        고등학교 여교사의 동료교사와의 관계에 대한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to understand what the essential meaning of high school female teachers by in-depth exploring and analyzing their experiences in relationship with their fellow teachers at school. For this purpose, this study performed interview targeting 10 female teachers in their 30s and 40s in high school in Gyeonggi Province. The analysis of the data was based on van Manen’s hermeneutic phenomenology research method. this study could find out what kind of experience the high school female teachers has in the relationship with the fellow teachers, and what its essential meaning of such experience is in detailed way. Such results of this study provided an opportunity to find out the goals and direction for the view of teaching profession by providing teachers with a subject to talk about how teachers, who should become models to students, should set up fellowship and mutual cooperation in modern society where human alienation phenomenon is accelerating.
