As a possibility for participation in social activity of people with disabilities increased, a request for a special vehicle for the person with reduced mobility is augmenting. There is no domestic vehicle safety regulation to ensure a crashworthiness of vehicle for people with disabilities in a traffic accident. Therefore, it is necessary that we make the domestic vehicle regulation of special vehicle for the person with reduced mobility. This paper is carried out research on which function special vehicle for the disabled have to do and the minimum requirement of the system realized functions

Since a Advanced Safety Vehicle(ASV) relieves the drivers of driving load, it provides the drivers with the convenience, safety and opportunities of using services in respect to Telematics. According to the growth of the market share for Telematics, an increase of the demand for ASV is predicted. And then, before the ASV is universally used, the ASV systems have to be technically safe. In this study, to secure safety of Adaptive Cruise Control system, International Standard Organization(lSO) requirements for ACC are examined thoroughly and their defects and solutions are suggested. In order to achieve this objective, field tests were fulfilled under scenarios based on the domestic roadway and traffic conditions and test data were analyzed to find out the problems of the ISO requirements for ACC.

Whiplash injuries of the neck are one of the most common injuries reported from automotive rear impacts. Whiplash injuries can be reduced to change geometry of head restraint. Therefore, geometries of head restraint were evaluated according to the test procedures of the Korea New Car Assessment Program (KNCAP) to improve safety of head restraint. In this study, nine vehicle's head restraints were tested. As the test results, one head restraints is rated at "Marginal", three head restraints are rated at "Acceptable" level, and the last five head restraints are rated at "'Good" level.

The Advanced Safety Vehicle (ASV) allows drivers not only convenience and safety, but also many useful services provided by the Telematics technology. Since ASV is expected to be widely used in the near future, it is necessary to ensure the safety of ASV systems. Among several aspects of ASV, this paper investigates the safety of the Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) system. Field tests are carried out under the domestic roadway and traffic conditions, according to International Standard Organization (ISO) requirements for ACC. The test data are analyzed whether the requirements are adequate for domestic circumstances, and the suggestions for findings are given.
기술 개발 동향 : 특허분석을 통한 열공급 부문온실가스 감축 기술 동향

열병합발전 기술에 대하여 1990년부터 2012년까지 국내에 등록된 특허를 조사하였다. 열병합 발전 기술의 연도별 특허 등록 현황 및 기술 분류별 현황, 주요출원인, 최신특허 동향을 분석하였다. 열병합발전 기술을 분류하고 특허 출원동향을 파악함으로써 기술개발 흐름을 분석하였다. 최신특허 출원 분석을 통해 기술 개발 동향을 알아보고자 2008년부터 2012년까지 최근 5년간 열병합발전기술로 등록된 특허를 분석하였다. 열병합 발전은 에너지 사용 효율을 향상시킨다는 측면에서 발전분야의 온실가스 감축 기술로 주목 받고 있다. 열병합발전 기술로 출원된 기술의 50%이상이 최근 5년에 등록된 것으로 분석되었는데 이는 늘어나는 전력소비 대비 불안정한 전력공급 및 목표관리제 도입으로 인한 온실가스 감축기술의 중요성으로 인해 일반 열병합뿐만 아니라 자가열병합과 같은 소형열병합 기술개발이 지속되고 있으며 앞으로 더욱 활발해 질것으로 기대된다
