신체 외부 통신에서 MHP 펄스와 터너리 코드를 이용한 다중접속 기법

본 논문에서는 신체 외부 고속 통신을 위한 UWB-IR(Ultra Wide Band-Impulse Radio)을 알아보고 다중 접속 시 발생하는 간섭을 완화하고 전송 효율을 높이기 위해 MHP(Modified Hermite Polynomial)펄스와 터너리 코드를 이용한 다중접속 기법을 제안한다. 상호 직교성을 가지는 MHP 펄스와 터너리 코드를 이용하여 신호를 전송할 경우, 신체 외부 고속 및 저속 통신에서 다중접속 시 발생하는 다중 사용자 간섭을 완화하고 다중 사용자간의 신호 구분이 가능하다. 신호 심볼구조에서 MHP 펄스와 터너리 코드 그리고 시간도약 구간을 설정하여 동기식과 비동기식 고속전송 그리고 동기식과 비동기식 저속전송의 경우에서 최적의 전송기법을 찾고 검증한다. 시뮬레이션을 통해 동기식 구조에서 MHP 펄스를 이용하여 전송한 경우 가우시안 펄스를 사용한 경우보다 2~3dB 향상됨을 확인하였다. 또한 비동기식 구조에서의 신호충돌을 회피하기 위해 터너리 코드를 사용하여 전송하여 향상된 다중접속 기법을 확인하였다. In this paper, we propose a multiple access scheme using MHP(Modified Hermite Polynomial) pulse and ternary code for high-data and low-data rate for Out-body WBAN(Wireless Body Area Network). To satisfy the requirement of WBAN system, UWB-IR has been considered as a promising candidate for Out-body WBAN. The proposed multiple access scheme, using orthogonal MHP pulse and ternary code sets, reduces multi-user interference and distinguishes user signal from multi-user signals. We propose two algorithms for synchronous and asynchronous WBAN system. The symbol is constructed by MHP pulses and time hopping duration to reduce multi-user interference in the synchronous WBAN system. The symbol also is constructed by ternary code to avoid collision between pulse trains in the asynchronous WBAN system. The results of the proposed multiple access scheme show a clear improvement of BER.

The Throttle Body is between the air filter and the intake manifold. The throttle should be non-friction by air flow than the intake manifold to prevent unnecessary pressure loss and should be more light. The Main goal of changing material is to increase the volumetric efficiency of the engine and to improve heat flux. So to analyze a new item about throttle valve body for optimal gate position in the tool design. First, we want to stay with current direction of runner as to the some images : Moreover, we want to try two cavities if possible. Based on the information, we had simulated for the issues and shown the idea in following sections.

With improvements in diagnostic imaging techniques for the brain, pituitary tumors without neurological signs or symptoms have occasionally been found. To evaluate therapeutic strategy for incidentally found pituitary tumors ("pituitary incidentaloma"), we analyzed the result of magnetic resonance imaging findings and of ophthalmological and endocrinological studies in 3 cases with follow up. Incidentally found functioning tumors were excluded. All of 3 cases is greater than 10mm in tumor size("pituitary macroincidentaloma"). The follow-up period was 49 months, 16 months and 6 months(mean, 25.3 months) in each case. There was no evidence of tumor enlargement, endocrinological problems and visual field defect during follow-up period. Patients with pituitary incidentalomas usually follow a benign course and neurosurgical intervention is not initially required in the management even those greater than 10mm in diameter. Observation over time may be good approach to the patient with a pituitary macroincidentaloma to avoid the unnecessary risk for surgery in a patients with a stable mass.

The General Rules for the Study of Primary Liver Cancer was published in June 2001 as the first edition. Since then, the 5th edition of the General Rules for the Study of Primary Liver Cancer was published by the 17th Committee of the Korean Liver Cancer Association based on the most recent data. The 5th edition of the General Rules for the Study of Primary Liver Cancer ranged over numerous topics such as anatomy, medical assessment of the patients, staging of hepatocellular carcinoma, description of the image findings, summary of hepatic resection, description of the surgical specimens, liver transplantation, reporting the pathological findings, pathological examinations of liver specimen, non-surgical treatment, radiotherapy, and assessment of tumor response after non-surgical treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma. The 5th General Rules for the Study of Primary Liver Cancer will not only become the basis of academic development for liver cancer studies in Korea, but also serve as the primary form of national liver cancer data accumulation based on standardized rules.
