이동 Ad Hoc 네트워크에서 플러딩(flooding)은 제어 및 데이터 패킷을 브로드캐스팅하기 위해 주로 사용되고 있지만, 노드들간의 공유된 무선 채널 사용 및 무선 전송영역의 중첩으로 인하여 플러딩 수행 시에 발생되는 자원 경쟁, 패킷 충돌 및 패킷 중복 수신현상은 네트워크의 성능을 저하시키는 요인이 되고 있다. 본 고에서는 이동 Ad Hoc 네트워크에서 패킷 플러딩 수행 시에 발생되는 문제점을 기술하고 이를 해결하기 위해 제안된 다양한 플러딩 기법들을 소개한다.

관심영역을 이용한 DCT기반 워터마킹 기법

영상에서 관심영역을 추출하여 그 부분에만 워터마크 정보를 넣는다. 관심영역은 영상의 복잡도플 나타내는 방법중의 하나인 PIM(picture information measure)을 변형하여 사용한다 이렇게 추출된 영역에 대하여 DCT(discrete cosine transform)를 이용하여 주파수 공간으로 신호를 변형시킨 후, DCT 계수 값들의 성질인 방향성 정보와 주파수 특성을 이용해 워터마크 정보를 넣는다 기존에 제안된 방법의 단점은 영상의 특징을 사용하지 않고 영상의 전 부분에 걸쳐 워터마크 정보를 넣었기 때문에 영상의 왜곡이 심하다 세안된 방법은 영상의 특징을 이용하기 때문에 영상의 왜곡을 줄일 수 있었다 그리고 영상의 재표본화(resampling), 잡음과 같은 신호처리에 의한 변화에도 강인함을 보여준다 또한 블록에 기반 하여 워터마크를 집어넣기 때문에 JPEG이나 MPEG과 같은 영상의 압축에도 강인한 성질을 갖는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다 The proposed method inserts a watermark information not mto a whole Image region but only into regions of interest(ROIs) To extract the ROIs, we divide an original Image into sub-blocks and use modified Shi-Kuo Chang's PIM(picture information measure) as the criteria to select the ROIs Considering the directional information and frequency bands, we insert the watermark information into sub-blocks m the DCT domain. The proposed method can reduce the distortion in comparison With the other methods which utilize the whole Image as an nor The proposed method makes much less damaged Images m comparison to the other methods And those Images processed by the proposed algorithm are more robust to the changes caused by signal processing operations such as resampling, clipping. noise, and so on Also due to the block-based watermark insertion, the proposed method has the robustness to the Image compression processes such as JPEG and MPEG.

본 문서는 Ad-hoc 네트워크가 인터넷과 연동되는 환경에서 Mobile IP 기능을 지원하기 위한 기술에 대한 연구 동향을 분석한다. Mobile IP는 이동 노드와 Foreign Agent(FA) 간에 링크 레벨의 연결이 존재하는 네트워크 환경에서 동작하지만, Ad-hoc 네트워크의 경우 노드간에 멀티 홉 라우팅에 의한 통신 방법을 기본적으로 사용하고 있고, 노드의 자유로운 이동으로 인하여 이동 노드에서 FA로의 루트가 수시로 변경되는 특성을 가지고 있기 때문에 Ad-hoc 네트워크에서 Mobile IP를 지원하는 데에는 여러 가지 문제점이 따른다.

파킨슨 환자의 활동 개선을 위한 PNF 개념을 이용한 물리치료 사례보고

Purpose: Patients with Parkinson's disease suffer many restrictions in daily life. This case report investigated how intervention with proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF)-based physical therapy can affect the activities of Parkinson's patients. Methods: The subject was a 67-year-old female patient diagnosed with Parkinson's disease 3 years ago. Since the last five months, overall activities have become difficult for her, and she finally visited a hospital to take outpatient physical therapy because of the gait difficulties she suffered. The patient's medical history, system review, body structure and function, and activities were evaluated. The patient had difficulties in activities such as lying down, sitting, standing, maintaining a standing position, and walking. The PNF-based intervention was used for treating the impairments and improving the activities. The intervention was performed for 30 min a day, three times a week, for eight weeks. The qualifier of the international classification of functioning, disability, and health was used to measure the result, and the measurement was conducted before and after the intervention for eight weeks. Results: According to the result, the scores for maintaining a standing position, moving around within the home, and going to the toilet improved to "no problem" from "moderate problem." The scores for shifting the body's center of gravity, walking short distances, and washing oneself improved from "moderate problem" to "mild problem." The scores for sitting and standing improved to "no problem" and "mild problem" from "complete problem." The scores for preparing meals and doing housework improved from "severe problems" to "mild problem" or "moderate problem." The scores for walking long distances, moving around outside the home and other buildings, and using transportation did not show significant changes. Conclusion: Intervention with PNF-based physical therapy improved the activity of patients with Parkinson's disease, thus proving its effectiveness. The case report suggested that a therapist can use PNF as a physical therapy intervention for patients with Parkinson's who suffered restrictions in daily activities.

