유통업체의 사후 납품가 인하 행위의 선행요인과 결과요인

본 연구는 유통업체가 행사하는 불공정 거래 행위 중 대표적 유형인 사후 납품가 인하행위 영향을 미치는 요인과 이로 인한 결과를 유통업체의 성향, 시장 지배력, 시장 효율성의 3가지 관점에서 살펴보고자 하였다. 국내 대형마트와 거래하는 영업사원 79명을 대상으로 하여 실증적으로 분석한 결과, 유통업체의 성향 측면에서 유통업체가 매출과 마진을 동시에 추구할수록, 유통업체의 점포가 가격차별화가 되어 있을수록, 유통업체의 사후 납품가 인하 행위에 정의 영향을 주었고, 이러한 사후 납품가 인하 행위는 제조업체와의 관계의 질에 부의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 유통업체의 사후 납품가 인하 행위의 형태는 임의적으로 가격 할인 행사 후에 가장 많이 이루어지는 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로 연구의 시사점과 한계점을 제시하였다. This paper intends to examine antecedents to the ex-post supply price cut which is typically retailer's unfair trade practices and consequences from three viewpoints of retailer's tendency, market power and efficiency. For the empirical research, we analyzed manufacturer's 79 key account managers who trade with domestic discount stores. In result, the more retailer pursues sales and margin simultaneously. retailer's store becomes price differentiate, the more retailer's ex-post supply price cut increase against manufacturers. Also it is showed that retailer's ex-post supply price cut decrease the relationship quality with manufacturers. And the most frequent pattern of the retailer's ex-post supply price cut is showed after retailer's discount at discretion. Finally, we suggest this research's implications and limitations.

유통업체의 사후 납품가 인하 행위의 선행요인에 관한 연구

본 연구는 유통업체가 행사하는 불공정 거래 행위 중 대표적 유형인 사후 납품가 인하행위의 선행요인을 시장 지배력, 시장 효율성, 유통업체 성향의 세 가지 관점에서 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 기존 연구를 바탕으로 가설을 도출하였으며, 국내 대형마트와 거래하는 영업사원 79명을 대상으로 실증분석을 하였다. 분석결과 유통업체의 성향 측면에서 유통업체가 매출과 마진을 동시에 추구할수록, 유통업체의 점포가 저가격 전략을 구사할수록 유통업체의 사후 납품가 인하 행위에 정의 영향을 주었다. 마지막으로, 본 연구의 이론적 시사점과 실무적 시사점을 제시하였으며, 연구의 한계점과 미래 연구방향에 대해서 논의하였다. 골내 표피낭종은 드문 양성 낭성 병변이다. 이는 선천적인 요인이나 외상의 결과로 사료되며, 골 주변의 연부 조직에서 발생하기 때문에 골 파괴를 유발할 수 있다. 골내 표피낭종의 단순방사선 소견은 피질골의 팽대를 동반한, 경계가 명확한 방사선 투과성 병변이다. 임상적, 방사선학적 소견이 유사하기 때문에 원위 지골에서 발생한 다른 질환들과 골내 표피낭종을 감별하는 것이 중요하다. 저자들은 원위 지골에서 발생한 골내 표피낭종의 2개의 드문 증례를 보고하고자 한다. An intraosseous epidermal cyst is a rare benign cystic lesion. It is thought to result from congenital factors or trauma and can lead to bone destruction because the cyst develops at the soft tissue around the bone. Radiological findings of intraosseous epidermal cysts are a well-defined radiolucent lesion, with cortical expansion. It is important to differentiate an intraosseous epidermal cyst with other disease developed at distal phalanx because its clinical and radiological findings are similar. We report two rare cases of intraosseous epidermal cysts that developed at the distal phalanx.

세라믹-세라믹 관절면 무시멘트형 인공 고관절 전치환술 -단기 추시 환자에 대한 최소 10년 이상 장기 추시의 임상적 결과-

목적: 50세 이하의 환자군에서 시행한 세라믹-세라믹 관절면 무시멘트형 인공 고관절 전치환술의 술 후 2-4년 추시 환자를 대상으로 최소 10년 이상 추시한 임상적 결과를 보고한다. 대상 및 방법: 1998년 1월부터 2001년 12월까지 세라믹-세라믹 관절면 인공 고관절 전치환술을 시행 받은 50세 이하 환자들 중 술 후 2-4년 단기 추시에서 양호한 결과를 보이며, 최소 10년 이상 지속적인 추시가 가능했던 25명 29고관절을 대상으로 하였다. 임상적으로는 Harris hip score 및 대퇴부 통증과 방사선학적으로 골용해, 치환물의 안정도 등을 평가하였다. 결과: Harris hip score는 술 전 57.7점, 2-4년 단기 추시시 93.3점, 10년 이상 추시시 91.0점이었다. 대퇴부 통증은 2-4년 단기 추시시 2예에서 발생하였으나, 10년 이상 추시에서는 전례에서 관찰 되지 않았다. 방사선학적으로 10년 이상 추시 상에서 세라믹 삽입물 파손이 발생한 1예를 제외하고는 모든 예에서 방사선상 안정된 고정이 관찰되었다. 결론: 50세 이하에서 세라믹-세라믹 관절면 무시멘트형 인공 고관절 전치환술을 시행 받은 환자들 중 단기 추시에서 양호한 결과를 보인 환자의 10년 이상 추시 결과는 전체적으로 만족스러운 결과를 보였다. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to report on the clinical results of more than 10 years of follow-up after ceramic articulation total hip arthroplasty in patients younger than 50 years old who had reported a result of short-term follow-up. Materials and Methods: We studied 25 patients who underwent cementless THA using ceramic on ceramic articulation between Jan 1998 and Dec 2001. They were followed up for 2-4 years, with good results, and could be followed up for more than 10 years. The evaluation of clinical results included Harris hip score (HHS) and occurrence of thigh pain. Radiologic evaluation was based on osteolysis and the stability of components. Results: The mean HHS improved from 57.7 to 93.3 during the period of 2-4 years of follow-up and 91.0 at more than 10 years of follow-up. Two patients experienced thigh pain during the period of 2-4 years of follow-up and none of the patients had thigh pain at more than 10 years of follow-up. On the last radiographs, stable fixation was observed in all cases, except for one case of ceramic fracture. Conclusion: Clinical and radiologic observations of cementless ceramic on ceramic articulation THA in active patients younger than 50 years old who reported a favorable short-term result showed a satisfactory long-term result.

Standardization of various construction information is very critical for any of large construction companies to improve construction productivity and efficiency as well as to cope with the rapidly changing industrial circumstances. In this study, based on the analysis of the current status of construction information standardization in large construction companies, directions and improvement methods for the better standardization of construction information at the company level have been suggested. Information for standardization was classified into two parts, managerial and technical information and the improvement directions focused on the basic strategies, standardized information management systems, and implementation plans.
