연구논문 : 영상관법이 장애가족을 가진 중년여성의 우울증에 미치는 효과: 사례 연구

영상관법은 과거의 경험 중에서 미해결된 부분의 장면(영상)을 의도적으로 떠올려 그대로 재 경험하게 하는 것이다. 이는 아뢰야식에 저장된 종자의 현행과 관련된 특정한 영상을 떠올려 그것을 존재하는 그대로 재 경험하여 마음 현상을 통찰하는 것이다. 영상관법의 목표는 궁극적인 본성, 본래적인 진실을 회복하는 것으로 본래의 진실을 깨닫게 하여 근본적으로 번뇌(고통)를 없애는 과정이기 때문에 임상에서 심리적인 장애를 치료하는 심리치료에 응용할 수 있다. 따라서 영상관법은 내담자의 고통과 우울을 감소시키고 본질에 대한 통찰을 이끌어 내어 궁극적인 본성, 본래적인 진실을 회복하는 유용한 도구로 사용되고 있다. 본 연구는 불교 유식에 근거한 영상관법이 장애가족을 돌보고 있는 중년여성의 만성화된 우울증에 대하여 어떠한 효과가 있는지 불교의 사성제(四聖諦)에 기반을 두어 심층 상담한 자료에 근거하여 사례연구방법으로 기술하였다. 본 상담은 2013년 11월부터 2014년 1월까지이며 추후상담은 2014년 8월부터 2015년 2월까지 6개월간 이루어졌다. 본 연구가 장애가족을 돌보고 있는 중년여성의 우울을 이해하고 현실적인 지원의 준거가 될 수 있을 것이며 유식불교에 기반을 둔 영상관법이 효과적인 심리치료도구로 활용될 수 있음을 시사하고 있다. Image-based Mindfulness Meditation is to intentionally recall and re-experience scenes (images) of unsolved past experiences. The meditator recalls a certain image related to the current state of the seed that is saved in the Alaya-vijnana, re-experience the image such as it is, and see through the mental state. The purpose of Image-based Mindfulness Meditation is to recover the ultimate nature and the essential truth and remove the agony (pain) fundamentally by making the meditator to realize the original truth. That`s why it can be applied to psychotherapy clinically to treat mental disorders. Therefore, Image-based Mindfulness Meditation is utilized as a useful tool to recover the ultimate nature and essential truth by reducing patients` pain and depression and drawing the insight about the real nature. This study aims to understand what effect the Image-Based Mindfulness Meditatiion of vijanpti-matrata buddhism has on the depression of a middle-aged lady who takes care of her disabled family member. It analyzed the in-depth interview data based on the Four Noble Truths of Buddhism, and described it in the form of a case study. The counselling was provided from November 2013 to January 2014, with the follow-up counselling for six month ― August 2014 to February 2015. This study will be able to be a standard for understanding and practically supporting middle-aged ladies suffering depressions, taking care of their disabled family members. Furthermore, it aims to present that Image-Based Mindfulness Meditation of vijanpti-matrata buddhism can be an effective psychotherapy instrument.

새로운 도시계획 수립기법 개발 및 서울시 적용반당 연구 시나리오형 계획기법 중심으로-

In spite of its necessities, most citizens of Seoul does not seem to pay many attentions to long-term, comprehensive planning works while the usage of project level-business plans are actively increasing in the built-up areas of Seoul, Major purpose of this research is to find a new way of urban planning approaches as a better method of existing urban planning practices in the context that current methods of urban planning seem to reveal many limitations in practices. As a new way of urban planning approaches, scenario type of planning methods and learning processes are introduced and developed for the applications to the urban planning practices in Seoul. Major contents of this research are composed of five parts. First, this study describes the limitations of current urban planning practices in Seoul in terms of planning methodology and planning processes. The strengths and limitations of some new perspectives of urban planning currently implemented in Seoul such as village-level participatory planning and negotiation in advance based-planning methods are also mentioned. Second, the meanings and significances of Scenario learning and planning process in the modern urban planning context are introduced and suggested as a new way of urban planning method to overcome some limitations of comprehensive urban planning practices. Third, scenario development techniques, planning processes and methods in the urban planning context are described in detail through the reviews of various studies and relevant literature. Some considerations as pre-conditions of urban planning applications are also suggested. Fourth, five oversea cases of scenario urban planning works and processes are introduced and explained in detail in the different planning fields: The Brentswood rezoning case in Virginia. Gateway Blueprint (land use) planning in St. Louis, ``Go To 2040`` plan of Chicago Metropolitan Planning Agency, ``Vision 2040`` growth management plan of the Puget Sound Regional Council in Washington, and SCAG Growth Vision of Southern California Association of Governments. Finally, this study seeks to find a possibility of applications of scenario planning in the context of two cases of urban planning practices in Seoul. Applicabilities to the spatial structure plan in 2030 Seoul Master Plan and downtown development plan of Seoul are described and evaluated through scenario planning methods. Also, major considerations for the application of scenario planning methods in the context of urban planning practices in Seoul are suggested as concluding notes for the planning profession.

The implementation of subsea separation and liquid boosting is becoming a common development scheme for the exploration of deep water fields. Subsea separation system should reliable. To ensure successful operation in a wide range of 3-phase flow regime, without need for developments. A subsea separator can avoid or simplifying costly surface platforms of floating vessels, as well as being an efficient tool to enhance hydrocarbon production. One solution of interest is the separation and re-injection of water at the seabed to avoid bringing the water up to the surface facility. In this study, multiphase flow characteristics inside in-line type subsea separation system are investigated for the design of subsea separation system.