뇌졸중 환자를 위한 물리치료 강도

Purpose : This paper reviews intensity of physical therapy for stroke. Methods : This is literature study with Pubmed, EBSCO, ProQuest, EMBASE and CINAHL. Results : There were 20 studies that reviewed effects of increased intensity of physical therapy after stroke involving time post-stroke, elements of physical therapy, duration of physical therapy, methods of physical therapy. Ten of the eleven studies, involving time post-stroke, demonstrated significant improvement. Seventeen studies involving upper extremity, lower extremity and mobility demonstrated significant improvement. Five studies involving increased duration of physical therapy demonstrated significant improvement. Studies involving methods of physical therapy showed that mix of different methods is more effective than single method. Conclusion : Increased intensity of physical therapy improve functional recovery.

고유수용성신경근촉진법의 안정적 반전과 율동적 안정화 기법이 정상 성인 여성의 정적 균형에 미치는 영향

Purpose: The current study seeks to examine the effects of stabilizing reversal(SR) and rhythmic stabilization(RS) in proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) techniques on static balance in normal female adults. Methods: Subjects included 20 healthy women in their 20s. They were randomly divided into SR and RS groups. To assess static balance before and after PNF intervention, the good balance system was used to measure the interior and exterior center of pressure (COP) movement distance, front and rear COP movement distance before and after the intervention, and velocity moment. Results: Interior and exterior COP movement distance, front and rear COP movement distance, and velocity moment decreased in the SR group, but no statistically significant differences were observed. In the RS group, the interior and exterior COP movement distance declined without any significant difference, while the front and rear COP movement distance and velocity moment significantly decreased. The interior and exterior COP movement distance, front and rear COP movement distance, and velocity moment declined more in the RS group than in the SR group. Conclusion: The findings of the current study indicate that the RS technique is more effective than the SR technique for improving the balance ability of healthy female adults. The results of this study can thus be utilized in the selection of effective interventions for improving the balance ability of healthy female adults.

