고등학생의 정서인식명확성, 정서표현양가성, 정서강도의 군집에 따른 인지적 유연성 및 스트레스 대처방식의 차이

본 연구는 정서경험의 주요 변인인 정서강도, 정서인식명확성, 정서표현양가성에 따라 어떤 자연발생적인 군집이 형성되는지 알아보고, 각 군집에 따라 인지적 유연성과 스트레스 대처방식에 차이가 있는지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 남녀 고등학생 357 명을 대상으로 한 군집분석 결과 정서경험은 억압집단, 적극집단, 침착집단, 혼란집단 등 4개의 집단으로 구분되었다. 억압집단에서는 정서강도와 명확성이 낮고 양가성은 높게 나타났으며 네 집단 중, 강도와 명확성이 가장 낮았다. 적극집단은 강도와 명확성이 높고 양가성이 낮았으며 네 집단 중, 강도와 명확성이 가장 높고 양가성은 가장 낮았다. 침착집단은 명확성은 높고 강도와 양가성이 낮았으며 억압집단과 함께 가장 낮은 정서강도를 나타냈다. 강도는 높지만, 명확성이 낮고 양가성은 높은 혼란 집단은 네 집단 중 양가성이 가장 높았다. 집단별 인지적 유연성과 스트레스 대처방식의 차이를 확인한 결과, 적극집단이 인지적 유연성이 가장 높았으며, 스트레스 대처방식에 있어서도 적극적 대처의 하위 요인인 문제중심적 대처와 사회적지지 추구를 모두 가장 많이 사용하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 고등학생의 정서적 특징의 군집을 살펴봄으로써 정서경험 연구의 범위를 확대했다는데 그 의의가 있으며, 이러한 결과에 근거하여 본 연구의 시사점과 제한점을 논의하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine what kind of spontaneous clusters are formed according to emotional intensity, emotional perception clarity, and emotional expressive affinity, which are major variables of emotional experience, and whether there is a difference in cognitive flexibility and stress coping style according to each cluster . The target of the study were 357 high school students and were divided into four groups by cluster analysis. The cluster 1 in low emotional strength and emotion recognition clarity and high emotional expression ambivalence was named as the oppressed groups. In cluster 2 is the group with high emotional intensity and emotional perception clarity and the group with low emotional expression ambivalence and were named as active group. The cluster 3 in high emotional awareness and in low cluster emotional intensity and emotional expression ambivalence was named as a calm group. The cluster 4 in high emotional intensity, with low emotional awareness clarity and high emotional expression ambivalence was named as a confused group. As a result of checking the difference between cognitive flexibility and the stress coping method by group, the active group was the highest in cognitive flexibility, and also in the stress coping method, it has shown that problem-centered coping and pursuing of social support, a subcategory of active coping, was used the most frequently. This study is significant in expanding the scope of the emotional experience research by examining the clusters of emotional characteristics of high school students, and discussed the implications and limitations of this study based on these results.
