      • 창의적 디자인 교육을 위한 사용자 중심적 교육공간의 제안 연구

        This study is for schooling space form to develop a talented person with creative thinking ability that comes in to sight these days. Feeling, thinking and touching one self education is needed rather than uniform education which is prevalent. And those education stimulates brain that may fuses with other studies. This study selected schools which establishes originality design education and propose unlike education environments in those schools and analysis how creativity is different in one"s interior surroundings physical sense surroundings, and behavior surroundings. This study reconstitutes check list based on AIOUE which is proposed from Doblin Group in U.S.A. for user requirement. In order to experiment observation, it proposes creative design space needs which can be changed in space for user"s.

      • 서울시 노인주거환경 니즈를 반영한 유니버설디자인 적용환경 사용성 평가 분석

        Recently, it has become unavoidable situation to create high quality of elderly housing for the aging society. The purpose of this study is to suggest universal design environment for elderly housing environment based on user requirement. We carried out this study by 3 steps. Firstly, a survey was conducted of 60 aged people about discomfort and needs to their housing. Moreover, with the result of questionnaires, we produced universal design product for kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. And finally, analyses and evaluations with this products were done through user test using eye-tracker system. Through this study, we could make conclusions as follows: aged people discontented with height of furniture, absence of safe bar and home controller system. Therefore, up and down semi-automatic top shelf, safe bar, visual clarity of color and home controller system were installed and we could find that semi-automatic top shelf and home controller system were most satisfied through eye-tracker system.

        고령화 사회의 신 노년층을 위한 도심형 실버타운의 서비스디자인 연구

        본 연구는 경제성장을 도모한 중년의 인구가 나이가 들어 세대전환이 일어나게 됨에 따라 노년층 인구증가에 대비하여 고령화시대 노인주거환경의 초석을 마련하고자 진행되었다. 베이비붐 세대의 노년층을 신 노년층이라고 일컬으며, 신 노년층이란 개인의 삶을 존중하고 독립적이며, 적극적인 성향을 통해 사회적 활동 및 경제사회의 소비를 가지고 있는 노년층을 말한다. 따라서 본 연구는 이들의 새로운 라이프스타일인 도심형 실버타운을 제안하고자 한다. 서비스디자인 프로세스를 통하여 신 노년층의 라이프스타일 과 니즈 및 요구사항을 설문조사를 통해 기초조사 하였다. 이들은 서울에 거주하는 예비 실버타운입주자 60명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 또한 조사내용을 바탕으로 주 생활영역의 요구사항을 시선생체계측장치를 통한 실험을 실시하였으며, 노인들의 요구 및 니즈를 반영한 도심형 실버타운을 프로토타입을 제안하였다. 조사를 통한 결과를 확인하면 높낮이가 가능한 가구, 안전 바, 홈 컨트롤러 스마트시스템이 노인 니즈로 나타났으며, 도심형 실버타운 입주시 가장 고려하는 요건임이 나타났다. 따라서 노인들의 니즈 및 요구사항과 실험을 통해 나타난 결과를 통하여 신 노년층의 라이프스타일 및 요구니즈를 3가지 영역으로 독립형, 의존형, 융합형의 도심형 실버타운의 주생활영역의 공간 가이드라인을 제안하였다. This study is to improve the quality of life from the elderly's needs after researching the complaints of their current residential environment for a super-aged society of Korea. Baby boomers, Active senior of life and respect for independent, aggressive tendencies through social activities and economic society, older people have consumed. As a result, the new lifestyle in the city-type silver town to offer 60 people were targeted surveys. This is the Service Design process ensures that older people's needs. Also, research based on day in the life area eye-tracker in vivo measurement devices to provide the needs of the elderly and needs to reflect the proposed prototype of urban-type silver town. Investigation of needs and needs of the elderly are presented, the result is up and down semi-automatic top shelf, safe bar, visual clarity of color and home controller system were installed and we could find that semi-automatic top shelf and home controller system were most satisfied through eye-tracker system. This suggests three areas of prototypes.

