본 논문은 프랑스의 역량중심 대학교육 사례를 탐색하는 것이 목적이다. 프랑스 역량기반 교육과정 정책의 사회경제적 배경, 역량의 실제 정의와 대학의 응용과정, 역량기반 교육과정 정책에 대한 수용과 비판의 과정을 살펴볼 것이다. 프랑스의 역량기반 교육과정은 높은 청년실업률, 프랑스 국가 경쟁력 확보를 위한 교육계의 역할에 대한 반성, 4차 산업혁명의 진전에 따른 미래 인재에게 요구되는 교육방법의 변화, 대학입시의 변화에 따른 학생선발의 필요성 등 다양한 요인에서 비롯되었다. 이는 국가 수준의 전공별 역량좌표를 대학에게 제공하고 교육과정의 변화를 견인하고 있다. 그러나 역량기반 교육정책이 대학 현장에 안착되기까지는 다양한 찬성과 비판의 과정이 현재까지도 진행 중이다. 역량에 대한 연구가 역량의 중요성을 전제하고 역량을 정의하고 구성요소를 선정하는 다소 기술적인 측면에 집중되어 있다면, 프랑스의 사례는 역량중심의 교육정책의 수용과 비판을 둘러싼 교육불평등의 문제, 교육과 노동시장의 조응측면에서 교육의 자율성의 문제를 동시에 제기하고 있다는 점에서 그 의미를 찾을 수 있다. 또한 역량중심의 대학교육정책을 도입하는 데 다양한 이해관계자들의 사회적 합의과정과 특히 사회경제계 인사들의 참여는 인재양성에 대한 사회적 책무성을 보여주는 사례라 할 수 있다. This study aims to explore the case studies on competency-based curriculum at college level in France. This article reviews the socio-economic backgrounds, definition of competency and how it is applied in university curriculum, and the process of criticism and acceptance of the educational policy for competency-based curriculum in France. The competency-based curriculum in France began with the high rate of unemployed youth, reflection and practice for increasing the national competitiveness, the needs for changes in teaching methods to foster competent human resource in the 4th industrial revolution, and the new standards for student selection in admission. However, it is still controversial how to settle the competency-based curriculum in college level. The previous research on competency are grounded on the assumption that the competency is important. Also, those kinds of studies mainly focus on how to define competency and choose the competency components. Meanwhile, analyzing French cases is worthy to discuss because it suggests the issue of educational inequality in the process of accepting and criticizing competency-based curriculum. Additionally, the autonomy of education has been discussed from the viewpoint of correspondence in the relation of education and labor market. Exploring case studies on competency-based curriculum in France is also significant to suggest the social accountability in the process of social agreement with the various stakeholder’s participation, specifically the leaderships of society and economy.

AHP 기법을 이용한 비알콜성 지방간에 인진호탕(茵蔯蒿湯) 선택과정 분석

Abstract Objectives: Lately, non alcoholic fatty liver patients are increasing rapidly and the average age of patients are getting younger. Non alcoholic fatty liver often represents asymptomatic and korean pattern diagnosis is difficult to implement without symptoms. This study aimed to analyze interrelationship between non alcoholic fatty liver disease and Injinho-tang. Methods The AHP is a systematic procedure for analyzing the elements of any problem hierarchically. Based on survey of expertise, as series of pairwise comparison judgements is performed to evaluate the various elements in the hierarchy. We are expected to use the AHP analysis that would apply to oriental doctor`s diagnostic process analysis. Results and conclusion Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease induced complex causes of the metabolic syndrome. Injinho-tang has been widely used disease that causes jaundice and liver biliary disease. According to AHP analysis, LFT is the most important facor in choosing Injinho-tang on non alcoholic fatty liver disease. BMI and body composition by bioelectrical impedance analysis are the next important factors. Personal hot temper also gives a big impact on choicing Injinho-tang on non alcoholic fatty liver disease.

The purpose of this study is to give priority in Yin-deficient questionnaire items. if adequate priority is given, clinical judgment and questionnaire of the results is expected to be similar. The AHP is a systematic procedure for analyzing the elements of any problem hierarchically. We are expected to use the AHP analysis that would apply to oriental doctor`s diagnostic process analysis. In this study, korean medical doctors experienced over 5 years was included. Results given the importance to Yin-deficient questionnaire items, Results given the importance to the questionnaire items, the most important item was Irritable fever on the five Hearts, the second was tidal fever.
