연구목적: 치과공포는 주로 과거의 부정적인 치과 치료 경험에 기인하여 치과 방문 시 중재되지 않은 불안과 두려움의 감정을 의미하며, 성인에서는 치과치료의 필요함을 인식함에도 불구하고 진료회피로 이어져 구강건강의 악화를 야기할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 일부 성인을 대상으로 치과공포 및 불안 수준을 측정하고, 그와 관련된 요인 및 이에 영향을 미치는 원인에 대해 파악하고자 수행되었다. 연구방법: Kleinknecht's의 치과 공포 척도(Dental Fear Survey scale)를 이용하였고, SPSS 21 프로그램(IBM SPSS Statistics 21)을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과: 치과공포도가 높을수록 "치과병원 문을 열고 들어설 때 두려움"가 가장 높게 나타났으며, "치과의자에 낮아 치료를 기다릴 때 두려움", "치과의사를 쳐다볼 때 두려움", "치과기구가 돌아가는 소리가 들릴 때 두려움", "치과 진료실에서 병원 냄새가 날 때 두려움" 순으로 나타났다. 고안: 치과의사와 치과위생사는 환자가 느끼는 공포와 두려움을 이해하여 체계적인 의료서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 치과 불안에 대한 여러가지 중재법을 모색할 수 있어야 한다. Objective: Dental fear is a feeling of anxiety and fear without intervention during a dental visit, mainly due to past negative dental treatment experiences, and in adults, despite the recognition of the need for dental treatment, it can lead to avoidance of dental treatment, which may cause deterioration of oral health. Therefore, this study was conducted to measure dental fear and anxiety level in some adults, and to identify related factors and their causes. Methods: This study used Kleinknecht's Dental Fear Survey scale and the SPSS 21 program (IBM SPSS Statistics 21) was used for analysis. Result: When the dental fear was the higher, the "access to the dental clinic" was found to be the highest, followed by "sitting in dental unit chair" and "smell of dental clinic" in that order. Conclusions: Dentists and dental hygienists should be able to understand the fear, anxiety, and concerns of the dentist office and to find various ways to provide systematic medical services.

Dorsal root ganglion(DRG) cells are primary sensory neurons which contain some biologically active neuropeptides which play a role as neurotransmitters or neuromodulators. This study was performed to observe normal distribution of calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) and substance P (SP) immunoreactive cells and colocalization of CGRP and SP in a single DRG cell of the lumbar DRGs($L_1{\sim}L_6$) in the Wistar Kyoto(WKY) rat by immunohistochemistry. About 55.8% of DRG cells contained CGRP-immunoreactivity, while about 12.7% of DRG cells showed SP-immunoreactivity. There was no significant difference in percentage of each neuropeptied-immunoreactive cells between each neuropeptide-immunoreactive cells between each levels of DRGs ($L_1{\sim}L_6$) (p>0.01). In size distribution, CGRP-immunoreactive cells were identified below $1,500{\mu}m^2$; SP-immunoreactive cells below $600{\mu}m^2$. In serial sections, about 86.7% of the SP immunoreactive cells contained CGRP immunoreactivity.
소구경화기 총열의 크롬도금 손실방지를 위한 질화 영향 사례연구

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to research to protect to loss of chrome-plating of small arms barrel on high temperature in order to extend its life expectency. Methods: The reason why chrome-plating dropped out is main material is weak from heat. Therfore, to make barrel of small arms have higher heat-resistant property, nitriding for barrel before chrome-plating is needed and test of that barrel was handled to improve it. Results: Nitriding before chrome-plating is useful to protect to chrome-plating loss on high temperature. Conclusion: To protect loss of chome-plating of small arms barrel during on firing, pre-nitriding on barrel is effective finally it leads to extend to barrel’s life expectency.

As a result, the basic data for dental panoramic photography and its investigation and obtain a measure of the dose is needed. ALOKA PDM-117 dosimeter using a two-dimensional plane through experiments to evaluate the distribution of the dose, the patient's radiation dose to propose methods for the reduction. 최근 치아건강에 대한 관심이 커지며 진단을 위한 치아 방사선 검사의 횟수가 증가하고, 방사선 피폭에 대한 관심도 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 치아 방사선 검사에서 그 횟수가 점점 증가하고 있는 치과 파노라마 촬영장치에 대한 기본 데이터 확보와 이에 대한 조사 및 선량의 측정이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 ALOKA PDM-117 dosimeter를 이용하여 바텍제품(VATEC Pax-400)의 치과파노라마에서 발생되는 X-ray의 선량분포를 실험을 통해 2차원적인 평면 선량분포도를 측정하고 그 분포에 대한 평가를 환자의 방사선피폭 차원에서 확인하고, 환자의 피폭선량 감소를 위한 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

This study is based upon one assumption that the connection marketing is the key factor in achieving increase of brand equity and membership``s value of integrated resort. This study is also assumed that the core factor of processing the marketing is service quality, and analysis of service quality``s importance is referring to brand equity and value of membership. The purpose of this Study is to understand how and what kinds of service quality impact brand, and to analyze how brand equity influences on value of membership in order to apply the results of this study to the management level of individual companies. The model was tested through a factor analysis and regression analysis using SPSS 18.0 on 202 respondents, who own membership of integrated resort. The results indicated that service quality of integrated resort is positively correlated to brand equity consisted of brand awareness and brand image. And the brand equity of integrated resort is positively effect on value of membership. Finally, implication for executives and managers of integrated resort are discussed.
