This study presents the comparative analysis of data mining performance for the prediction of stock price index using neural networks and support vector machine. The prediction of stock price index was performed on the basis of technical analysis using technical indicators which is able to find the change of the present and future prices in the market. Neural networks have a few problems such as the lack of explanation and over-fitting although their outstanding performance in the financial prediction area. On the other side, SVM is capable of generalizing the model because it can be explained mathematically and minimize the structured risk.<br/> In this study, we predicted the stock price index using neural networks and SVM and compared their performance with the prediction performance of discriminant analysis and logit, called statistical techniques. For the comparison of performance among each models, KOSPI 200 and S&P 500 index are utilized to experiments and the results are tested statistically. In addition, we analyzed the experimental results considering the characteristics of data in Korea and US.

활동지원사를 위한 슈퍼비전 체계 마련 연구 - 서울 **구 S장애인종합복지관 활동보조 사례를 중심으로 -

본 연구는 활동지원사의 역량강화를 위한 슈퍼비전의 체계를 구조화하고 활동지원사에게 적용함으로써 마련된 체계의 효과와 한계를 밝히는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 사회복지영역에서 사용되는 슈퍼비전 체계를 S장애인종합복지관 중심으로 분석하고 준비, 계획수립, 실행, 평가 단계를 거쳐 활동지원사 슈퍼비전 체계를 마련하였다. 집중 - 개별 - 소집단 - 대집단으로 마련된 슈퍼비전 체계는 현재 재직중인 활동지원사들에게 적용되었다. 집중 슈퍼비전은 슈퍼바이저가 슈퍼바이지의 삶의 과정과 직업의 의미 등을 이해하고 슈퍼바이지와 관계 맺기를 목적으로 한다. 개별 슈퍼비전은 슈퍼바이저가 슈퍼바이지의 서비스 지원 과정에 개입하여 그에 대한 피드백과 접근 방식을 함께 논의하는데 있다. 소집단 슈퍼비전의 목적은 슈퍼바이저와 슈퍼바이지의 신뢰 형성과 슈퍼바이지의 어려움을 경청하고 공감하는데 있다. 대집단 슈퍼비전은 슈퍼바이지가 사회복지 가치를 이해하고 공동의 서비스 목적을 공유토록 하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 실제 적용과정에서 활동지원사들이 활동지원사로 이루고자 하는 욕구를 확인할 수 있었고 그들이 고민하는 것들 이해할 수 있게 되었다. 그리고 장애인의 개별적인 환경과 특성에 맞춘 개입 방향을 슈퍼바이저와 슈퍼바이지가 함께 계획할 수 있었다. 마지막으로 활동보조가 왜 필요한지 함께 공유함으로써 가치에 기반 한 서비스 수행에 대해 고민해볼 수 있었다는데 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to set up an adequate supervision system for the strengthening of personal assistants for the disabled(PDA)’s abilities and determine the effects and limits of the system. The supervision system for the PAD has been build up through several steps (preparation → planning → implementation → evaluation, feedback) based on the existing supervision system for social workers which is widely used in social service field, especially using the example of Seobu Welfare Center for Persons with Disabilities. The supervision system has been provided to PAD in active service as four different types. First, the focused supervision is to build relationship between a supervisor and a supervisee, and to help the supervisor understand more the life of supervisee. Secondly, the individual supervision is supervisors’ intervention against individual case. Through the supervision, supervisees get feedback or information concerning work skills from supervisors. Third, the purpose of the small group supervision is to listen carefully to supervisees and empathize with them, and to build up mutual trust in partnership. Fourth, the large group supervision is to share the values of the social welfare with supervisees and to make them understand the common goal of PAS(Personal Assistance Service) for eventually improving quality of life of the disabled. As a result, by applying the supervision system, supervisors discovered supervisees’ needs, challenges, and difficulties as a worker of care service. And also supervisors and supervisees could make plans together about the support direction according to individual properties and environment of the disabled. In short, this study is meaningful in that it emphasized the necessity of PAS and the importance of value based service.
