본 연구의 목적은 중국 온라인 테니스 쇼핑몰 마케팅특성이 고객만족도, 고객충성도, 추천의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것에 목적을 두었다. 중국 테니스 용품 소비자 450명에게 설문지를 배포하여 신뢰성이 결여된 표본 12부를 제외하고 총 438부를 최종 유효 표본으로 선정하였다. SPSS 22.0과 AMOS 23.0을 사용하여 데이터를 처리하고 분석하였다. 연구목적에 따라 수행한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중국 온라인 테니스 용품 쇼핑몰의 마케팅 특성은 고객만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중국 온라인 테니스 용품 쇼핑몰의 고객만족도는 고객충성도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다; 중국 온라인 테니스 용품 쇼핑몰의 고객만족도는 추천의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다; 중국 온라인 테니스 용품쇼핑몰의 고객충성도는 추천의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
중국 스포츠의류 구매자 선택속성의 중요도와 만족도 분석

본 연구의 목적은 중국 스포츠의류 구매자 선택속성 중요도와 만족도의 우선순위 및 IPA 매트릭스 분석하고, 이를 중심으로 중국 스포츠의류 시장의 경쟁우위 전략 수립을 위한 기초자료를 확보하는 데 그 의의가 있다. 연구목적을 달성하 기 위하여 중국 스포츠의류 구매자 239명에게 설문지를 배포하여 신뢰성이 결여된 표본 30부를 제외하고 총 209부를 최종 유효 표본으로 선정하였다. SPSS 22.0과 Excel 2022를 사용하여 데이터를 처리하고 분석하였다. 연구목적에 따라 수행한 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중국 스포츠의류 구매자의 선택속성 중 문항별 중요도는 활동성(6.18)이 가장 높게 나타났다. 만족도는 활동성(5.95)이 가장 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 중국 스포츠의류 구매자의 선택속성 요인별의 중요 도는 기능(6.02)이 가장 높게 나타났다. 만족도는 기능(5.78)이 가장 높게 나타났다. 셋째,Ⅰ사분면(지속유지)에는 기 능 속성의 7개 문항과 가격 속성의 3개 문항이 나타났다. Ⅱ사분면(집중노력 지향)에는 디자인속성의 4개 문항과 A/S 속성의 A/S의 2개 문항이 나타났다. Ⅲ사분면(낮은 우선순위)에는 브랜드 자산 속성의 4개 문항과 A/S 속성의 2개 문항 이 나타났다. Ⅳ사분면(과잉노력 지양)에는 브랜드 자산 속성의 3개 문항이 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Importance and Performance of China Sportswear buyers' Selection Attributes and the IPA matrix. A questionnaire was distributed to 239 China Sportswear buyers, and a total of 209 copies were selected as final valid samples, excluding 30 copies that lacked reliability. Data were processed and analyzed using SPSS 22.0 and Excel 2022. The research results conducted according to the research purpose are as follows. First, among the optional attributes of China Sportswear buyers, Activity (6.18) was the highest in Importance for each item. As for Performance, Activity (5.95) was the highest. Second, the Function (6.02) was the highest in Importance for each factor of the optional attribute of China Sportswear buyers. As for Performance, the Function (5.78) was the highest. Third, in the I quadrant (continuous maintenance), 7 items of Function attributes and 3 items of Price attributes appeared. In the Ⅱ quadrant (focused effort orientation), 4 items for Design attributes and 2 items for A/S attributes appeared. In the Ⅲ quadrant (low priority), 4 items for Brand Equity attributes and 2 items for A/S attributes appeared. In the IV quadrant (avoid excessive effort), 3 items of Brand Equity attributes appeared.
아동의 자기수용이 자존감과 외적 자기가치 수반성, 자존감 안정성과의 관계에 미치는 영향

