This study aims to propose disaster safety information service model based on LOD for effective management and dissemination of the information. To achieve the aim of this study, current state of disaster safety information was analyzed through online search and face-to-face interviews, and then the information was divided into 6 types. Finally, this study proposed specific process of building disaster safety information LOD service with considerations reflecting the information characteristics. The process for building LOD was based on Guidelines for Building Linked Data written by National Information Society Agency. Especially, ontology concept model was defined by using standard lexical resources and modeling tools based on 6 types of disaster safety information, and classes and properties were proposed. The results of this study will make disaster safety information more useful for common people.

Arare case of primary malignant melanoma of central nervous system in 12-month-old infant with neuro-cutaneous melanosis is presented. Primary malignant melanomas in central nervous system are very rare in children, however, it is known that leptomeningeal melanosis is malignant in 40-50% with neurocutaneous melanosis. Spinal MRI, brain CT and MRI showed diffuse intradural extramedullary mass of entire spinal cord and enhancing mass in brain stem. CSF cytology revealed abnormal cells. Biopsy from leptomeninges of posterior fossa was compatible with malignant melanoma.

An experimental study on drilling of stainless steel is conducted using TiAlN coated drills and HSS twist drills with several cutting conditions; feed rate, spindle rotational speed, and dry/wet cutting. The effects of number of hole on the thrust force are examined by cutting force measurement. The flank wear of the drills and the change of hole diameter are quantitatively observed using a vision system. It is found that the thrust force in drilling with TiAlN coated drills decrease under dry and wet machining, whereas the flank wear resistance is improved.

本稿では、第三部の物語のはじめの部分といえる「匂宮三帖」における薫の道心と恋のあり方について考察した。第三部の最初の巻「匂兵部卿」には、薫が初めて登場し、彼の道心の由来が述べられている。「匂兵部卿」巻の表現構造では、光源氏と薫を比較対照しつつ、薫のみではなくその道心をも相対化している語りの構造が見られる。薫の道心は彼の幼い時に聞いた自らの出生に関する疑惑に根ざしている。薫は自分の実父が柏木であることを知っているが、以後の物語において、柏木の罪が薫の内面において深く問い直されることはなく、薫の出生の秘密が外化する方向にも物語は展開しない。薫における柏木の「罪」の行方は、第三部の三番目の巻「竹河」と「匂兵部卿」巻との比較を通じて明らかになる。竹河巻は、匂兵部卿巻に語られていたことを「ひが事」と否定することにより、薫の出生の秘事を表面上払拭し、薫の恋における姿を語り出すことができたと考えられる。また、竹河巻では、表面上は薫の秘事について語らない形式を取りつつも、語りや表現のレベルにおいて薫における柏木の「影」を暗示していく〈物語の方法〉が用いられており、こうした〈語りの方法〉は「宇治十帖」において一貫して見られている。竹河巻は、まさしく「宇治十帖」の序として、主人公薫の生のあり方、薫をめぐる語りの方法を象徴的に示している巻であると思われる。 In 「Niobyeongbukyeong」 which is the first volume of 『Genji Monogatari』 composed of three parts, the main character, Kaoru appears for the first time, and the origin of his Buddhist doctrines is described. In the analysis on the representation structure of the relevant volume, it takes the structure of katari that relativizes not only Kaoru, but also his Buddhist doctrines by comparing and contrasting Hikaru Genji and Kaoru. Kaoru’s Buddhist doctrines is rooted in his doubt about his own birth that was told in his childhood. Even though Kaoru knows that his real father is Kashiwagi, the following monogatari does not describe the scenes in which Kaoru agonizes over Kashiwagi’s sin, and does not even reveal the secret of Kaoru’s birth. The monogatari in the third part does not show the method to explore the meanings of < sin > in the character’s inner side just as the second part. The third volume 「Takegawa」 of the third part is very remarkable in the aspect of issues like gatari and character set-up. The volume 「Takegawa」 denies what has been told in the volume 「Niobyeongbugyeong」 as a 「wrong story」, which is to superficially dispel the secret of Kaoru’s birth, and also to start talking about Kaoru’s look of love.

성상세포종양에서 혈관내피증식인자의 발현 - 종양주변부 부종 및 미세혈관과의 상관관계 -

Objectives : It has been known that vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF), as an endothelial cell-specific mitogen, induces angiogenesis, and possesses vascular permeability and procoagulant properties. Peritumoral brain edema(PTBE) is a common accompaniment of malignant gliomas. It results from microvascular extravasation of plasma and proteins through the interendothelial spaces. The correlation between pathological grading, PTBE, neovascularization, and the expression of VEGF were analyzed in 31 patients with astrocytic tumors. Methods : Astrocytic tumor samples(8 astrocytomas, 14 anaplastic astrocytomas, and 9 glioblastomas) from 31 patients( 21 males and 10 females : average age $37{\pm}24$ years) who underwent surgery were examined retrospectively for the expression of VEGF and CD31(microvasculature) immunohistochemically. The extent of PTBE was examined by using preoperative CT or MRI as an edema index(EI). In addition to VEGF and CD31, several causative factors including tumor size, histologic type were compared with EI. Results : Only one of 8 astrocytomas, and majority of high grade(21 of 23 anaplastic astrocytomas and glioblastomas) tumors demonstrated PTBE(p<0.05). The majority of high grade tumors showed higher expression of VEGF (p<0.01). High grade tumors showed even higher CD31 expression(p<0.05), however, there was no close correlation between expression of VEGF and CD31. The EI was increased significantly, just as VEGF(p<0.01), but CD31 expression was not correlated with high EI. Conclusion : These data suggest that VEGF expression is closely correlated with PTBE and histological grading in astrocytic tumors. Microvasculature(CD31) in tumors is highly correlated with histological grading, however, shows no correlation with the expression of VEGF and PTBE.

Odontogenic keratocyst (OKC) with secondary inflammation involving the maxillary sinus was presented. Radiological diagnosis of this case was made based on the various findings from the cone-beam computed tomography, computed tomography and magnetic resonance images. There were calcified materials and impacted tooth within the lumen of the lesion, which is not uncommon in OKC. Histopathologic findings confirmed this lesion as OKC with secondary inflammation.

최근 공공기관에서 국민과 소통하는 방법의 하나로 소셜미디어를 활발하게 활용함에 따라 기록관리 영역에서도 이를 수집하고 보존하기 위한 다양한 방안들이 논의되고 있다. 미국에서는 정부 차원에서 소셜미디어를 수집 보존하고자 하는 움직임이 일고 있고, 영국 국립기록관에서는 이미 공공기관의 트위터와 유튜브를 대상으로 아카이브를 구축하여 이용자에게 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 소셜미디어 아카이빙의 수집 및 보존 측면에서의 사례조사 결과를 토대로 소셜미디어의 유형별 특징과 그에 따른 수집 방안과 보존모형을 제안하고자 한다. 또한 제안방안의 실효성을 검증하기 위해 경상남도 도청의 소셜미디어를 대상으로 시범 적용하였다. 본 연구는 실제 수집한 결과를 통해 수집 및 보존방안을 제시하였다는 점에서 그 의의가 있으며, 차후 소셜미디어 아카이빙을 위한 모델 수립에 도움이 될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
