Purpose – The study attempted to present the direction of local tourist destination marketers by emphasizing the importance of attractiveness and image for tourist destination. This study is to investigate the effect of attractiveness and image of tourist destination on behavioral intentions. Design, data, and methodology –To perform this study, Total 210 questionnaire were distributed to people who had experienced domestic travel dated from April 5th to July 16th. Excluding unworkable data, usable 174 responses were obtained for empirical analysis. Result –The main consequences are as following: (1) the attractiveness of tourist destination had a significant effect on the positive emotion. (2) the image of tourist destination did not have a statistically significant effect on positive emotion. (3) the attractiveness of tourist destination had a significant effect on perceived value. (4) the image of tourist destination had a significant effect on perceived value. (5) the positive emotion of tourist has a statistically significant effect on the perceived value. (6) the positive emotion and perceived value of tourist have a significant effect on the behavioral intention. Conclusions – The results show that in order to increase the formation of positive emotion and perceived values, it is important to intensively manage the attractiveness and image factors perceived as important to provide reliable information to tourists.
Application of a GEANT4 Simulation to a ^60Co Therapy Unit

A simulation of a ^(60)Co radiotherapy unit is performed with GEANT4 for different beam field sizes. The simulations were done in two steps. First, the energy spectra of the photons at the surface of water phantom were calculated. Then, the dose distributions inside the phantom were calculated as a second step. We used three different electromagnetic models supported by GEANT4 and found that all three different models produced good results in agreement with experimental data. The photon energy distributions calculated by GEANT4 agreed well with those obtained by using other Monte Carlo codes, EGS and MCNP. The dose distributions inside the phantom calculated by using the three different electromagnetic models agreed with the published data within 0.35% for five different field sizes.
Direct Internal Fixation for Unstable Atlas Fractures

Purpose: To investigate the radiologic and clinical outcomes of direct internal fixation for unstable atlas fractures. Materials and Methods: This retrospective study included 12 patients with unstable atlas fractures surgically treated using C1 lateralmass screws, rods, and transverse connector constructs. Nine lateral mass fractures with transverse atlantal ligament (TAL)avulsion injury and three 4-part fractures with TAL injury (two avulsion injuries, one TAL substance tear) were treated. Radiologicoutcomes included the anterior atlantodental interval (AADI) in flexion and extension cervical spine lateral radiographs at 6months and 1 year after treatment. CT was also performed to visualize bony healing of the atlas at 6 months and 1 year. Visual AnalogScale (VAS) scores for neck pain, Neck Disability Index (NDI) values, and cervical range of motion (flexion, extension, androtation) were recorded at 6 months after surgery. Results: The mean postoperative extension and flexion AADIs were 3.79±1.56 (mean±SD) and 3.13±1.01 mm, respectively. Thenmean AADI was 3.42±1.34 and 3.33±1.24 mm at 6 months and 1 year after surgery, respectively. At 1 year after surgery, 11 patientsshowed bony healing of the atlas on CT images. Only one patient underwent revision surgery 8 months after primary surgery dueto nonunion and instability findings. The mean VAS score for neck pain was 0.92±0.99, and the mean NDI value was 8.08±5.70. Conclusion: C1 motion-preserving direct internal fixation technique results in good reduction and stabilization of unstable atlasfractures. This technique allows for the preservation of craniocervical and atlantoaxial motion.