The purposes of this study were to examine the independent effects of self-acceptance in the relationships between self-esteem and self-esteem stability, external contingencies of self-worth and moderating effect of self-acceptance on the relationship between self-esteem and external contingencies of self-worth, self-esteem stability. The subjects were 244 elementary school students in Seoul. Self-acceptance, self-esteem, stability of self-esteem, external contingencies of self-worth scale were examined to children. The data were analyzed by Pearson correlation, hierarchical multiple regression analysis. According to the results the correlations between self-esteem, self-acceptance and self-esteem stability and external contingencies of self-worth were significant. The effect of self-acceptance on self-esteem stability and external contingencies of self-worth independently of self-esteem was significant. The moderating effect of self-acceptance was significant in the relationship between self-esteem and self-esteem stability. The results of this study demonstrated it is important to consider role of self-acceptance when develop educational interventions for elementary school children.
학교폭력 가해행동 경험이 초등학생의 자존감과 우울에 미치는 영향: 성향점수를 활용한 분석

Objectives The objective of this study is to investigate the effect of school violence behavior on self-esteem and depression in elementary school students. Methods The data of 3068 students in the second and third years of the Gyeonggi Education Panel Study were analyzed in order to investigate the effect of school violence behavior on self-esteem and depression. Propensity score was calculated using the covariates related to the school violence behavior. By applying the Inverse probability of treatment weight, we estimated the average treatment effect on the treated. The validity of the estimation results was verified by conducting a sensitivity analysis to test how robust the average treatment effect. Results First, there were significant differences in anxiety, academic performance, school satisfaction, and so on between the school violence behavior group and the non violence behavior group. Second, when the relevant covariates were controlled, the self-esteem of the school violence group decreased significantly after the violence behavior. Third, when the relevant covariates were controlled, the depression of the school violence group increased significantly after the violence behavior. Conclusions This study verified that school violence affects the decline in self-esteem and increase in depression in elementary school students. This result means that attempts to relieve students' low self-esteem or depression through violent behavior can ultimately lead to even lower self-esteem and higher depression. Therefore this suggests the need for psychological intervention for students who commit violent behavior in order to prevent recurrence of school violence.

This study aimed to develop and validate a scale to measure children’s self-acceptance. To develop potential instrument items for self-acceptance, surveys with open-ended questions were conducted with 93 elementary school students and eight experts in Korea. Based on the information from the survey responses, a pool of 50 potential statements of four content areas were written: ‘positive emotions about self as he/she is', positive affirmations for self-worth', ‘acceptance of positive aspects of self', and ‘acceptance of negative aspects of self'. On these 50 novel items, three elementray school teachers evaluated face validity, and five content experts evaluated content validity. A total of 46 items were finalized, and a validation study was conducted on this 46 items with 258 elementary school students. An Exploratory Factor Analysis was performed to identify the salient structure of the scale. The analyses indicated support for a four-factor solution with 18 items that was conceptually hypothesized. To further validate the scale with 18 items, multiple analyses were conducted with 266 elementary school students. Construct validity was confirmed through a Confirmatory Factor Analysis, and criterion validity was established through correlation analyses with scales that measure unconditional self-acceptance, self-esteem, subjective well-being, depression, and anxiety. The Children’s Self-Acceptance Scale can serve as a viable tool for counselors and teachers in counseling and educational settings as it consists of a small number of items that are easy to understand. This is the first self-acceptance scale developed specifically for Korean children, and it is expected to enhance the validity of research on self-acceptance for children. 본 연구의 목적은 아동용 자기수용 척도를 개발하고 타당화하는 것이다. 이를 위해 서울 소재 초등학생 93명과 초등상담교육 전문가 8인에게 자기수용에 관한 개방형 설문을실시하였다. 아동·전문가 개방형 설문 분석을 통해 자기수용 구성요인을 도출하고 이를바탕으로 50문항의 문항 초안을 제작하였다. 문항 초안에 대하여 초등교사 3인에게 안면타당도를 검증받고, 초등상담교육 전문가 5인에게 내용타당도를 2회에 걸쳐 검증받았다. 이 과정을 통해 46문항의 예비 검사를 제작하여 서울 소재 초등학생 5, 6학년 258명에게 검사를 실시하였다. 경쟁모형과의 적합도 비교를 통해 자기수용의 4요인 구조를확정하고 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하여 본 검사 18문항을 도출하였다. 타당화를 위해 초등학생 5, 6학년 266명에게 본 검사 및 준거타당도 검사를 실시하였다. 본 검사문항은확인적 요인분석을 통해 구인타당도가 확인되었으며, 무조건적 자기수용, 자존감, 주관적 안녕감, 우울, 불안과의 상관분석을 통하여 준거타당도를 확인되었다. 본 척도는 문항들은 초등학생이 이해하기 쉬운 용어와 표현들로 이루어져 있고, 적은 문항 수(18문항)로 구성되어 있기 때문에 짧은 시간 내에 측정이 가능하므로 자기수용 수준 확인 및자기성찰의 도구로 쉽고 간편하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 또한 국내 아동을 대상으로처음으로 개발 되고 타당화한 자기수용 척도로서 추후 아동 대상 자기수용 연구의 타당성을 높이는 데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