        소나무 배발생조직 라인 별 체세포배 유도 및 식물체 재분화

        본 연구는 소나무의 배발생조직 라인 간 증식율, 체세포배 유도 및 발아율의 효과를 조사하기 위해 수행되었다. 소나무 미숙접합배로부터 유도된 15개 배발생조직 라인 간 증식율 비교에서 05-4 라인은 5.3배의 최대 증식율을 보인 반면, 05-37라인은 1.4배로 가장 저조하여 조직 라인 간 증식율 차이가 크게 나타났다. 배발생조직 13개 라인의 체세포배 유도에서는 05-4라인에서 39.8개(90 mg 조직기준)를 유도하여 가장 높았지만 전체적으로는 단지 5개 조직라인(05-4, 12, 21, 29 및 37)에서만 체세포배 유도가 가능하였다. 나머지 8개 라인에서는 전혀 유도되지 않아 조 직라인 간 체세포배 유도효율의 큰 차이를 보였다. 3개의 조직라인에서 유래한 체세포배의 발아비교에서 05-4라인 유래 체세포배 발아율이 0.2% gelrite에서 가장 높은 47.3%로 나타났으나, 05-4 및 29라인에서는 0.2% 이상의 gelrite 농도에서 발아율이 점차 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 한편 05-37 라인 유래 체세포배의 발아는 0.1 혹은 0.2% 농도에서는 전혀 발아가 이루어지지 않아 gelrite 농도에 따른 발아율 차이를 나타냈다. 결론적으로 소나무의 배발생조직 라인 간 증식율, 체세포배 발생 효율 및 발아효과는 배발생조직 라인에 따라 크게 좌우되는 경향을 보였다. This experiment was conducted to evaluate growth rate among 15 embryogenic tissue lines (ETLs), comparison of maturation on somatic embryos (SEs) with 13 ETLs and efficiency with various concentrations of gelrite on SEs germination in Japanese red pine (Pinus densiflora). In comparison of ETLs growth rate (folds) with 15 lines, the 05-4 line (5.3 folds) showed the highest rate, on the other hand, the lowest one was recorded in the line of 05-37 (1.4 folds). The 13 ETLs were tested for the extent of SEs production. The best production was recorded in the line of 05-4 (39.8/90 mg F.W.). However, most of ETLs, except 5 lines (05-4,12, 21, 29 and 37), did not produce SEs at all, therefore, big differences in the ability of SEs production existed among the ETLs tested. Effects of various gelrite concentrations for SEs germination with 3 ETLs were also compared. The highest result was obtained from 0.2% gelrite concentration with 05-4 line (47.3%), there was a inclination that the rate of germination was gradually declined over 0.2% gelrite concentration with the 05-4 and 29 lines. respectively. In contrast, in the line of 05-37, no SEs germination occurred on medium with 0.1 or 0.2% gelrite. In conclusion, the growth rate, SEs production and germination frequency were appeared to deeply depended on the ETLs.

        양돈분뇨 처리에 대한 포플러류의 생장반응 및 적응능력

        This study was conducted to analyze growth characteristics and adaptability of poplar clones under the treatment of liquid pig manure. The average of survival rate was 33% better at control than the treatment under age of 5 years. But, tree height and DBH growth were higher at the treatment than control. Populus euramericana ‘Eco28’ showed the highest survival rate (97.9%) under the treatment. P. euramericana ‘Eco28’ and P. deltoides hybrid ‘Dorskamp’ could be selected as superior clones for height and DBH growth under the liquid pig manure treatment. The above-ground biomass production was also investigated when the poplar clones were 5 years old. The aboveground biomass under the liquid pig manure treatment was, on average. 52.6 ton/ha, which was 80% higher than control (29.1 ton/ha). P. euramericana ‘Eco28’ (73.6 ton/ha) and P. deltoides hybrid ‘Dorskamp’ (71.1 ton/ha) showed superior biomass production than other clones at the treatment of liquid pig manure. Based on survival, growth and demage traits, the adaptability of poplar clones to liquid pig manure treatment was estimated. P. deltoides hybrid ‘Dorskamp’ and P. euramericana ‘Eco28’ showed better adaptability to the treatment. P. nigra × P. maximowiczii ‘62-10’ and P. koreana × P. nigra var. italic ‘Suwon’ were identified as poor adaptability clones.

        양돈분뇨 처리에 따른 수목의 질소저장 및 지상부 바이오매스 추정

        This study was conducted to estimate aboveground biomass and nitrogen storage potential of tree species-eight clones of a poplar and hybrids, one clone of Salix alba L., dawn redwood (Metasequoia glyptostroboides Hu and W.C. Cheng), yellow poplar (Liriodendron tulipifera L.), Okamoto maple (Acer okamotoanum Nakai), and pin oak (Quercus palustris Munchh.)- after treating with liquid pig manure. Stems showed the highest percentage of aboveground biomass, and followed by branches and leaves. Nitrogen content in aboveground biomass components was the highest in leaves, and followed by branches and stems. Average aboveground biomass production was higher in the clones and species treated with manure than those of not treated, 30 ton/ha and 16 ton/ha, respectively. In the manure-treated site, clone ``Dorskamp`` of Populus deltoides×Populus nigra showed the highest aboveground biomass (48.3 ton/ha). Average nitrogen storage potential was superior in the clones and species treated with manure than those of not treated, 159 kg/ha and 90 kg/ha, respectively. Clone ``Dorskamp`` also showed the greatest nitrogen storage potential (286.5 kg/ha) among tested tree species. Therefore, ``Dorskamp`` is the most suitable clone for treating liquid pig manure, but additional studies are needed to determine any damages or tolerance from the treatment.

        This research studies Digital Smart Home of the elderly, one of the most prevailing social phenomenon, in the context of eco-space living. The rapid economic growth and industrialization of our society have not only facilitated urbanization and created a lot of nuclear families but also affected traditional and cultural norms. In this regard, this research examines the life-style of the elderly and conducts domestic and cross-country studies to understand the characteristics of Digital Smart Home of the elderly. In consideration of Digital Smart Home, this study suggests how interior design should be modified and adjusted as we go through this sort of social changes.
