A Study of Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction of Upscale Hotels in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia
아마르,오흥철 (사)한국관광레저학회 2018 관광레저연구 Vol.30 No.2
Despite its importance to the Mongolian hotel industry, research on service quality and consumer satisfaction is quite limited. Thus, the purposes of this study were as follow: (1) evaluate the level of perceived service quality and expected service quality; (2) examine differences between perceived service quality and expected service quality; (3) delineate service quality factors from perceived service quality items; and (4) analyze the causal relationship between perceived service quality factors and customer satisfaction of upscale hotels in Ulaanbaatar. Results show that both the levels of perceived quality and expected service quality of upsacle hotels were relatively good. In the analysis of differences between perceived and expected service qualities, just 3 of the proposed 16 service quality items appeared to be statistically different. A factor analysis of the 16 perceived service quality items delineated 3 factors: human service quality, systematic service quality, and physical service quality. Human service quality and physical service quality had significant positive effects on customer satisfaction. Based on these results, marketing implications for upscale hotels to further improve the service quality were suggested.

As the South Korean rolling stock industry is developing designs for full compliance with the European Standards, it is fitting to take a look at these two core standards. The paper presents an overview of the load cases and structural requirements developed in Europe for the design of safe and compatible rolling stock vehicles. These load cases and structural requirements have been compiled into two standards namely EN12663 and EN15227. Standard EN12663 was developed as a reference design requirements standard. The work was mandated and sponsored by the European Committee for Standardization and Standard issuing National Institutions. EN12663 specifies a series of proof and fatigue load cases for European rolling stock regulations compliant vehicle designs. As EN12663 does not address the crashworthiness issue, a dedicated crashworthiness standard, EN15227, was therefore developed in a similar manner through industry wide consultations managed by a Trans-European working group of experienced engineers and specialists. In both standards, the vehicle and/or trains are grouped into categories reflecting the vehicle types and/or their indented operational function. EN15227, developed to complement EN12663, addresses the "passive" crashworthiness capability of the vehicles and trains. EN15227 specifies reference crash scenarios similar to those found in the Technical Specification for Interoperability (TSI) of high speed trains operating in Europe. The overview also touches on a general comparison with the corresponding British Group Standard (GM/RT2100) and also the UIC leaflet based load cases. The exercise is extended to pertinent design load cases specified by the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) in the US.
Few-Shot Content-Level Font Generation
Saima Majeed,아마르,Jaeyoung Choi 한국인터넷정보학회 2022 KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Syst Vol.16 No.4
Artistic font design has become an integral part of visual media. However, without prior knowledge of the font domain, it is difficult to create distinct font styles. When the number of characters is limited, this task becomes easier (e.g., only Latin characters). However, designing CJK (Chinese, Japanese, and Korean) characters presents a challenge due to the large number of character sets and complexity of the glyph components in these languages. Numerous studies have been conducted on automating the font design process using generative adversarial networks (GANs). Existing methods rely heavily on reference fonts and perform font style conversions between different fonts. Additionally, rather than capturing style information for a target font via multiple style images, most methods do so via a single font image. In this paper, we propose a network architecture for generating multilingual font sets that makes use of geometric structures as content. Additionally, to acquire sufficient style information, we employ multiple style images belonging to a single font style simultaneously to extract global font style-specific information. By utilizing the geometric structural information of content and a few stylized images, our model can generate an entire font set while maintaining the style. Extensive experiments were conducted to demonstrate the proposed model's superiority over several baseline methods. Additionally, we conducted ablation studies to validate our proposed network architecture.

The objective of this study is to investigate the changes of the performance of steam heated generator of absorption chiller as influenced by the characteristics of the heating tubes inserted in its generator. The absorbent and the refrigerant flowing inside the generator are LiBr and water, respectively. The experiments were done based on a 58% absorbent concentration. In the experiments, the inlet and outlet temperatures of the absorbent and the inlet and outlet temperature of the refrigerant in the generator are measured. Also, the pressure of the generator and the flow rate of the refrigerant and the absorbent we measured. Tests were conducted on different types of heating tubes under the same experimental conditions and the values of the overall heat transfer coefficient are measured.
