Effect of PEPS on Empowerment, Internalized Stigma, Self-esteem and Quality of Life of People with Chronic Schizophrenia in Rural area

This study was designed to evaluate effects of Patients Empowerment Program for Schizophrenia (PEPS) on Empowerment, Internalized Stigma, Self-esteem, and Quality of Life, in people with chronic schizophrenia living in a rural community. A non-equivalent control group repeated measures design was used. Participants were 22 persons with chronic schizophrenia enrolled from O Province Mental Health Welfare Center, South Korea. (experimental group= 10, control group = 12). The PEPS was administered to the experimental group, consisting of 16 sessions delivered twice a week for 8 weeks. SPSS/WIN 26.0 was used to analyze the collected data using χ²-test, independent t-test, Fisher's exact test, and repeated measures ANOVA. Upon completion of PEPS, the experimental group showed a significantly increased in Self-esteem (F=6.09, p=.005) and Quality of Life (F=3.37, p=.044) as compared to the control group. However, there was no significant difference between the two groups between Empowerment and Internalized Stigma. The results suggest that the PEPS may be an effective intervention for improving Self-esteem and Quality of Life.

전기방사에 이은 무전해 은도금을 통한 전도성 나노 섬유 웹의 제조와 ECG 측정용 건식 전극으로의 응용

In order to prepare a flexible dry-type electrode for electrocadiogram (ECG), conductive poly(vinylidene fluoride) [PVDF] was electrospun and silver-plated electrolessly. The surface morphology and the mechanical and electrical properties of the silver-plated nanowebs prepared under different plating conditions were evaluated. After silverplating, the prepared web was welded ultrasonically in order to improve the conductivity and the rubbing fastness. Dry-type electrodes were fabricated into eyelet shape by using the ultrasonically welded silver-plated PVDF nanoweb, a sponge and a metal eyelet. Then, it was attached to a commercial sports brassiere top. The ECG of the wearer of the top was measured by the newly developed electrodes and the commercial Ag/AgCl gel electrodes while walking and running. The comparison reveals that the silver-plated PVDF nanowebs can be used as an electrode for ECG measurement.

한국어 교육을 위한 용언 활용 규칙의 기술 방식 고찰

Describing Verb Conjugation in Korean Language Education. To learn how verbs conjugate is one of the most important and difficult task for foreign learners of Korean language. This study examined how regular and irregular conjugation is dealt in Korean grammar guide books for Korean language teacher and Korean grammar textbooks for foreign learners. As results, we found that the concept of irregular verbs, in both its definition and scope, were often not coherent. In addition, a lot of types of conjugation seemed to be undescribed. To solve these problems, this study suggested the classification of conjugation. We categorized them into two basic types(phonologically and lexically conditioned) and presented conjugation list for each category. We also suggested that all types of conjugation should be designated according to stem-final forms rather than alternational forms.

서울현상색을 적용한 색채제안

서울은 급속도로 산업화ㆍ현대화가 진행되었다. 때문에, 무질서한 색채의 범람이 초래되어 도시의 정체성을 잃어버렸다. 이런 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 디자인 서울시는 서울색을 체계화 하였다. 이에 서울의 모든 기관들은 도시이미지가 일관적으로 인식되도록 서울색을 올바르게 적용하여야 한다. 하지만, 아직도 서울색을 적절하게 활용하지 못하는 경우가 혼재하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 서울 도시브랜드의 일관된 이미지를 정립하기 위해 하나의 적절한 적용 사례를 제시하고자한다. 이를 위해, 서울색을 적용하여 도시환경과 조화로운 서울시티투어버스 색채를 제안한다. 그 과정은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 서울시티투어버스의 노선별 서울현상색을 통해 서울 대표 장소의 현상색을 분석한다. 둘째, 이러한 분석을 토대로 서울시티투어버스의 연상이미지에 적합한 색채를 제안한다. 마지막으로, 이러한 색채를 서울시티투어버스에 적용하여 선호도 조사를 통해 그 적합성을 검토해 보도록 한다. 이를 통해 서울시티투어버스에 서울색을 적절하게 접목하여 도시와 조화를 이루도록 할 것이다. 또한, 더 나아가 서울색 적용을 용이하게 하여 도시 이미지 정립에 기여 하고자 한다. Seoul has progressed industrialization and modernization rapidly. and, It has caused the chaotic flooding of colors, which in turn has led to the loss of urban identity. In recognition of such problem, the headquarters of Design Seoul have surveyed of the establishment and systematization of Seoul color in 2008. All affiliated institutions within Seoul are required to properly apply Seoul color to objects composing Seoul in order to achieve a consistent city image. However, proper usage has not been achieved due to the absence of appropriate application examples regarding Seoul color. Hereupon, this study has suggested Seoul City Bus color through applied with Seoul color in order to establish a consistent image of Seoul city brand. The process for proposing Seoul City Tour Bus color is as follows. First, colors regarding phenomena colors in Seoul within the route of Seoul City Tour Bus were analyzed. Second, Propose on Colors for Seoul City Tour Bus. Lastly, Apply the results to the Seoul City Tour Bus, and evaluate the suitability of colors proposed. This proposal aims to properly graft Seoul color in Seoul City Tour Bus to achieve harmony with city. Furthermore, it hopes to contribute to the establishment of city image by facilitating the application of Seoul color.

