This study analyses Chinese coffee market based on a literature review and statistical data and presents implications for Korean coffee industry. As a result of the analysis, it was discovered that consumption of coffee products is increasing in Chinese market, and under the situation that a specific class leads coffee consumption, consumers tend to prefer instant coffee and usually purchase coffee products through online shopping malls. Trade of coffee products between Korea and China is decreasing and they usually trade green coffee beans and preparations. In the situation that Chinese coffee industry is still underdeveloped despite the government support for it, Chinese people have strongly stuck to tea drinking habits though they tend to accept coffee as a favorite food. This study presented the following political strategies: development of differentiated marketing strategies targeting coffee consumers, formation of offline infrastructures using Chinese companies, increase of coffee trade against China through diversification and qualification of products, etc.

The purpose of this article is to analyze international trade structure of Korea s rare earth. Rare earth includes 9 goods such as cerium groups, etc.. Statistical data were obtained from the homepage of Korea Customs Service for the period 2004-2013. Main findings can be summarized as follows: First, while China s export controls on rare earth are being strengthened, rare earth is growing in importance as an international issue. Second, due to the unfavorable positioning in the international trade network in rare earth, Korea is in a difficult position as a price taker. Third, in the inter-national trade of rare earth, any secular trends are not found, and the trade of rare earth is concentrated in China and Japan. Fourth, the trade patterns of rare earth by item are similar to that of total rare earth, but it s income is reduced, and the income gap among countries is getting large. Fifth, looking at the largest trading items, the degree of advantages in each item varies across country, and only a few items continue to maintain the advantages and trading items may not be duplicated in countries. Sixth, while the export-import prices are fluctuated repeatedly in three countries, in recent years export price shows a declining. These findings suggest that Korea should continuously strengthen the national capacity on rare earth, make the long-term plans to secure rare earth on a stable basis, reduce a high dependence on China and Japan s rare earth, secure processing techniques of rare earth, make domestic rare earth prices stable, and maintain a good business environment with a drastic price fluction.

This paper examined the cost structure of Korea-China coffee market. China has the largest potential demand for coffee and younger generations are turning from tea to coffee culture. A literature review and a case study used to examine researches by studying the characteristics of Korea-China coffee market and the Starbucks. The main aspect of coffee cost structure in Korea-China is that expenditure ratio of rent and labor cost are the most important factor of profit in coffee cost composition. Newly coffee market entry companies should provide store location, quality, interior, and price through commercial analysis of the area where the store will be located, what Starbucks has done. There is no solution for the rent cost in the central area, but we recommend the use of robot barista as a solution to the labor cost burden. Coffee value is based on the quality, atmosphere, and brand of coffee, but it is needed to sell coffee and culture in a highly competitive place.
유아교육기관의 유아체육전담교사 기능선호도 조사에 관한 기초연구

The purpose of this paper is to investigate what skill is preferred for the physical education teachers at preschools. For this purpose, I surveyed teachers and owners of preschools, and the following is its result. First, 73% of the subjective think that physical education at preschools is needed, and 79.6% of the preschools has the physical education programs at present. The reasons why they do the physical education programs are (1) to increase their basic physical fitness (66%), (2) to keep their sound life by sound bodies (28.9%). These show that our society is much interested in the physical education for preschoolers. Second, 49.6% of the subjective want the physical education as preferred teachers` major. 58.8% preferred male teachers to female (8.4%). 83.8% pay them less 150,000 Won, and 96.2% hire them as part-time teachers. Third, the subjective says some ages need exercise prescription, motion analysis, sex education, physical fitness and basic life not involving educational background. People with job experience prefer prescription, motion analysis, utensil exercise, play education, ball games. This means teachers thinking exercise treatment and motion analysis are important of the physical education programs for preschoolers. Although preschools recognized education for preschoolers is needed as shown in the above, part-time teacher system is still done, with too low payment. Therefore, people without optimal qualification are in charge of physical education, which cause the low quality education. Preferred programs at preschools are exercise prescription and motion analysis which need special knowledge and are hard for common people to teach. Physical education for preschoolers needs to be supported by qualified teachers since the educatees are very young and the programs are specialized. Therefore, full-charge teacher system can be its solution, which will lead physical education for preschoolers having low quality presently to be practical and specialized. For this, working condition for teachers should be improved.
한국과 아세안(ASEAN)의 제조업 교역구조와 경쟁관계 변화

With rapid progress of ASEAN, Korea trades to ASEAN has consistently increased except 1998 immediately after the monetary crisis and 2001 when global demands of IT products decreased. For the purpose, this study classified products into finished products and parts and analysed them based on MIT Code. TSI and GLI were used for the analysis. The results are summarized as follows: TSI of almost all the mechanical parts and electronics except semi-conductors and manual parts was close to 1, which indicates export specific pattern. GLI of precision mechines, acousitic equipment, semi-conductors and manual parts was high, which indicates much industrial trade between Korea and ASEAN.

According to the latest statistic, S. KOREA has more than 4 million online Communities on the portal Community service. That is the most on-line Community in the world. The Brand are faced the time to study on the more effective methods of on-line Brand communication. Many People say that is Brand Community. And a lot of Brand is interested in Brand Community Implementation. However, we know it has been not easy to build Brand Community successfully as the last three years, there were lots of trial and error. This study is a proposal for the essential activated elements and strategy for Brand Community on the Brand Community analysis by Wegonet eBranding Strategy Lab. The necessary information is collected through a study on ``The essential activated elements for Brand Community`` which has 1)Premium 2)Leader 3)Contents 4)Etc(Off-line Meeting, Small group activities). This study prepares a cue for identity set-up of whole Brand Community service field.
