        비만 여대생의 신체조성과 혈중지질·혈당의 정준상관분석

        The purpose of this study was to investigated the relationship for the application and the usefulness of canonical correlation analysis in body composition between blood lipids·blood glucose in obese female college students. The subjects participated in this experiment voluntary for this study were 55 obese female college students. The body composition factor were FM(fat mass), FFM(free fat mass), BMI(body mass index), WHR(waist to hip ratio), %fat (per cent fat), SM(skeletal muscle) and VF(visceral fat area). The blood lipids(TC, TC, LDL-C, HDL-C) and blood glucose was measured by T60Ⅱ(Johnson & Johnson, USA) and CERA-CHEK(Model no, M400). For analysis, multiple and canonical correlation analysis were used by SAS(ver9.4). The body composition(FM, %fat, BMI, WHR, VF) of obese female college students were positively correlation(p<.001) with only TG and TC. Also, the body composition(BMI, WHR) of obese female college students were positively correlation(p<.05) with only LDL-C. The canonical correlation coefficient of between body composition and blood lipids ·blood glucose were 0.73(r). In the canonical correlation analysis, body composition(FM, WHR, BMI, VF) were important factor to body composition(independent variable). In particular FM was most was most important factor to body composition(independent variable). Also, body composition(FM, BMI, WHR) were important factor to body blood lipids·blood glucose(dependent variable). In particular FM was most was most important factor to blood lipids·blood glucose(dependent variable). In the canonical correlation analysis, blood lipids·blood glucose(TG, TC) were most important factor to blood lipids·blood glucose(dependent variable) and body composition(independent variable). We suggest that a regular exercise training might prevent of CAD(Cardiac Artery Disease) through low FM(Fat Mass) and TG(Triglyceride), TC(Total Cholesterol).

        점증적 최대 운동 부하시 혈중 암모니아와 젖산농도의 상관성 연구

        The purpose of this study was to examines the blood ammonia and lactate concentration changes following incremental maximal exercise. Secondary purpose of this study was to find correlation relationship between ammonia and lactate concentration. The subjects of this study were 10 normal healthy males and all subjects were involved in each test. Incremental maximal exercise tests were performed by each subject on a Monark cycle ergometer. VO2max was measured on the ergometer tests breathed through a low resistance low deadspace breathing valves using exercise protocol of ACSM. Plasma was sampled from an antecubital vein using a hypodermic syringe at rest, post-exercise(all-out), 30min after exercise and analyzed for whole blood ammonia and lactate. The results were as follows : 1. Blood lactate and ammonia concentration on incremental maximal exercise were increased linearly according to intensity of exercise, but remained elevated above resting values after 30min of recovery.2. Between blood lactate and ammonia after incremental maximal exercise were very low correlation(r=0.062), but recovery 30min was very high correlation of positive(r=0.908). It can be concluded that blood lactate and ammonia concentration are independent threshold each other in exercise.

        근 지구력 운동 시 마사지가 최대근력과 혈중젖산 및 호르몬에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of massage on peak torque, blood in lactate and hormone of taekwondo athlete. The twenty athlete subjects randomized into two groups(experimental group=10 and control group=10). The subject who engaged in this isokinetic exercise at 180° of 1-Rm(1 min/4 set repetitions). The blood in factor(HGH, Testosterone, Cortisol) measured rest, post-exercise, recovery 30 min after isokinetic exercise. This results was as follow. In peak torque of the knee extensor and flexors was significantly difference by treatment of massage(set repetition: p<.001). The lactate were significantly changed by treatment of massage(time: p<.001). The hormones(human growth hormone, testosterone and cortisol) were significantly changed by treatment of massage(time: p<.001). in conclusion, treatment of massage after isokinetic exercise may have greater effects of peak toque, blood factors than does control group.

        단기간의 Octacosanol섭취가 혈중 지질과 신체조성에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study was to examines the effect of Octacosanol administration for 10days on serum lipid and body composition in human. The subjects of this study were 10 normal healthy males and all subjects were involved in each test. The Octacosanol(40mg, 10mg × 4/day) was administration for 10 days. The blood collecting was done by 5ml per each time for 2 times before and after the case. The blood lipid profiles were measured through DT60Ⅱ(Kodak U.S.A) by 3,000rpm. The blood lipid were TC(Tatal Cholesterol), LDL-C(Low Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol), HDL-C(High Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol) and TG(Triglyceride). The body composition were measured by InBody(Biospace Korea). The body composition were %fat and muscle mass, WHR. The results were as follows :