프랜차이즈 에스테틱 브랜드의 디자인 시스템 개발 - 얼짱몸짱 스파(보헤미스파)를 중심으로 -

최근 주5일제로 인한 여가시간의 확대와 자기 관리에 대한 관심이 증대되면서 에스테틱 샵을 찾는 소비자들이 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 처음 에스테틱 샵의 형태로 등장한 것은 일반인의 접근이 쉽지 않은 고가형이 대부분이었다. 고가형의 에스테틱 샵은 IMF 등을 겪으며 큰 중심을 잃게 되었으며, 이로 인해 중저가형을 내세운 에스테틱 샵 프랜차이즈가 부상하기 시작했다. 최근에는 소비자들이 프랜차이즈 형태의 체계화된 관리에 대한 선호가 높은데다 창업 시장에 대형 업체들까지 진출하면서 시장 자체가 점점 조직화, 기업화 되고 있다. 에스테틱 업계는 프랜차이즈의 급성장, 대형 해외 브랜드의 유통사 변경과 소셜 커머스(Social Commerce) 등장으로 인한 홍보 루트의 다각화, 메디컬 에스테틱의 꾸준한 진보 등 많은 발전을 이루고 있다. 이제 프랜차이즈 에스테틱 브랜드는 대중화를 넘어 스파(Spa)를 접목한 프리미엄화를 추구하는 등 새로운 도약기를 맞고 있다. 마케팅 전략이 다양해지면서 프랜차이즈 기업들은 소비자의 요구에 부응하려 노력하고 있다. 프랜차이즈 기업들의 성공으로 현재 많은 에스테틱 브랜드가 생겨나고 있지만, 주 타켓인 젊은 고객층과 중저가 프로그램만으로는 차별성이 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구는 중소기업청에서 선정한 우수프랜차이즈 브랜드인 (주)뷰티플얼짱몸짱클럽의 스파브랜드를 바탕으로 국내 에스테틱의 새로운 트렌드가 되기 위한 브랜드 시스템 개발에 관한 연구이다. 주 타켓을 30-50대에 맞추어 새로운 시장진출과 브랜드 인지도를 확립할 수 있는 고급스러운 고가의 브랜드를 개발하고자 하였다. 선행연구, 문헌자료, 웹진 등의 자료를 토대로 이론적 체계를 갖추었으며, 경쟁사와의 비교를 통해 유사점 및 차별점을 분석하였다. 예비조사로 브랜드 방향 도출 및 컨셉을 설정하였고, 디자인 시안작업을 진행하였다. 본 조사를 통해 리커트척도법 및 유의확률로 가설을 검증하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 스파형식의 에스테틱 브랜드를 연상하는 이미지로 고급스러움, 곡선미, 깔끔한 느낌을 주는 블루, 골드컬러가 적용된 로고타입이 높은 점수의 선호도를 나타냈다. 둘째, 에스테틱 샵의 이용 빈도가 높은 소비자일수록 브랜드에 대한 중요도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 독자적인 브랜드개발을 위해서는 철저한 브랜드 아이덴티티의 구성 및 관리, 컨셉의 확립과 각 요소 간의 융합이 시너지효과를 창출할 수 있다고 볼 수 있다. 에스테틱 브랜드의 차별화된 디자인 시스템 개발을 통해 다양한 고객층 확보 및 신뢰감 있는 브랜드 파워 형성, 효율적인 마케팅 효과 등 시장 경쟁력 확보에 기여할 수 있기를 기대해본다. As the recent introduction of the five-day work, the number of consumers visiting aesthetic shops has been increased with the expansion of leisure time and the growing interest in self-management. The initial type of most aesthetic shops was the high-price type which cannot be easily accessed by the public. Such high-price typed aesthetic shops lost their foundation due to financial hardship, such as IMF crisis in Korea, and instead aesthetic franchise businesses providing middle priced services have been emerged. Recently, consumers prefer more systematic management of franchise type and large-scale businesses have been entering the start-up market, which makes the market more systematic and commercialized. Aesthetic industry has been constantly developed because of rapid growth of franchise business, transformation of large international brands into distributors, diversification of advertising routes due to emergence of social commerce, and constant advance of medical aesthetic. Now, franchised aesthetic brands have experienced new take-off stage through the promotion of premium-class service integrated with spa service beyond popularization of brands. With the diversification of marketing strategy, many franchise businesses are making efforts to cope with the demand of customers. Many aesthetic brands have been created due to the success of franchise businesses, but it is considered that it is difficult to provide a differentiated service if only focusing on young customers and middle-priced programs. This study examined the development of brand system for new trend of domestic aesthetic business, based on the spa brand of BeauPeopleClub, a good franchise brand selected by the Small & Medium Business Administration. This study intended to develop a luxurious, expensive brand, which can promote the entry to a new market and establish the level of brand recognition, targeting the thirties through the fifties. It established its theoretical structure, based on the examination of the precedent studies, literatures, webzine, and other materials, and analyzed similarity and difference through the comparison with other competitors. As a preliminary research, it derived brand direction sand concepts and also conducted the design draft. Also, it verified the validity of hypothesis with Likert Scale and significance percentage through this research. As a result of the analysis, it was found as follows; first, the logo types containing blue or gold color which conveys exclusivity, beauty of curve and neat feeling are preferred as the image reminding spa-typed aesthetic brands: second, for the customers with high frequency of using aesthetic shops, a brand image is considered as important. That is, it can be said that only thorough organization and management of brand identity, establishment of concepts and convergence of each element can create a synergy effect for the development of unique and original brand. Development of differential design system for aesthetic brands will contribute to the securing of market competitiveness, such as the securing of various classes of customers, the formation of reliable brand power, efficient marketing effect, etc.

엔트로피 기반 영역 분리방법을 이용한 효과적인 워터마킹
