국내 모바일 지급결제 서비스에 대한 역사적 고찰 및 시사점

일반적으로 지급결제란 경제주체들이 경제활동에 따른 채권채무관계를 지급수단을 이용하여 해소하는 행위로 정의된다. 지급결제 방식은 통화를 사용하는 방식으로부터 신용카드 결제 및 계좌 이체와 같은 가상 거래의 방식으로 진화되었다. 특히 근래에 들어서는 스마트폰의 확산에 따라 모바일 지급결제와 같은 방식으로 발전되기에 이르렀다. 그러나 당초 기대와 달리 현재까지 모바일 지급결제 서비스가 충분히 확산되지 못하고 있으며, 일부 서비스의 경우 소비자의 욕구를 충족시키지 못한 채 시장에서 소멸되는 현상을 겪기도 하였다. 본 연구는 그동안 국내에 등장하였던 모바일 지급결제 서비스를 대상으로 한 역사적 고찰을 통해 관련 서비스의 현황을 분석하여 시사점을 제시함으로써 모바일 지급결제 서비스의 활성화에 기여하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 사용된 모바일 지급결제 서비스의 유형은 휴대폰 소액결제, 모바일 신용카드, 모바일 뱅킹, 모바일 지갑 등과 같은 서비스 모델 등이다. 모바일 지급결제 서비스에 대한 현황 분석은 각 서비스의 이용 주체인 사용자를 중심으로 하되 사용자 이외에도 금융권, 이동통신사, 단말기 제조사, 모바일 서비스업자, 가맹점 등의 이해관계자와 함께 정부의 입장도 고려하였다. 본 연구는 모바일 지급결제 서비스를 제공하는 국내 업체들이 대내외 경쟁력을 갖추기 위해 고려할 사항이 무엇인가에 대한 논의의 일환으로 시도되었다. 이러한 점에서 본 연구는 국내 모바일 지급결제 서비스 산업의 활성화 및 발전에 기여할 것으로 기대한다 Along with the widespread of smartphones, firms have agonized over ways to make transactions easier for consumers. These approaches have been attempted from several different angles, as well as by various industries, subsequently leading to the high diversity of mobile payment types provided to consumers. However, unlike the firms expected, mobile payment has not yet widespread enough, and despite their efforts and investments, numerous services have failed due to a lack of consumer endorsement. This thesis aims to historically retrace the mobile payment services that have been attempted domestically, as well as to study the problems the failed services had and the factors the moderately successful services had to be selected. As a frame to view the matter, service models such as mobile micropayments, mobile credit cards, mobile banking, and mobile wallets have been used for distinction, and the positions of each service and their related entities, which are the user, the finance industry, mobile carriers, cell phone manufacturers, mobile service providers, retailers, and government, have all been taken into consideration in the examination. 신채호 시에 대한 연구는 드물다. 또한 기존 연구들은 그의 사상적 맥락에 대한 주석으로 시를 해석하거나 계열화하는 데 그쳤다. 이 논문은 외재적 특질로 내재적 특질을 포괄하는 방식을 탈피하여 반대로 내재적 특질을 축출하고 분석함으로써 시적 의미가 형성되는 과정을 살피고자 한다. 이를 위해 신채호 시의 구조화 방식으로 사용된 비유 체계에 주목하여 시적 발화 양상을 고찰함으로써 시적 주체가 지향하는 바를 추적하였다. 신채호는 주체를 자연물과 동일시하는 방법을 통해 시를 의미화한다. 우선 그는 '자연물 들기'라는 은유적 구성을 통해 자연물과 시적 주체의 간접적인 동일시를 이룸으로써 시적 주체의 각성을 견인하고자 한다. 이는 자연물의 주체화라고 명명할 수 있는데 이 과정에서는 글쓰기 행위에 대한 반성이 반영되기도 한다. 또한 그는 '자연물 되기'라는 상징적 구성을 통해 자연물과 시적 주체의 직접적인 동일시를 성립시킴으로써 시적 주체의 실천을 종용하고자 한다. 이는 주체의 자연물화라고 명명할 수 있는데 이 과정에서는 순결한 희생을 통해 실천을 추동하는 제의적 경향이 나타나기도 한다. 이러한 분석은 신채호의 사상적 전개가 민족주의에서 무정부주의에 이르기까지 급격하게 선회되는 과정으로만 해석되지 않는다는 것을 보여준다. 자연물은 어떤 조직적 지도체계에 의해 작동되지 않고 자연물 간의 상호영향이 자연스럽게 구축하는 자존적 질서에 의해 움직이는 것이다. 그것은 세계의 갱신이 구성원 개별 주체 각각의 각성과 실천에 의해 이루어질 수밖에 없다는 시적 전언과 맞물려 그의 사상적 경향이 보다 다양한 회로 속에서 전개되었음을 유추하게 한다. There are few research on the poems of Shin Chaeho. If there are, researchers just interpret or categorize his poems as an explanation for his ideological background. This paper does not adopt the method by which extrinsic characteristics embraces intrinsic ones. Instead, I am going to review the procedure how poetic connotations are developed in his poems by extracting analyzing intrinsic characteristics in his poems. For that purpose, I traced the orientation of poetic subject by reviewing how a poem is inspired in him, paying attention to metaphoric structure he used in his poems as a method of structuralization. Shin signifies his poems by identifying subject with natural objects. First, he tries to let poetic subject awakened by identifying natural objects with poetic subject indirectly through metaphoric structuralization called 'putting up natural objects'. It could be named as 'making natural objects subject', during which introspection for writing is reflected. In addition, he tries to coax practice of poetic subject by identifying natural objects with poetic subject directly through symbolic structuralization called 'becoming natural objects'. It can be named as 'becoming natural objects of subjects', during which ritual inclination tends to appear which draws practice through pure sacrifice. Such analysis shows that Shin's ideological development is not just interpreted as a procedure in which it is radically turned from nationalism to anarchism. Natural object doesn't work according to certain systemic leadership, but moves according to self-existential order in which coeffect between natural objects is constructed naturally. It makes us infer that Shin's thought was developed in more diversified circuit connected with poetic message that renewal of the world cannot but happen according to the enlightenment and practice of individual subject of members.