(2) RESEARCH METHOD This study was focused on relation analysis and regression analysis. The data for the analysis were collect from the LH in 2008 and 2009. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS In the results of this study, the cost for housing site development is very important to decide to the distribution price of apartment. 2. RESULTS This study proposes to improve the compensation process more rationally to reduce the cost for housing site development in public development of housing sites which is applied to the price ceiling of the apartment, because a critical factor of the price of housing construction is the cost for housing site development.

라벤더 발효추출물의 항산화 활성과 성분 분석

본 연구에서는 라벤더 추출물과 발효추출물의 항산화, 성분 분석 및 tyrosinase 저해 효과에 관한 조사를 수행하였다. 추출물의 free radical (1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl, DPPH) 소거활성(FSC₅₀)은 발효추출물의 ethyl acetate 분획(5.95 μg/mL)에서 가장 큰 활성을 나타내었고, 또한 luminol-의존성 화학발광법을 이용한 Fe³⁺-EDTA/H₂O₂계에서 생성된 활성산소종(reactive oxygen species, ROS)에 대한 라벤더 추출물의 총항산화능은 발효추출물의 ethyl acetate 분획(1.45 μg/mL)에서 가장 큰 활성을 나타내었다. 라벤더 추출물과 발효추출물에 대하여 rose-bengal로 증감된 사람적혈구의 광용혈에 대한 억제 효과를 측정하였고, 농도 의존적(1 ~ 50 μg/mL)으로 세포보호 효과를 나타내었다. Tyrosinase의 활성 저해 효과(IC₅₀)는 라벤더 추출물의 ethyl acetate 분획과 발효추출물의 ethyl acetate 분획이 각각 144.80 μg/mL, 122.40 μg/mL으로 나타났다. 라벤더 추출물 중 ethyl acetate 분획과 발효추출물의 ethyl acetate 분획은 TLC에서 공통으로 3개의 띠로 분리되었으며, HPLC (340 nm)에서도 ethyl acetate 분획과 발효추출물의 ethyl acetate 분획이 각각 3, 2개로 나타났다. 각각의 크로마토그래피로부터 ethyl acetate 분획과 발효추출물의 ethyl acetate 분획에서 공통적으로 rosmarinic acid가 확인되었다. 이상의 결과들은 라벤더 추출물 및 발효추출물들이 ¹O₂ 혹은 다른 ROS를 소광시키거나 소거하고, ROS에 대항하여 세포막을 보호함으로써 생체계, 특히 태양 자외선에 노출된 피부에서 항산화제로서 작용할 수 있음을 시사한다. 그리고 또한 라벤더 추출물과 발효추출물의 성분 및 함량을 분석함으로써 발효 후에 차이점을 확인, 이를 통한 응용 가능성을 확인하였다. In this study, the antioxidative effects, inhibitory effects on tyrosinase, and component of non-fermented and fermented Lavandula angustifolia extracts were investigated. The ethyl acetate fraction of fermented extract (5.95 μg/mL) showed the most prominent the free radical (1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl, DPPH) scavenging activity (FSC₅₀). Reactive oxygen species (ROS) scavenging activities (OSC₅₀) of L. angustifolia extracts on ROS generated in Fe³⁺-EDTA/H₂O₂ system were investigated using the luminol-dependent chemiluminescence assay. The ethyl acetate fraction of fermented extract (1.45 μg/mL) showed the most prominent ROS scavenging activity. The protective effects of extract/fractions of L. angustifolia on the rose-bengal sensitized photohemolysis of human erythrocytes were investigated. The L. angustifolia extracts suppressed photohemolysis in a concentration dependent manner (1 ∼ 50 μg/mL). The inhibitory effect of L. angustifolia extracts on tyrosinase was investigated to assess their whitening efficacy. Inhibitory effects (IC₅₀) on tyrosinase were determined with ethyl acetate fraction of L. angustifolia extract (144.80 μg/mL) and ethyl acetate fraction of fermented extract (122.40 μg/mL). Fractions of ethyl acetate and fermented extracts showed both 3 band in TLC and 3 peaks, 2 peaks in HPLC (340 nm), respectively. In each chromatography, fractions of ethyl acetate both from non-fermented and fermented L. angusfifolia have rosmarinic acid in common. These results indicate that the component and content of non-fermented and fermented extracts of L. angustifolia are different. Both of the extract of L. angustifolia can be used as an antioxidant.