        비만 중년여성의 대사증후군 위험 요인과 혈중지질이 b-aPWV(상완-발목맥파속도)에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to analyse the effects of metabolic syndrome risk factor and blood lipids on b-aPWV in Obese middle-aged women. In order to achieve the objects, 38 middle aged women were included. All participants measured body composition by InBody 4.0(ver). The metabolic syndrome factors were body composition(BMI,FFM,%fat, WC, BW, WHR), Blood Lipids(TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, Blood Glucose) and blood pressure. The b-aPWV was measured by Colin pulse Waveform Analyzer(VP-1000, Colin, Japan) All factors were analysed using multiple regression analysis(IBM SPSS 25). The main resulted of the study are as follows. First, b-aPWV of obesity middle aged women did significant effect by the body composition(WC, %fat, WHR) and diastolic blood pressure. Between b-aPWV and body composition(WC, %fat, WHR), diastolic blood pressure shows positive relationship. Second, b-aPWV of obesity middle aged women did significant effect by the blood lipids(HDL-C) and blood glucose. Between b-aPWV and HDL-C show negative relationship. But blood glucose show positive relationship. The results suggest that low metabolic syndrome risk factors(WC, %fat, WHR, diastolic blood pressure, blood glucose) and only high HDL-C may have positiv e effect for b-aPWV in obese middle-aged women

        장기간 유산소운동이 항산화 효소(SOD)와 지질과산화(MDA)에 미치는 효과의 메타분석

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of Long-term aerobic exercise on Antioxidant enzyme activity(SOD) and MDA in person. In order to achieve the objective, 15papers(SOD) and 16papers(MDA) selected through literature review used meta-analysis(Stata14.2). The main results of the study are as follows. First, the effect size(ES) of aerobic exercise for long term to antioxidant enzyme activity(SOD) in person showed a over high effect size(ES=.906). Second, aerobic exercise for long term to Lipid Peroxidation(MDA) in person showed a high effect size(ES=.742). Third, according to meta-regression, there was no publication bias about SOD and MDA. As a result, the effect of aerobic exercise for long term on SOD and MDA in trained person were positive relation and good for antioxidant.

        태권도 수련이 성인과 청소년의 혈중지질과 체지방률에 미치는 효과의 메타분석

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of Taekwondo training on blood lipid(TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C) and percentile fat(%fat) in adolescence and adult. In order to achieve the objective, 22 papers(TG, TC, HDL-C) and 18papers(LDL-C, %fat) selected through literature review used metaanalysis(Stata14.2). The main results of the study are as follows. First, the effect size(ES) of Taekwondo training for long term to blood lipid(TC(ES=.453), TG(ES=.799), HDL-C(ES=0.577), LDL-C (ES=.378)) in adolescence and adult showed a over intermediate effect size. Second, Taekwondo training for long term to %fat in adolescence and adult showed a high effect size(ES=.705). As a result, the effect of Taekwondo training for long term on blood lipid and %fat in adolescence and adult were positive relation and good for Health.

        여대생의 신체조성과 체질량지수(BMI) 및 안정시대사량의 상관성 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigated the relationship between Rest Metabolic Rate(RMR) and Body Composition, BMI(Body Mass Index) in female college students. The Body Composition were FFM(Free Fat Mass), %fat(Percentile Fat Mass), TBW(Total Body Water), WHR(Waist Hip Rate) and Muscle volume. The subjects participated in this experiment voluntary for this study were 29 female college students. The RMR(Rest Metabolic Rate) and RMR/Body Weight(BW) were measured by Metabolic Gas Analyzer Test system(Quark b2, U.S.A). The Body Composition were measured by InBody4.0(Biospace, Korea). For analysis, multiple correlation analysis were used by SPSS(ver21). The Body Composition(FFM, Muscle, TBW) of female college students were significant positive correlation with RMR. The Body Composition(only Muscle Mass) of female college students were significant positive correlation with RMR/Body Weight(BW) but significant negative correlation with %fat. The BMI(Body Mass Index), Body weight and Height of female college students were significant positive correlation with RMR but all variable no significant correlation with RMR/Body Weight(BW). The results suggest that the main determinant of RMR, RMR/BW were Muscle mass and %fat.

        4주간 코엔자임 Q10 섭취가 여대생의 혈중지질과 신체조성에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study was to examines the effect of Coenzyme Q10 supplement for 4weeks on blood lipid and body composition in university women. The subjects of this study were 18 normal healthy female(under about %fat-28%) and all subjects were involved in each test. The 18 female subjects randomized into two groups(control=9, coenzyme Q10=9). The coenzyme Q10(100mg) group was intake twice a day for 4 weeks. The parameters related to the blood lipid factors were measured by DT60 Ⅱ,Johnson & Johnson, NY, USA. The blood lipid factors were measured TG, TC, LDL-C and HDL-C. The body composition were %fat, FFM, WHR and VF(InBody 4.0,Bio-space, KOREA). The result was as follows. The TG of intake group were significantly decreased by coenzyme Q10 ingestion for 4weeks. But there was no significant difference between intake group and control group. The WHR of intake group were significantly decreased by coenzyme Q10 ingestion for 4weeks. But there was no significant difference between intake group and control group. In conclusion, our result don’t support the potential blood lipid and body composition positive impact of coenzyme Q10 ingestion for 4weeks