기존 위상천이 풀 브리지 컨버터의 경우 구조가 간단하고, 모든 스위치의 영전압 스위칭 동작이 가능하기 때문에 고전압/대전력용으로 널리 사용되고 있다. 그러나 위상천이 풀 브리지 컨버터의 경우 환류구간동안 입력 에너지가 출력으로 전달되지 못하고 순환하므로 도통손실이 큰 단점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 환류구간이 존재하지 않으며, 출력인덕터 전류리플을 최소화 할 수 있어 대전류 시스템에 매우 적합한 새로운 Double Ended 능동 클램프 풀 브리지 DC/DC 컨버터를 제안한다. 최종적으로 제안된 회로의 정상상태 동작에 관하여 이론적으로 분석하고, Psim 모의실험을 수행하며, 실제로 1.2KW급 서버용 전원장치에 적용하여 타당성을 검증한다.

Identification of Retroviral Vectors Producing High Viral Titer

Retroviral vector provide a highly efficient method for gene transfer into eukaryotic cells. This vector system can be divided into two components; the retroviral vector itself and the retroviral packaging cell line. The key improvement in the design of these two components are focused on two aspects; the reduction of helper virus production and high titer-virus. We used PA317 for retrovirus packaging cell line, for its high producibility of viral titer. To test the ability of the vectors to generate high titer-virus, we have chosen four different retroviral vectors; LN, LNSX, LNCX and LXSN. To test easily the viral titer, we have made recombinant construction with CD4 and CDS, checked their viral titer and stained their surface expression. LXSN which contain SV40 early promoter in front of neo gene showed best results in viral transient transfection assay, dot blot assay and surface expression. In addition, recombinant containing CD8 generally showed much higher viral titration and surface expression than CD4.
