        전단보강근이 없는 고강도 콘크리트 깊은 보의 전단특성 실험연구

        Shear strengths of reinforced high strength concrete beams without web reinforcement are studied with experimentalanalysis of 10 specimen with 2.4 shear span-to-depth ratio (a/d) beams for 4 stages of concrete compressive stengthover 60MPa comparing ultimate loads and shear stresses of ACI363R and KCI code equations. Expecially, concretecompressive strengths used in shear design were essentially limited to 10,000 psi (69MPa) by ACI363R and KCI Code. The modified Code equation's shear stresses of the specimen without the limit are compared with test results. Thecomparison between the modified exist Code equations results and test results are expected to show an available scopeto apply in construction field and to give considerations of design and contraction. 전단보강근이 없는 고강도 콘크리트 보의 전단능력을 평가하기 위하여 전단경간비 2.4인 시험체를 콘크리트 압축강도 60MPa 이상의 4단계별로 제작하여 파괴하중과 전단응력을 기존의 국내외 설계기준과 비교하였다. 특히 적용가능한 한계콘크리트 압축강도 70MPa 이상인 경우 전단응력을기존 제안식을 보정하지 않고 적용하여 실험결과와 비교하였다. 고강도 콘크리트 보의 전단파괴 강도를 결정하여 기존의 설계기준결과와 차이를 분석하고 시공현장에서 고려해야할 특기사항을 제안하고자 한다.

        방화석고보드 부착이 섬유혼입 고강도 콘크리트 모의 기둥부재의 내화특성 및 잔존내력에 미치는 영향

        In this study, fire resistance and residual strength were examined after the addition of PF fiber and bonding fireproofing gypsum board to a high strength concrete-model column of 50 MPa grade. At the beginning of the experiment, all the properties of base concrete appeared to satisfy the target range. In terms of the internal temperature record, a trend of slightly high temperature was shown when the fireproofing gypsum board was not bonding, and when the fireproofing gypsum board was bonding, as PF content increased gradually, the temperature was gradually lowered. In terms of the relationship, as time elapsed a low temperature was shown when fiber was mixed, and when the board was bonding, the trend of lower temperature could be confirmed. Meanwhile, in terms of spalling property,a severe explosive fracture was generated at PF 0%, and falling off was prevented as the fiber content was increased;however, discoloration and a multitude of cracks were discovered, and when the board was bonding, the trend in which the exterior became satisfactory when the content was increased emerged. In terms of the residual compressive strength, measuring of strength could not be performed at PF 0% without bonding of board, and the strength was increased as the fiber content was increased; however, there was a decrease in strength of about 30 ∼ 40%, and in the case of PF 0% with the bonding of board, the strength could be measured; however, about an 80% decrease in strength was shown, and only about a 10 ∼ 20% decline in strength was displayed, as the range of decrease was reduced as the fiber content was increased. Considering all of these factors, it was determined that a more efficient enhancement of fire resistance was obtained when two methods are applied in combination rather than when the PF fiber content and bonding of fireproofing gypsum board are utilized individually. 본 연구는 50 MPa급 고강도 콘크리트 모의 기둥부재를대상으로 PF섬유 혼입 및 방화석고보드를 부착하므로써, 내화특성 및 잔존내력에 대하여 검토하였다. 먼저, 모체 콘크리트의 기본 물성은 모두 목표 범위를 만족하는 것으로 나타났다. 내부 온도이력은 방화석고보드가 미부착된 경우 온도가 다소 높게 나타나는 경향을 보였고, 방화석고보드가부착된 경우는 섬유 혼입율이 증가할수록 온도가 점차 낮게분포되었다. 상호관계로는 시간이 경과할수록 섬유가 혼입된 경우에서 낮은 온도분포를 나타내었으며, 보드가 부착되었을 때 더욱 낮은 온도 경향을 확인할 수 있었다. 한편, 외관성상은 PF 0 %에서 심한 파괴 폭렬 현상이 발생하였으며, 섬유혼입율이 증가할수록 탈락 현상은 방지되었으나,색상 변질 및 다수의 균열이 발견되었고, 보드가 부착된 경우는 혼입율이 증가할수록 외관이 양호해지는 경향을 나타내었다. 잔존 압축강도로 보드 미부착 PF 0 %에서는 강도측정이 불가능하였으며, 섬유혼입율이 증가할수록 강도는증가하였으나, 약 30∼40 %의 강도저하 현상을 나타내었고, 보드 부착 PF 0 %의 경우 강도측정은 가능하였으나 약80 % 가량 강도가 저하하였으며, 섬유혼입율이 증가할수록저하폭은 감소하여 약 10∼20 %의 강도 저하만을 나타내었다. 이상을 종합하면, PF섬유 혼입 및 방화석고보드 부착을개별적으로 사용하는 것보다는 두 가지 방법을 복합적으로적용할 때 내화성능 향상에 있어서 보다 효과적일 것으로분석되었다.

