수용하고 마음속에 있는 천국에서 신앙의 자유를 느끼면서 한국과 동양의 전통을 수용한 참 기독교인이다.

본 연구는 제품-서비스통합시스템(Product-Service System: PSS)의 성과분석을 목적으로 하고 있다. 연구대상 PSS는 최근 유통매장의 혁신적인 가격운영시스템으로 주목받고 있는 전자가격표시기(Electronic Shelf Labels: ESL)이다. 본 연구를 통해 ESL이 유통매장의 운영프로세스에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 분석하고자 한다. 선행연구를 통해 제품가치, 서비스가치, 경제·환경가치, 경험가치의 요인들을 측정도구로 개발하고, ESL을 도입한 국내 유통매장의 직원들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 데이터는 구조방정식 모형을 통해 ESL의 PSS가치와 성과(기술수용, 종업원만족) 간의 관계에 있어 경험가치(내재적/외재적)의 매개효과를 검정하였다. 제품가치와 경제·환경가치는 기술수용과 종업원만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 서비스가치는 유의한 영향이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 외재적 경험가치가 경제·환경가치와 기술수용 간의 관계에서 부분매개하는 것으로 나타났고, 다른 변수들의 관계에 있어서는 유의하지 않았다. 기술수용은 제품가치와 종업원만족 간의 관계, 그리고 경제·환경가치와 종업원만족 간의 관계에서 부분매개하는 것으로 나타났고, 종업원만족에 긍정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 학술적으로 PSS의 속성을 가치관점, 즉 제품가치, 서비스가치, 경제·환경가치로 제시한 점, 그리고 이러한 PSS가치와 성과 간의 관계에 있어서 경험가치를 세분화(내재적/외재적)하여 제시한 점을 들 수 있다. 실무적으로는 PSS에 의한 조직성과를 종업원들의 관점과 새로운 비즈니스모델에 대한 외부고객 관점의 기술수용 간의 관계를 분석한 점이 본 연구의 시사점으로 제시할 수 있다.

단테의 『신곡』의 「지옥」으로 보는 시와 시극에서의 엘리엇이 느낀 배신의 죄-엘리엇의 삶에 끼친 여성을 중심으로-

T. S. Eliot was the poet of Anglo-Catholic, which inherited the tradition of Dante’s Divine Comedy, and Thomas Aquinas theology. Eliot owed a great debt to three women in life, and they contributed to the development of the works of T. S. Eliot as a muse and an irritant. Eliot performed penance of a religious expiation about three tragic moments, that created shock of Emily Hale due to Eliot’s marriage, death of Vivien Haigh-Wood and disloyalty toward his mother. Eliot felt a contrition on his sin to three women. He tried to seek Catholic salvation, which means the purgation of his sins through suffering and confession of betrayal to his women, because Eliot wanted to keep the belief and doctrine of Anglo-Catholic. Eliot seemed to think that his betrayal was the worst sin when judged from the sin of Divine Comedy’s “Inferno.” In The Waste Land women betrayed their husband during the war. In Triumphal March and Difficulties of a Statesman, Coriolan also betrayed his mother and country. Eliot made Harry and Edward follow the way of expiation to purge their sin in Family Reunion and Cocktail Party. T. A Study on Housing Choice and Housing Satisfaction of MZ Generation

The rapid change into a digital society is accompanied by rapid changes in residential culture. Hence, an analysis was conducted on the housing selection and housing satisfaction of the MZ generation to understand the future trends in the housing market. Consequently, it was found that when selecting a house, household M considered location convenience the most important, and household Z considered the factors of residential facilities the most important. On analyzing the influence of housing satisfaction on housing condition through multiple regression analysis, it was found that housing management, economic feasibility, and local community factors had a significantly positive (+) effect on housing satisfaction. Generation M showed the greatest influence of future value and the lowest influence of local community factors, however, generation Z showed the greatest influence of local communities, such as local gatherings and online communities. Thus, the MZ generation had a large difference with the older generations in perception of housing, however, the difference in perception between the M and the Z generations was also evident. It is expected that the data derived from this analysis will be useful in future housing product development and differentiation strategies. The MZ generation recognizes and values housing different from older generations and their preferences will be reflected in future housing supply, design, and marketing. In addition, if prospective research is conducted exploring the lifestyles and housing values of the MZ generation, various alternatives are expected to emerge in the future housing plan and housing market.