This study has aimed to develop and validate a scale to measure self-acceptance for college students. To develop the self-acceptance scale of David et al. (2013), its idea was translated and items were added based on a review of theoretical literature. Forty-eight preliminary items of measurement were decided. Among these items, counseling education experts evaluated the content validity, general people evaluated the face validity, and with these assessments, a preliminary scale of 44 items was produced. These 44 items were applied to 242 college students. After item and exploratory factor analyses, 20 items pertaining to 3 factors of self-acceptance remained to constitute the final scale. The subscales of the self-acceptance scale are established as ability, appearance, and personality acceptance. To further validate the scale for the remaining 20 items, multiple analyses were conducted with 197 college students. Confirmatory Factor Analysis is applied to establish these 20 items through construct, convergent, and discriminant validity measures. Criterion validity was established through correlation analyses with unconditional self-acceptance, self-esteem, life satisfaction, irrational beliefs, depression, and anxiety scales. Since this self-acceptance scale developed through this study can provide an in-depth measurement of self-acceptance by providing domain-specific information on self-acceptance, it will be able to contribute to the implementation of individualized self-acceptance related counseling education.
아동의 자존감, 자기자비가 자존감 안정성, 외적 자기가치 수반성에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는 아동의 자존감과 자존감 안정성 및 외적 자기가치 수반성과의 관계에서 자기 자비가 어떤 영향을 끼치는지 알아보았다. 서울소재 초등학교 5, 6학년 아동 336명을 대상으 로 자기자비, 자존감, 자존감 안정성, 외적 자기가치 수반성 검사를 실시하였다. 이들 변인 간의 상관 및 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 자존감과 독립적으로 자기자비가 자존감 안정성, 외 적 자기가치 수반성에 미치는 영향력은 유의미하였으며, 자존감과 자존감 안정성의 관계 및 자존감과 자기가치 수반성의 하위영역인 학업성취 자기가치 수반성의 관계에서 자기자비의 조절효과가 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 자존감의 한계를 보완할 수 있는 자기자비의 특성과 활용에 대해 논의하였다. This study attempted to examine the effect of self-compassion in the relationships between self-esteem and stability of self-esteem, the contingencies of self-worth. The Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale, The Self Compassion Scale, Stability of Self-esteem Scale, External Contingencies of Self-worth Scale were administered to 336 elementary school students. The results demonstrated that a higher self-compassion scores was associated to higher scores for stability of self-esteem and lower scores for external contingency of self-worth. According to the results, self-compassion play a independent role in the hierarchical effects on stability of self-esteem and external contingencies of self-worth. Also, in the relationship between self-esteem and stability of self-esteem, academic achievement contingencies of self-worth, the moderating effect of self-compassion was significant. The conceptual implications of self-compassion which can complement the limits of self-esteem and the usefulness of Self-compassion were discussed.
