        지구력 운동이 급성기 뇌졸중 쥐의 뒷다리근 질량에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to identify hindlimb muscle atrophy in stroke induced rat and determine the effect of endurance exercise on body weight, weight of hindlimb muscle during 7 days after stroke induction. Thirty four male Sprague-Dawley rats with 200-270g body weight were divided into four groups : control, control+exercise(Con+Ex), stroke, and exercise after stroke(St+Ex) group. The control group and Con+Ex group received sham operation and the stroke group and St+Ex group received right MCA occlusion operation by using silicon-coated probe. The Con+Ex and St+Ex groups ran on a treadmill for 20min/day at 10m/min and 10 "grade. Daily body weight and diet intake were measured every morning for 7 days. Cerebral infarction of stroke and St+Ex groups were identified by staining with TCC for 30minutes. The data were analyzed by Kruskd-Wallis test and Mann-Whitney U test using the SPSSWIN 9.0 program. Body weight of the control group at the 7th day increased by 18.3% significantly from the first day of experiment, that of the stroke group at the 7th day decreased by 6.7% significantly compared to the day of receiving right MCA occlusion operation. Body weight of the Con+Ex group at the 7th day increased by 10.3% significantly from the first day of experiment, that of St+Ex group at the 7th day also increased by 13.4% significantly compared to the day of receiving right MCA occlusion operarion. The total amount of diet in stroke group decreased significantly compared to that of St+Ex and that of control group. In stroke group the wet weight of both sides of soleus, plantaris, and gastrocnemius muscles decreased significantly compared to that of control group. The relative weight of affected(left) plantaris and gastrocnemius muscles decreased significantly compared to that of the control group. The difference between the weight of affected and unaffected soleus, plantaris, and gastrocnemius muscles were not significant in stroke group. The wet weight of right gastrocnemius muscles in Con+Ex group increased compared to that of control group. The relative weight of right gastrocnemius muscle increased significantly compared to that of the control group. The wet weight of St+Ex group increased significantly compared to that of the stroke group in both sides of soleus, plantaris, and gastrocnemius muscles. The relative weight of affected plantaris muscle increased significantly compared to that of the stroke group. The difference between the weight of affected and unaffected soleus, plantaris, and gastrocnemius muscles were not significant in St+Ex group. Body weight and wet weight of soleus, plantaris, and gastrocnemius muscles in the St+Ex group did not recover to the values of control group. Based on these results, it can be suggested that endurance exercise during acute stage of stroke can reduce muscle atrophv related to denervation. inactivity and undernutrition.

        DHEA 투여가 뇌허혈 유발 쥐의 Type Ⅰ, Ⅱ 근육에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of DHEA on Type Ⅰ(soleus) and Ⅱ muscles(plantaris, gastrocnemius) in a focal brain ischemia model rat. Thirty-seven male Sprague -Dawley rats with 200-250g body weights were randomly divided into four groups : CINS(cerebral ischemia + normal saline), CIDH(cerebral ischemia + DHEA), SHNS(sham + normal saline), SHDH(sham + DHEA). Both the CINS and CIDH groups were undergone a transient right middle cerebral artery occlusion operation. In the SHNS and SHDH groups, a sham operation was done. DHEA was administered daily at a dose of 0.34mmol/kg, and normal saline was administered daily at the same dose by intraperitoneal injection for 7days after operation. Cerebral infarction in the CINS and CIDH groups was identified by staining with 2% triphenyltetrazolium chloride solution for 60 minutes. The data were analyzed by Kruskal-Wallis test and Mann-Whitney U lest using the SPSSWIN 9.0 program. The results were summarized as follows : 1) The muscle weights of soleus(Type Ⅰ), plantaris and gastrocnemius(Type Ⅱ) in ClNS group were significantly less than those of the SHNS group(p<.0l). The muscle fiber cross-sectional area of the CINS group was significantly less than that of the SHNS group in Type Ⅰ muscle fiber of the soleus and Type Ⅱ muscle fiber of the plantaris and gastrocnemius(p<.05). The myofibrillar protein content of the CINS group was significantly less than that of the SHNS group in the left gastrocnemius and right soleus(p<.05). 2) The muscle weights of the soleus, plantaris and gastrocnemius except the unaffected side of the plantaris in the CIDH significantly increased compared to those of the CINS group(p<.05). The muscle fiber cross-sectional area of the CIDH group significantly increased compared to that of the CINS group in Type Ⅱ muscle fiber of the plantaris and gastrocnemius(p<.05). The myofibrillar protein content of the CIDH group significantly increased compared to that of the CINS group in the left soleus(p<.05). 3) On the post-op 8 day, the body weight of the CINS group was significantly less than that of the CIDH, SHNS and SHDH groups(p<.0l). Total diet intake of the CINS and CIDH groups was significantly less than that of the SHNS and SHDH groups(p<.0l). Based on these results, it was identified that muscle atrophy could be induced during the 7 days after cerebral infarction, and DHEA administration during the early stage of cerebral infarction might attenuate muscle atrophy.