        인간공학적 키보드의 수행도 및 자세 평가에 관한 연구

        The objective of this research is to review the ergonomic keyboard developed to prevent musculo-skeletal disorders from being occurred during keyboard work. It was studied by comparing it with the traditional keyboard after analyzing and comparing the trying performance and work advantages both the two keyboards. Twelve male subjects with no history of musculo-skeletal disorders participated in the experiment. The quantitative data such as trying speed, accuracy, performance time, and the number of typing errors were obtained from the HTT software that was adjusted for this experiment. RULA worksheet and the degrees of extension ulnar deviation on right and left wrist were used to analyze the upper body postures. The experiment results showed that the typing performance of the ergonomic keyboard decreased a little, but no significant difference statistically, compared with that of the traditional keyboard. On the work posture, the ulnar deviation during typing decreased in case of the ergonomic keyboard. But, the wrist extension was increased unexpectedly. Therefore, it can be regarded as these results occur due to the shape of wrist rest and the overall height of keyboard on a table. As a result, the reconsideration and redesign on the ergonomic keyboard are requested.

        자동차 유리 제조업에서의 설비개선 방안 연구 : 근골격계질환 예방중심 혼합 유전자 알고리듬

        The goal of this study is to propose the improved scheme that prevents the workers against musculoskeletal disorders. A questionnaire and an ergonomic assessment method were adopted to analyze the symptoms of workers' musculoskeletal disorders, and an analysis of working postures and a quantitative assessment on various processes were performed to find out harmful factors of workplace. Based on the result of questionnaire that was obtained from the workers having the symptoms of musculoskeletal disorders, it was analyzed that 371 workers corresponding to 80.1% out of the total respondents suffered or currently suffers from an ache, tingle, and numbness. The result of QEC analysis shows that the waist and the shoulder are highly exposed to the risk of musculoskeletal disorders. In case of TRIM process of gluing glass, the degree of risk on the hands and wrists is high due to repeated operation of 1200 times per day in a pinch-grip posture. The result of RULA analysis shows that the factors of muscle and weight is comparatively less risky than those of a working-posture. It also shows that the risk of musculoskeletal disorders is highly influenced by a immoderate bend of shoulder, wrist, and neck. The result of OWAS shows that, with the exception of one posture, the highest level of "4" was recorded on all of working postures. This means that the relevant working posture is seriously injurious to musculoskeletal system Therefore, the immediate improvement of facilities and the fulfillment of prevention pro-gram of musculoskeletal disorders are required in relevant workplace.

        인간공학적 접근을 통한 어묵 제조업체의 작업관련성 근골격계 질환 유해요인 개선

        The goal of this study is to propose the improved scheme that prevents the workers against musculoskeletal disorders at a fishcake manufacturing company, A questionnaire and an ergonomic assessment method were adopted to analyze the symptoms of workers' musculoskeletal disorders, and an analysis of working postures and a quantitative assessment on various processes were performed to find out harmful factors of workplace. Based on the result of the evaluation, to enhance the working environment, improvement of worktable, working space, tools, and outfit was suggested, and induction of mechanical system was also suggested. Suggested improvement plan was applied to the workplace step by step and it is confirmed that improvement plan can removes the injurious factors of musculoskeletal diseases effectively.

        갯벌모르타르의 내화성능에 관한 실험적 연구

        As urbanization progressed along with quantitative expansion of the construction industry, concrete has developed diversely as a material that is the most extensively used in the construction industry. However, aggregate resources that are an essential element of concrete production are gradually being depleted and the phenomenon of aggregate shortage has been intensifying due to the reinforcement of regulations on environmental issues. Therefore, in the present study, environment friendly mortar was made by replacing aggregate with mud that is dumped when dredging sand is dumped. To identify the dynamic characteristics of the mortar and to identify its fire resistance efficiency, the mortar was heated and its residual compressive strength was measured. In the results, the residual compressive strength values of MM1, MM2, and MM3 were 45%, 95%, and 57.7% respectively and the mix MM2 showed the highest fire resistance efficiency. 건설산업의 양적팽창과 함께 도시화가 진행되면서 콘크리트는 건설재료로서 가장 많이 사용되는 재료로서 다양한 발전을 해왔다. 하지만 콘크리트를 제작하는데 필수 요소는 골재자원이 점진적으로 고갈되고 있으며며 환경문제에 대한 규제의 강화로 인해 골재부족현상은 갈수록 커지고 있는 실정이다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 준설토 투기로 인해 버려지는 갯벌을 골재로 치환하여 사용한 친환경 모르타르를 제작하여 그 역학적 특성을 규명하고 또한 내화성능을 확인하기 위해 가열을 한 뒤 잔존압축강도를 측정하였다. 그 결과 MM1, MM2, MM3의 잔존압축강도는 각각 45%, 95%, 57.7%의 강도를 발현하였으며 MM2의 배합에서 내화성능이 가장 우수한 것으로 나타났다.