중국어권 유학생의 한국 국가이미지가 한국 미용서비스 태도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 서울지역에 체류하는 중국어권 유학생들을 대상으로 하여 한국의 국가 이미지가 미용서비스태도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 한다. 본 연구의 모집단은 서울 및 수도권에 체류하며 그지역에 위치한 학교에서 유학하고 있는 중국어권, 즉중국과 대만 국적 유학생들이 그 대상이고, 세부적인 표본추출방법에 의한 설문지법으로 연구가 진행되었다. 본 연구의 자료 분석 방법으로는 수집된 자료의 통계처리는 데이터 코딩(data coding)과 데이터 크리닝(data cleaning)과정을 거쳐, SPSS(Statistical Package for Social Science) v. 18.0 통계 패키지 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였으며 빈도분석, 측정도구의 타당성을 검증하기 위하여 요인분석, 신뢰도 검증을 위하여 Cronbach’s  계수를 산출하였다. 또한 독립표본 t-test 및 일원변량분석(One way ANOVA)을 실시하였으며, 사후검정으로 Duncan test를 실시하였고 가설검증을 위해 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 가설을 검증한 결과, 중국어권 유학생의 관리형 미용서비스 태도 향상을 위해서는 긍정적인 국가이미지가 중요한 요인임을 알 수 있었으며, 이는 의료형 미용서비스 인식 향상에 대해서도 마찬가지로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 앞으로 국내 체류 중국어권유학생들의 지속적이고 발전적인 한국 미용서비스 이용에 마케팅 기초자료로서 활용될 수 있을 것이라고 기대한다. 또한 본 연구가 향후 한국 미용서비스의 질적 향상을 통해 국제경쟁력을 갖추고 세계 속으로 뻗어나가는 데에 도움이 되기를 희망한다. This thesis explores the effects of national image of Korea on attitude of Korean beauty services in Korea. Surveys were sent to students from Chinese speaking countries that are studying and residing in the Seoul area. Surveys were sent to three hundred (300) students to collect sample data. Using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) v18.0, the data was then coded and cleaned. Cronbach’s  , One way Anova, and Duncan’s test were applied to analyze relationships and re-verify the results. Those finding alone are enlightening, but when we looked for interactions between variables, other interesting patterns were found. There is a positive correlation between the respondent’s view on Korea and their perception of Korean beauty services, both medical and non-medical. This research was created to test two hypotheses and the resulting correlations proved all two hypotheses to be valid. It is our hope that this research can be used to increase marketing efforts to students from Chinese speaking countries. Furthermore, we hope that the finding will encourage the continued elevation of the quality of Korean beauty services to increase Korea’s competitive position on the world stage.