        간호대학생의 카데바 실습에 관한 통합적 고찰

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the experiences and perceptions of nursing students related to their cadaver practice through an integrative review. Methods: An integrative review was conducted using Whittemore and Knafl’s framework published in 2005. The key words, “nursing students & cadaver” and “nursing students & anatomy” were used to search peer-reviewed publications in six databases. Among 373 searched articles, 15 articles were selected after excluding articles that did not meet the inclusion criteria. The literature quality was moderate (levels C and B). Results: The results from the 15 selected studies were integrated and classified into seven themes: “anxiety and discomfort,” “gratitude and respect for donors,” “dignity of the human body and life,” “acceptance of death,” “getting closer to the nursing profession,” “enhanced understanding and memory of the human body” and “enhancement of learning motivation.”Conclusion: In conclusion, cadaver practice provided an opportunity to form values about the dignity of life and death, helped nursing students understand the human body, and motivated them to approach the profession of nursing. It is suggested to develop integrated cadaver practice programs that incorporate bioethics, spiritual nursing, and the vocation of the nursing profession.

      • 간호대학생의 구술평가 경험에 관한 질적 내용분석

        This study was performed to explore the experience of oral test in nursing students. The data were collected the materials using an open ended questionnaires from 46 nursing students after oral test in the pathophysiology class. Results indicated that their experiences on oral test were classified into 4 themes and 8 categories. Four themes were emerged; difficulties in self learning, burden of the presentation, activation of learning motivation, and enhancement of long term memory. In conclusion, the oral test will activate learning motivation and enhance long term memory although they experience the difficulties in self learning and burden of presentation.

        뇌사자로부터 공여받은 신장이식자의 근력과 일상생활활동에 프레드니손(Prednisone)이 미치는 영향

        목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 뇌사자로부터 공여받은 신장을 이식한 대상자들이 프레드니손을 생체이식 대상자들보다 더 많이 투여받는 임상상황에서 프레드리손이 근력과 일상생활활동에 영향을 주는지 규명하기 위함이다. 방법 : 연구 대상은 뇌사자로터 신장을 응급으로 수여받은 32명이었으며 모두 혈액투석을 하고 있었다. 이식 수술 전날, 환자의 일반적인 정보, 근력, 일상생활활동에 대해 조사하였으며 이식수술 후 12주째 되는 날 외래에서 근력과 일상생활활동을 다시 조사하였다. 프레드니손 용량은 임상기록지를 통해 수집하였다. 연구결과: 신장이식술 후 12주의 근력은 고관절 신전근력을 제외하고는 유의하게 감소되지 않았다. 그러나 신장이식 후 12주의 일상생활활동은 수술 직전보다 유의하게 감소된 것으로 나타났다. 근력은 혈액투석을 시행한 기간에 의한 영향을 더 받았으며 일상생활활동의 저하는 3개월간 활동을 제한하는 퇴원교육의 영향이 큰 것으로 볼 수 있다. 결론 : 본 연구에서 대상자의 근력과 일상생활활동은 프레드니손 투약의 영향을 받지 않았으며 오히려 혈액투석을 시행했던 기간에 따라 영향을 받은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 혈액투석 환자들의 근력 증진을 위한 간호중재 개발이 필요하다.

      • 보건의료 전공 학생들의 학업스트레스에 관한 연구

        This study was performed to identify the perceived level of academic stress among healthcare professional students. A sample of 146 healthcare professional students in Cheongju was asked to answer a questionnaire on academic stress. Results indicated that female students experienced significantly more academic stress as compared with male students.; nursing students experienced significantly more academic stress as compared with radiology and dental hygiene students; senior students experienced significantly more academic stress as compared with freshmen; low academic achievement students experienced significantly more academic stress as compared with high academic achievement students. In conclusion, there is a need to evaluate what impacts on academic stress, and to develop strategies to reduce the academic stress levels of nursing students.

        혈액투석환자에서 문자메시지(SMS), 이메일 및 전화를 이용한 자가간호 프로그램이 자가간호 이행과 영양 상태에 미치는 효과

        만성 신부전증은 진행성 신 손상으로 인한 신 실질의 점진 적인 파괴로 인해 비가역적이고 영구적인 신 기능 장애가 나 타나는 상태를 의미하며, 신장이식이 이루어질 때까지 평생동 안 혈액투석이나 복막투석 같은 장기적인 치료를 받아야 한다 (Denhaerynck et al., 2007). 국내 자료에 따르면 만성 신부전으로 인해 혈액 투석치료를 받는 환자들이 2007년 30,907명으로 2006년 29,031명에 비해 6.4% 증가하였고 만성 신부전 환자 중 혈액투석 환자가 63.5% 를 차지하고 있다(Korean Society of Nephrology, 2007). 이 와 같이 혈액투석 환자가 증가하는 원인은 원인질환이 당뇨성 신증인 경우가 44.9%, 고혈압성 사구체경화증 17.2%로 당뇨, 고혈압 등 만성 성인병 증가와 관련이 있으며 따라서 향후 성 인병 증가와 함께 만성 신부전 발생률이 더 증가될 것으로 예 상할 수 있다(Korean Society of Nephrology, 2007).
