Landscape elements of historical and cultural value and elements that have negative impact on landscape due to reckless development teem in rural area. Due to this, local government has established a visual landscape plan. The purpose of this study is to analyze the process and content of domestic rural landscape planning process and to suggest improvements for it. For that, this study measure guideline of Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs against guideline of Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. To analyze the landscape planning guideline of australia which is similar to domestic rural landscape planning process, and to compare both guidelines. The results of this study are as follow. The stage of landscape resource survey and assessment progressed systematically, but it was not practical because for the lack of survey and assessment method. Therefore, it should be suggested for the survey and assessment technique. The rural landscape plan, established in master planning stage, do not necessarily reflect local government’s landscape management on the ground of abstract technic of landscape management. For this sake, to develop evaluation method for development of landscape element seems necessary.

To execute program efficiently under the parallel processing environment by multiprocessor it should be presented by the form of suitable parallel processing. If it can execute two more operations through off Von-Neumann's way that can accomplish only one operation by one moment, we can get the high-speed of program execution. Parallelism that can possible parallel process among the statement drown up with most Sequential consist, this parallelism is used in multiprocessor system. The increasing concept of program execution speed can be get by may form the parallel execution of logical independence instruction. In this paper is the way of represent exchange sequential program into parallel. This way is converted easiness from to detect parallelism, after composing exchange each segment into partial ordering with program analysis, in search for part cutting flow of data with analysis to the segment possible independence processing, And accoeding to the cheked number of parallel segment, by turning on the cross-bar switches between processor and memory, it received each one processor and by exchanging it into the suitable form for being performed it made the parallelism of multiprocessor. To understand the correcture of changed parallel form, Ichecked the efficency comparing the exetime On the single processor and multiprocessor by running a simple simulation.

This paper presents a problem of task allocation in distributed processing system that is defined as any configuration of two or more processors, each with individual memory, in which computations utilize the combined resources of the component machines. Distributed system is satisfied minimum interprocessor communication cost, load balancing of each processor, all engineering application requirements for a efficient system. A cost function is formulated to measure the interprocessor communication and processing cost. We consider the cost function and investigate the problem of achieving optimal allocations with respect to each of these functions. In particular, this thesis obtained newly optimal allocation algorithm by utilize petri net system model in base of task allocation method of the fast in distributed system. This method can represent allocation constraints, reach easily optimal allocation, too.

On the distributed computer network, it is easy to access from the outside or the inside. In communicating a sensitive data on this communication network, the data is possible to be attacked. In the d istributed controlling system this event can be protected by using the property that nodes are charge of control. To implement the algorithm suggested in this paper, the data generated by DAF (Dispersal Algonithrn using the FFT algorithm) algorithm is used. As the method to set up the path secretly, it is proposed that the algorithm choose perfect intermediate node to avoid fault-link, Therefore, this method can be evaluated to be more reliable than the conventional method. Also, to analyze the traffic, during the transmission of the data to the above generated intermediate nodes, the function which consists of the seperated path is used and applied to the algorithm for a dynamic security

This thesis also describes an interactive software tool named Model-Box, Which supports the construction and analysis of requirements models via textual and graphical representations. Model-Box allows users to define appropriate new models for the aspects they want to describe, without restriction to a single modeling methodology.

The number of loads standing by in each node can be different in the homogeneous type of distributed system. Some nodes have too many loads, while the others have few and so the waiting their own sources can occur. This paper in this case aims that in other to make the best use of sources through the equal distribution of loads between nodes load-balancing is made by using the optimum load-balancing algorithm and that high communication costs which are the hadicaps of dynamic algorithm are reduced to the minimum. Also, this. paper defines the matters to be considered in the design of algorithm, and analyzed and estimated the most suitable load-balancing algorithm through the implementation.
