A comprehensive experimental and numerical study has been conducted to understand the influence of $CH_{3}Cl$ addition on $CH_4/O_2/N_2$ premixed flames under the oxygen enrichment. The laminar flame speeds of $CH_4/CH_{3}Cl/O_2/N_2$ premixed flames at room temperature and atmospheric pressure are experimentally measured using Bunsen nozzle flame technique, varying the amount of $CH_{3}Cl$ in the fuel, the equivalence ratio of the unburned mixture, and the level of the oxygen enrichment. The flame speeds predicted by a detailed chemical kinetic mechanism employed are found to be in excellent agreement with those deduced from experiments. Even though the molar amount of $CH_{3}Cl$ in a methane flame is increased, temperature at the postflame is not significantly varied, but the calculated heat release rate and emission index of NO are largely decreased for the oxygen enhanced flame. The function of $CH_{3}Cl$ as inhibitor on hydrocarbon flames becomes weakened as the level of the oxygen enrichment is increased from 0.21 to 0.5.

포스트 코로나 시대 외식산업 온라인 플랫폼 공정화를 위한 입법의 필요성 연구 : 공정거래위원회 입법안을 중심으로

본 연구는 코로나 사태로 인하여 ‘비대면 언택트(Untact)’거래가 폭발적으로 증가하면서 입점업체와 소비자를 중개하는 배달앱, 오픈마켓 등 외식산업 온라인 플랫폼 기업들 간 나타난 문제점을 규제하기 위한 방안에 대해서 살펴보고자 하였다. 지난해 4월 국내 1위 배달앱 ‘배달의 민족’이 수수료 인상을 발표하면서 이 문제를 계기로 정부와 국회에서도 온라인플랫폼 기업의 독과점 횡포와 점주들에 대한 보호 대책 등을 위한 법안의 필요성이 제기되었다. 이에 따라 정부는 지난 1월 공정거래위원회 주도로「온라인 플랫폼 중개거래의 공정화에 관한 법률안」을 국회에 상정하였다. 앞으로 법 제정을 통해 반경쟁적 행위 등으로 시장 지배적 지위를 남용하지 못하도록 플랫폼 기업을 규제하여 외식산업 분야 플랫폼 비즈니스가 건전하게 발전하고 성장할 수 있기를 기대한다. This study tried to examine the measures to regulate the problems that appeared between restaurant industry online platform companies such as delivery apps that intermediary stores and consumers as non-face-to-face transactions increase explosively due to the corona crisis. In April of last year, when the nation s No. 1 delivery app Baedal Minjok announced a fee increase, the government and the National Assembly also raised the need for a bill to protect against the monopoly and tyranny of online platform companies and store owners. Accordingly, in January, the government presented the 「Act on the Fairness of Online Platform Brokerage Transactions」 to the National Assembly led by the Fair Trade Commission. In the future, it is hoped that the platform business in the food service industry will develop and grow soundly by regulating platform companies to prevent abuse of their dominant position in the market through anti-competitive acts, etc.

오늘날 전기제품의 사용 중가로 전력소비는 증가하였으나 전기로 인한 화재와 인명사고는 여전히 높은 비율을 차지하고 있다. 특히 소규모 점포가 밀집된 재래시장고가 같은 경우 노후화된 전력설비와 안전관리 자의 부재로 전기안전의 사각지대로 놓여있다. 본 논문에서는 전기재해 예방을 위한 통합 모니터링을 통하여 전기 사고의 위험요소를 사전에 감지하여 능동적으로 대처할 수 있는 IT기술을 접목한 전기안전감시시스템의 개발을 제시하고자 한다.
